根據本次質量檢測,對三年級9個班做以下質量分析并提出整改措施以促進今后的教學: 存在問題一:
學生的計算能力普遍較差,無論是單純的計算題還是其他題型出現的計算,均有不同程度的失分。原因分析:
1.學生沒有養成良好的計算習慣:審題不認真、容易忘記驗算、數字抄錯、書寫不工整導致看錯等低級錯誤。2.學生對計算題練習的還不夠,特別是多位數加減法和乘法,對進退位不夠熟練。3.學生對新符號“≈”不夠熟練,在口算題中很容易看成“=” 4.學生在做計算時,心情比較容易浮躁,不愛耐心地打草稿。

3,每天早上在黑板上方抄出1-2題新題型或提開題,布置學生白有空可以先思考并解答,鼓勵思考出來的孩子向老師匯報并給以表揚和獎勵。到晚自習時全班一起講評。
4,對每周一次的“錯題再練”作業可適當出一些較早之前包括二年級學過的知識,讓學生得到鞏固
5,學生身邊的教輔資料和網絡資源,查找一些較新穎平時沒有接觸過的題型或變式提升題,適時匯編成一張練習,專門抽個時間給學生做點評。重點是練方法而不是練題目,教給學生方法
6,教師平時講解題目時,應多引用生活中貼近實際的例子,去構建數模型和抽象出數量關系。交給學生解題的步驟,讓學生不僅要知其然,還要知其所以然,以此加強學生對問題的獨立分析能力。此外教學中應放手讓學生主動探索解決問題的方法,舉一反三。

這題的第2、3、9、10小題有部分學生做錯。錯的比較可惜。只要學生細心點,并不難的。又是聽力第一次進行電腦播音,也有可能是不習慣造成干擾。
二、聽音排序
共5小題,第3、4、5題錯的最多,對句子的答案掌握得還不夠扎實,在今后的教學中要加強這方面的練習。
三、聽音選出你所聽到的句子
本題考核的主要是句子,但學生掌握的情況不錯。主要是DE擋的學生選錯,這說明對單詞還不夠熟悉。學生對做題的技巧還不夠到位。反復強調為何后進生總是讓人糾結!
四、聽音選擇
全階段只有10位學生做錯,做得還好,會看圖,說明句子的認讀情況還夠格。
五、聽音,在人物喜歡的水果下面打“√”
這道最后的聽力題只要考水果,因為是短文形式填表格,學生進行電腦聽力時普遍反映說沒聽清楚,本來水果類的單詞學生掌握得不錯的,但在這次考試中學生多多少少都有被扣分。很是惱火。在以后的練習中要多接觸,多反復,舉行一些單詞的過關考級之類的活動,強化孩子對單詞的認讀以及靈活運用能力。

這道題的第5小題做錯的最多,主要問題是這題的信息在短文中不夠集中,放在段中卻讓學生在最后一小題回答以致讓他們不夠確定。小學生的思維還是比較定勢的,建議出卷人把第5小題提到第2小題,根據短文安排出現相應的小題。在平時的練習中,我還是得多強調讓學生在文中找到有關問題的相關原句支持。

三、掌握較好的題型分析
在本次測試中,我們的三年級學生在以下方面做得比較理想:
(1)單詞與圖片的搭配和單詞的認讀及理解很到位,如聽力部分的第一題(Listen and choose)和第三題(Listen and choose),筆試部分的第六題(Read and match)和第七題(Read and choose),這些都是基礎的知識,大多數學生能做全對,有出錯都在D、E檔的學生中。
(2)對句子的認讀基本上能到位,學生在聽力部分的第二題(Listen and number)的句子排序和第九題(Read and match)問句回答中能得到充分的體現,絕大部分學生能很好地完成這道題的解答。
(3)對單詞中文意思的理解做得很好,如筆試部分的第七題(Read and choose)對單詞的分類,三年級全體學生都做得比較好。
(4)能掌握閱讀的基本技巧來完成閱讀理解的答題。
四、典型錯題分析
我們三年級學生在本次測試中最茫然的首先是聽力題的第五大題——聽音,在人物喜歡的水果下面打“√”。學生接觸過此類題,平時也有練習,想必不難的。但因為電腦播音這塊學生普遍反映聽不清楚,所以錯誤率還是較高的,多多少少扣了不少分。所以以后平時也要多進行電腦播放聽力,使學生平時就習慣。其次是筆試部分的各大題學生多多少少都有小扣分,有些是粗心,沒看清題;有些是明知道正確答案,卻筆誤選錯;有些是平日里做錯不好好總結導致期末還是做錯;有些壓根在那兒瞎選。三下第二學期,學生間的差距已經明顯出來了,平時基礎扎實的期末也是不錯的,平時比較散漫的期末也是預料中的不好。
五、問題與建議
今后要努力做的是:
(1)加強詞匯教學。包括單詞認讀,詞義記憶,語用功能的訓練,在平常的教學中一定要常抓不懈。從閱卷所反映的問題看,在今后的教學中,在加強聽說與認讀的同時,應幫助學生進行有意識記憶,逐步啟發引導學生用英語思考。
(2)基本的語法教學要與語境相結合。進行語法操練時,要堅持“四位一體”,即話題、語境、結構、功能相結合。抓住話題,聯系語境,確定語法結構,明確交際功能。要多重視學生英語對話這一塊。
(3)進一步培養閱讀能力。閱讀能力的培養是英語教學的又一重點。在平時講解閱讀理解題時,應著力幫助學生分析語言材料,而不是核對答案。
(4)建立“每日英語”。在黑板上每日寫上一句英語,讓每個學生每天讀或背一句英語。像一些基礎較差的學生要經常的親自的檢查并輔導。英語作為一種語言,首先要實踐,其次要注重知識的積累,要經常地接觸,反復運用。實踐越多,提高也就越快。
