每天，當太陽還睡著懶覺的時候，機坪上早已出現(xiàn)了一群忙碌的身影；而當深夜來臨，已是繁星點點時，他們的身影還在機坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機坪上迎來第一縷曙光，又在機坪上送走最后一線夕陽。無論是嚴冬還是酷暑，無論是刮風還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機，就有他們的身影。他們就是機務(wù)工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。

一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機務(wù)工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個群體。機務(wù)工作的性質(zhì)注定了機務(wù)工作者將缺少眾人關(guān)注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機務(wù)是飛行的后勤保障，機務(wù)工作需要的就是踏實的工作作風。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機，為旅客提供更為舒適的環(huán)境，這是我們的職責，更是我們的驕傲。

在很多人的眼里，機務(wù)不過是一個勤務(wù)工種，機務(wù)工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無足輕重。當你在機坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時，你也許會投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過是個干機務(wù)的。可是當你走近他們，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的可愛。當你知道他們都是受過高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時候，你是不是又會想到些什么呢？愛美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環(huán)境中。可是我們不能，既然選擇了干機務(wù)，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機務(wù)工作的。

機務(wù)工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節(jié)假日都與我們無緣。即便是休息時間，只要是一個電話或是一個傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長，又有哪一個沒有親身經(jīng)歷過呢？

我干機務(wù)工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個大年三十我都是在機坪上度過的。當除夕的夜幕降臨時，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節(jié)晚會，吃團圓飯；而我們卻在機坪上工作著。要是遇上個故障，沒準一干就是一個通宵。誰不想回家過個團圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機的維護質(zhì)量。

機務(wù)工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機務(wù)工作責任大，風險高。沒有過硬的技術(shù)本領(lǐng)，吃苦耐勞的精神，細致入微的工作態(tài)度，也是干不好的。機務(wù)工作中，往往一個小小的差錯，都會造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機就是因為兩個插頭插反了，結(jié)果造成了機毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因為一個快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網(wǎng)發(fā)動機中，而造成發(fā)動機打傷的事故。這些看似一點點的小事，對于機務(wù)工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關(guān)系你我他，沒有安全意識是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責任。

盡管機務(wù)苦，機務(wù)累，可卻也給我?guī)砹霜氂械臉啡ぁ９ぷ髦杏兴岣刑穑锌噙€有樂。機務(wù)工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂。特別是在一車間這個充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團結(jié)協(xié)作，我們總是并肩作戰(zhàn)。當我們經(jīng)過一夜的苦戰(zhàn)，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時，看著旅客們登上飛機時的網(wǎng)那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會露出欣慰的笑意。當經(jīng)過我們雙手放飛的飛機安全返回機坪時，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。

曾經(jīng)有人問起過我，“干機務(wù)，你后悔不？”。“后悔？”，我反問道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔負的責任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實實的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會因此而不平凡。

1．丙方在辦理受訓(xùn)手續(xù)時，須一次性繳納培訓(xùn)相關(guān)費用共_________（大寫）元人民幣（￥_________（小寫）），甲乙雙方在收取培訓(xùn)費用后，應(yīng)向丙方開具合法票據(jù)。

2．選拔報名時、正式進入培訓(xùn)班前、正式入職前甲方對丙方進行三次體格檢查。前兩次體格檢查費用、以及培訓(xùn)期間所需的生活費用等，均由丙方自行支付；入職前體檢費用由甲方承擔。選拔報名時和正式進入培訓(xùn)班前的兩次體檢按甲方新員工入職體檢標準執(zhí)行。

3．由于航空業(yè)的特殊性，丙方在培訓(xùn)期間需自費購買人身意外傷害保險，并建議購買相關(guān)醫(yī)療保險。

4．丙方在培訓(xùn)期間成績優(yōu)異、表現(xiàn)突出，甲方可以提供助學金、助學貸款等作為獎勵。具體執(zhí)行方法由甲方另行制訂。

5．丙方因不可抗拒的非主觀原因中斷培訓(xùn)，可以退還部分培訓(xùn)費用：

（1）在本協(xié)議生效后、培訓(xùn)開始實施前，甲乙雙方按培訓(xùn)費用80%的標準退還；

（2）在培訓(xùn)實施6個月內(nèi)，甲乙雙方按培訓(xùn)費用50%的標準退還；

（3）在培訓(xùn)實施6個月后，甲乙雙方不予退還培訓(xùn)費用。

三、培訓(xùn)安排

1．乙方負責安排丙方在乙方培訓(xùn)期間的安全管理、住宿及相關(guān)事宜。甲方負責安排丙方在甲方培訓(xùn)期間的安全管理、住宿及相關(guān)事宜。

2．乙方負責對丙方進行民航機務(wù)維修專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，包括民航機務(wù)維修基本技能培訓(xùn)、民航機務(wù)維修基礎(chǔ)執(zhí)照培訓(xùn)、機型執(zhí)照培訓(xùn)（B737－300/NG；A319/A320等機型之一）、民航機務(wù)專業(yè)英語及其他相關(guān)課程。甲方負責安排丙方到甲方進行相關(guān)崗位實習培訓(xùn)。

3．丙方培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，經(jīng)考核合格的，乙方負責頒發(fā)民航機務(wù)維修專業(yè)的維修基本技能、維修基礎(chǔ)執(zhí)照、機型執(zhí)照（B737－300/NG；A319/A320等機型之一）、民航機務(wù)專業(yè)英語、適航知識與人為因素課程等相關(guān)培訓(xùn)合格證書。

4．丙方在一年專業(yè)知識學習、技能培訓(xùn)和崗位實習等課程培訓(xùn)期間，每項培訓(xùn)考核不合格的，只允許當期補考一次，不另行收取培訓(xùn)費和補考費。若仍不合格，則培訓(xùn)考核最終定為不合格。

5．丙方符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關(guān)要求，甲方負責錄用。甲方根據(jù)丙方學習成績和綜合表現(xiàn)，分別定崗在“技術(shù)序列”或“勤務(wù)序列”，并根據(jù)甲方的有關(guān)規(guī)定給予相應(yīng)的待遇。

四、各方權(quán)利、責任

1．在丙方筆試、面試、體檢合格后，甲乙雙方應(yīng)向丙方發(fā)出正式的培訓(xùn)錄取通知。

2．丙方在培訓(xùn)期間，應(yīng)嚴格遵守國家的各項法律法規(guī)和規(guī)章；并遵守甲、乙方的規(guī)章制度及相關(guān)紀律，服從并積極配合、統(tǒng)一管理。

3．丙方在培訓(xùn)期間，因個人過失造成甲方、乙方損失（包括但不限于設(shè)備滅失毀損）的，應(yīng)承擔相應(yīng)的賠償責任。

4．丙方被培訓(xùn)錄取后，甲方將與丙方簽訂《就業(yè)協(xié)議書》，達成初步的就業(yè)意向；甲方可以協(xié)助丙方辦理畢業(yè)派遣的相關(guān)手續(xù)，不解決丙方在培訓(xùn)期間的戶籍遷移、檔案托管等問題。在培訓(xùn)期間，甲方與丙方無任何勞動合同關(guān)系，甲方不向丙方發(fā)放工資，丙方也不享受甲方各類福利待遇。

5．在培訓(xùn)結(jié)束后，丙方符合以下條件，甲方負責錄用，辦理正式入職手續(xù)。否則甲方有權(quán)拒絕接收，與丙方簽訂的《就業(yè)協(xié)議書》作廢，并不予退還培訓(xùn)費用。丙方放棄《就業(yè)協(xié)議書》所規(guī)定的相關(guān)權(quán)利。

（1）按時畢業(yè)并取得高職高專院校畢業(yè)證書；

（2）通過甲方、乙方各項培訓(xùn)考核（考試），成績合格；

（3）參加正式入職體格檢查，身體條件符合甲方用人標準。

出現(xiàn)以下情況者將明確不予以接收：

A、肺結(jié)核；

B、艾滋梅毒等性病；

C、大小三陽；

D、惡性腫瘤。

6．甲方同意錄用丙方后，丙方拒絕到甲方工作，將承擔相應(yīng)的違約責任。

7．丙方在符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關(guān)要求，被甲方正式錄用，并辦理入職手續(xù)后，正式與甲方發(fā)生勞動合同關(guān)系，應(yīng)服從甲方工作安排及內(nèi)部規(guī)章制度的要求。

五、協(xié)議效力

1．本協(xié)議自三方簽字蓋章后生效；本協(xié)議一式三份，甲、乙、丙三方各執(zhí)一份，具有同等法律效力。

2．丙方有以下情形之一的，甲、乙方可以隨時與丙方解除本協(xié)議，并不予退還培訓(xùn)費用：

（1）丙方因個人主觀原因，單方面提出終止培訓(xùn)的；

（2）在培訓(xùn)期間，不能通過甲乙方組織的培訓(xùn)考核的；

（3）被證明不符合甲方錄用條件的；

（4）違反國家政策和法律法規(guī)，或者被追究刑事責任的；

（5）造成甲方、乙方重大損失或嚴重違反紀律、規(guī)章制度的；

（6）法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他情形。

3．有以下情形之一的，本協(xié)議自動終止：

（1）丙方符合本協(xié)議第四條第5款的相關(guān)要求，被甲方錄取的；

（2）因天氣、戰(zhàn)爭或其他自然和人為災(zāi)難等不可抗力造成本協(xié)議無法繼續(xù)履行的。

六、違約責任

1．丙方在本協(xié)議生效后、培訓(xùn)開始實施前，明確表示終止與甲方簽訂的《就業(yè)協(xié)議》，須支付違約金人民幣伍仟元整給甲方。

2．丙方有本協(xié)議第四條第6款、第五條第2款情形的，或者其它個人原因終止培訓(xùn)、實習，或放棄到甲方從事機務(wù)維修工作的，須支付違約金人民幣_________元整給甲方。

3．因甲、乙方原因造成丙方的培訓(xùn)無法正常進行，將退還丙方的全部培訓(xùn)費用。

七、其他條款

1．本協(xié)議未盡事宜，經(jīng)三方協(xié)商一致，可對本協(xié)議條款進行修訂、更改或補充，形成書面協(xié)議，具有與本協(xié)議同等法律效力。

2．協(xié)議三方對本協(xié)議的履行或解釋發(fā)生爭議，經(jīng)協(xié)商、調(diào)解無效，任何一方有權(quán)向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院提起訴訟。

每天，當太陽還睡著懶覺的時候，機坪上早已出現(xiàn)了一群忙碌的身影；而當深夜來臨，已是繁星點點時，他們的身影還在機坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機坪上迎來第一縷曙光，又在機坪上送走最后一線夕陽。無論是嚴冬還是酷暑，無論是刮風還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機，就有他們的身影。他們就是機務(wù)工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。

一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機務(wù)工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個群體。機務(wù)工作的性質(zhì)注定了機務(wù)工作者將缺少眾人關(guān)注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機務(wù)是飛行的后勤保障，機務(wù)工作需要的就是踏實的工作作風。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機，為旅客提供更為舒適的環(huán)境，這是我們的職責，更是我們的驕傲。

在很多人的眼里，機務(wù)不過是一個勤務(wù)工種，機務(wù)工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無足輕重。當你在機坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時，你也許會投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過是個干機務(wù)的。可是當你走近他們，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)他找范文就來們的可愛。當你知道他們都是受過高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時候，你是不是又會想到些什么呢？愛美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環(huán)境中。可是我們不能，既然選擇了干機務(wù)，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機務(wù)工作的。

機務(wù)工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節(jié)假日都與我們無緣。即便是休息時間，只要是一個電話或是一個傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長，又有哪一個沒有親身經(jīng)歷過呢？

我干機務(wù)工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個大年三十我都是在機坪上度過的。當除夕的夜幕降臨時，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節(jié)晚會，吃團圓飯；而我們卻在機坪上工作著。要是遇上個故障，沒準一干就是一個通宵。誰不想回家過個團圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機的維護質(zhì)量。

機務(wù)工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機務(wù)工作責任大，風險高。沒有過硬的技術(shù)本領(lǐng)，吃苦耐勞的精神，細致入微的工作態(tài)度，也是干不好的。機務(wù)工作中，往往一個小小的差錯，都會造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機就是因為兩個插頭插反了，結(jié)果造成了機毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因為一個快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網(wǎng)發(fā)動機中，而造成發(fā)動機打傷的事故。這些看似一點點的小事，對于機務(wù)工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關(guān)系你我他，沒有安全意識是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責任。

盡管機務(wù)苦，機務(wù)累，可卻也給我?guī)砹霜氂械臉啡ぁ９ぷ髦杏兴岣刑穑锌噙€有樂。機務(wù)工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂。特別是在一車間這個充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團結(jié)協(xié)作，我們總是并肩作戰(zhàn)。當我們經(jīng)過一夜的苦戰(zhàn)，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時，看著旅客們登上飛機時的網(wǎng)那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會露出欣慰的笑意。當經(jīng)過我們雙手放飛的飛機安全返回機坪時，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。曾經(jīng)有人問起過我，“干機務(wù)，你后悔不？”。“后悔？”，我反問道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔負的責任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實實的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會因此而不平凡。機務(wù)工作，選擇了你，我無怨無悔！選擇了你，我無怨無悔
