尊敬的各位領導、同事們：

在過去的20xx年里，在航站的正確領導下，在同志們的幫助下，我覺得自己在思想、工作、學習以及個人素質能力等各方面都進步、提高了許多，下面就從幾方面簡單談談一年來本人在各方面的表現情況。

一、思想政治方面：

我堅決擁護黨的領導，擁護社會主義，維護祖國領土完整，特在思想上和航站黨委保持一致，行動上在工作中落實各項安全制度，特別是北京奧運會期間，我作為一名基層工作人員，努力做好本職工作，以航站安保審計為契機，查找工作中的安全隱患和薄弱環節，完善各項規章制度和基礎臺帳工作，為航站的.和諧和維護穩定工作添磚加瓦。因為我始終堅信，干好自己的本職工作，就是對維護穩定工作最好的支持。

二、一年來的工作表現：

1、愛崗敬業，提高自身素質來到航站以后，我深深的感到，我以前所學的知識遠遠不夠，因為航站需要你涉獵的知識面更廣，對民航整個體系的工作要有更深入的學習和了解，20xx年5月份，我調到航務部工作后，作為民航的主體專業全集中在航務部，我深切感到自身的壓力和不足，因此，我經常到航務部各班組走走，了解他們的工作和生活情況，借機會也向他們學習各種專業知識，比如，到塔臺和氣象臺看他們的工作流程、各種民航專業方面的書籍和規章，參加技術保障室的業務知識培訓等，并虛心向他們請教，特別是安保審計期間，通過參與編寫《航務部安保手冊》，更加深我對航務部安全方面的認識，經過半年多的學習和錘煉，我對塔臺管制室、氣象服務室和技術保障室的業務知識有了更深入的了解，因為只有深入了解了這些專業知識，才能找出工作中的不足和安全隱患，進行持續改進。

2、狠抓安全提高機務工作水平機務工作歷來貫徹民航總局的“安全第一預防為主”的方針，針對民航總局這八字方針，20xx年，機務工程隊完成了以下工作：

1)完成了獨立維修單位建設20xx年3月，經過與國航工程技術分公司協商，機務工程隊與之簽訂了獨立維修協議，過去我們是以國航延伸指導的方式完成機務維修工作，現在我們以獨立維修單位承接國航飛機的維修工作，這就要求我們的業務和管理水平要上一個新的臺階，在工作中，嚴把飛機放行關，嚴格按照mel的標準放行，嚴格按照工作單/卡的規定，逐一完成工作單/卡的內容,并進行簽署。在檢查過程中，杜絕漏項、漏簽現象的發生，從而保證放行人員所放行的飛機100達到適航要求。20xx年，在保障過程中，我們發現故障情況46起，排除故障43起，其中因我站無航材原因航班取消3架次。

2)關注安全持續改進安全貫穿整個機務工作，20xx年，結合航站和上級主管部門的通知和會議精神，機務完成了雷雨天氣的特別檢查措施、完善了冬季防冰雪措施，過去，我們在拉薩機場工作的時候，基本沒有雷雨天氣和飛機結冰條，現在，由于本地溫差大，濕度大，存在雷雨和結冰條件，機務在總結過去2年經驗的基礎上，完善了各種檢查和預防措施，結合本地機場的實際，制定了雷雨天氣的特別檢查措施；冬季的冰雪附著在飛機的表面，對飛行安全將會構成極大的危害，甚至造成機毀人亡的飛行事故，因此，在冬季來臨時，我們加強對防/除冰的培訓，結合防/除冰工作單，認真加強落實，把安全放在第一位，對不符合放行標準的飛機堅決不放行。針對場務隊連續在跑道上發現飛機剎車片磨損指示桿，我們按照業務流程，通知成都維修基地，對當日本地返回成都航班進行檢查，并將連續發生的幾起情況向他們做了書面說明，成都維修基地對我們的認真細致的工作作風給予了肯定，我們針對此情況，制訂了針對飛機起落架的特別檢查措施，實行交叉檢查制度，并報安全監察專員備案。

以上是20xx年機務的幾個典型案例，使我認識到在工作中要積極思考，發現問題并找到有效的解決辦法，從根源上找到癥結之所在，并改變工作流程，從制度上杜絕安全隱患，從而提高機務安全水平。

總結一年來的工作情況，我覺得在今后的工作中，我要加強以下幾個方面的工作：一是工作的積極主動性不夠，很多時候都是等著領導安排任務，而不是自己主動做好工作計劃，要多思考，多找問題；二是協助好部門正職，做好航務部全面工作，不要固步自封，要具有開拓進取精神，不怕得罪人，不怕丟面子，不要以為干好機務工作就我萬事大吉了。三是提高業務水平，航務部專業化很強，各專業存在很大差異，只有努力提高自己業務水平，才能更好的發現問題和查找薄弱環節，并進行持續改進。

第四篇：民航述職報告

我是在定檢部md11小組工作的，主要從事md11，b747飛機的a檢工作以及一些改裝工作，飛機的定檢工作是對飛機的一項非常重要的定期性工作檢查。是使飛機經常保持良好狀態的必要手段。我是從事發動機部分的維修工作，根據工卡完成布置給我的工作。剛開始跟著師傅們后面搭搭手，看他們如何工作，給我解釋一項項工作的目的和完成的要求，看他們工作的條理很清楚，思路是那么的嚴密。一張工卡做下來基本上沒有什么遺漏，做的比較到位。再到后來自己一步步的獨立從事工作，從比較基礎的勤務工作到外邊檢查，再到內部檢查。剛開始時，工作總是有這樣或那樣的沒做到，要師傅們提醒我。他們告訴我，我們所有工作的依據是工卡，只要在工作時把工卡吃透，那么就沒有問題了，剩下的也就是熟練后的檢驗問題了。如果遇到自己吃不準的可疑地方，可以尋求質量經理來進行判斷或通過查詢手冊來解決，幾次過后會使自己的技能得到提高。

由于md11是老齡飛機，所以在工作時要特別細心，你一大意它就可能立即給你顏色看。這就要求我們工作時每張工卡都要不打折扣的完成，而且在完成工時發現的問題要及時反饋，以便質量部門及時更改。除了工卡上要求的工作，在日常工作中發現經常出現問題的地方也要注意，還有就是工作前的準備工作一定要充分，這樣開工后才不至于忙亂。再就是一些細節方面的，比如工具的三清點，毛巾的回收，廢棄航材的處理等，這些雖然都是些比較簡單的事情，但是你一忽視就可能導致一些嚴重的差錯，或給公司造成不必要的損失。至于b747由于相對而言是新飛機，我們缺乏相應的維修方面的經驗，這就要求我們要勤于學習，總結，重視維修手冊的應用。

因為維修工作是一個復雜性的工作，很多工作要求幾個人合作完成，甚至涉及到幾個部門間的配合。這就要求我們要發揮互幫互助的精神，團結一致。工作時要互相提醒，不能說你干一件工作，其他工作你就不管，我們是一個大家庭，如果大家都努力，那么工作就能做的很好，而且也不至于忙的忙死，閑的閑死。這樣工作的質量就能得到保證，效率也能得到提高。當然，人與人之間肯定有這樣那樣的矛盾，我們要小事不計較，大事講原則，那樣就能保證班組的和諧穩定，為工作的保質保量完成提供一個穩定的大后方。

在這段工作時間中讓我體會到了維修人員的辛苦，我在工作中也吃了不少苦，受了不少委屈，但我覺得這是值得的，畢竟我還年輕，年輕就是資本，年輕的時候最不怕跌倒的時候，我會勇于面對各種挫折困難和挑戰，這樣對我今后的工作是有一定幫助的。現在只是開頭，以后的路還很漫長，我現在所做的維修工作是為今后的工作打基礎，我會不斷鼓勵自己，使自己對工作始終保持一個良好的精神狀態，我會不斷充實自己，使自己能不斷的提高，發揮自己的特長，能夠為祖國的民航事業獻一份力！

每天，當太陽還睡著懶覺的時候，機坪上早已出現了一群忙碌的身影；而當深夜來臨，已是繁星點點時，他們的身影還在機坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機坪上迎來第一縷曙光，又在機坪上送走最后一線夕陽。無論是嚴冬還是酷暑，無論是刮風還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機，就有他們的身影。他們就是機務工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。

一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機務工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個群體。機務工作的性質注定了機務工作者將缺少眾人關注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機務是飛行的后勤保障，機務工作需要的就是踏實的工作作風。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機，為旅客提供更為舒適的環境，這是我們的職責，更是我們的驕傲。

在很多人的眼里，機務不過是一個勤務工種，機務工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無足輕重。當你在機坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時，你也許會投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過是個干機務的。可是當你走近他們，你就會發現他找范文就來們的可愛。當你知道他們都是受過高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時候，你是不是又會想到些什么呢？愛美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環境中。可是我們不能，既然選擇了干機務，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機務工作的。

機務工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節假日都與我們無緣。即便是休息時間，只要是一個電話或是一個傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長，又有哪一個沒有親身經歷過呢？

我干機務工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個大年三十我都是在機坪上度過的。當除夕的夜幕降臨時，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節晚會，吃團圓飯；而我們卻在機坪上工作著。要是遇上個故障，沒準一干就是一個通宵。誰不想回家過個團圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機的維護質量。

機務工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機務工作責任大，風險高。沒有過硬的技術本領，吃苦耐勞的精神，細致入微的工作態度，也是干不好的。機務工作中，往往一個小小的差錯，都會造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機就是因為兩個插頭插反了，結果造成了機毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因為一個快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網發動機中，而造成發動機打傷的事故。這些看似一點點的小事，對于機務工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關系你我他，沒有安全意識是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責任。

盡管機務苦，機務累，可卻也給我帶來了獨有的樂趣。工作中有酸更有甜，有苦還有樂。機務工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂。特別是在一車間這個充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團結協作，我們總是并肩作戰。當我們經過一夜的苦戰，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時，看著旅客們登上飛機時的網那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會露出欣慰的笑意。當經過我們雙手放飛的飛機安全返回機坪時，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。曾經有人問起過我，“干機務，你后悔不？”。“后悔？”，我反問道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔負的責任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實實的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會因此而不平凡。機務工作，選擇了你，我無怨無悔！選擇了你，我無怨無悔
