弘揚機務精神 唱響我的民航夢

魚，因為有鰭而魚翔淺底；鷹，因為有翅而鷹擊長空；人，因為有夢想而鑄就生命輝煌。

習主席在十二屆全國人大一次會議閉幕會的講話讓我至今記憶猶新，他所提到的中國夢更是在我心中激起千層浪，這個“夢”承載著祖國千年的文明演義，延伸著炎黃子嗣們永不停歇的“夢”。夢不是虛幻、縹緲的，而是深沉的意志、宏偉的想像、熾熱的激情，夢是生活的信仰，是生命的陽光，是人生的追求。年輕的我們用剛剛豐滿的羽翼承付著一份份厚重與博大，也承載著一份份讓人為之奮斗的責任！

“空談誤國，實干興邦”這八個字激勵著千千萬萬個國人把學習十八大精神的成果轉化為實際行動。作為機務人的我們“實干”二字顯得尤為重要，我們不需要華麗的外表，不需要堂皇的語言，我們要的是踏實認真，嚴謹細致的工作態度；積極向上，不斷學習的進取精神；對工作、對乘客負責的責任心；團結互助，目光長遠的大局意識；將我們的力量和智慧凝聚在地服公司、浸透在民航事業里；我們要用全部的力量努力將雙流機場打造成世界頂級空港樞紐，努力把雙流機場打造成乘客安心托付的溫馨港灣。這就是我們的“夢”，我們機務人的“民航夢”。機務人的“民航夢”要靠聚力的實干去實現。“夢”的深刻內涵反映的是追求、體現的是抱負。在中華民族偉大復興的背后，是千年的回響、百年的渴望。要想夢想照進現實，關鍵在于行動、在于實干。美好藍圖形象化，內化于心，外化于行，物化于力。機務工作更要講究實干，不干，這些“夢”也只能停留在夢中。只有行動第一，實干第一，才能為自己的夢照進現實打下基礎提供根本性的保障。機務人的“夢”，要靠堅持求真務實，一切從實際出發，勤勉工作，杜絕追求表面文章，不講實際的形式主義，要一步一個腳印地描繪藍圖，實現夢想。

機務人的“夢”要靠敬業精神做鋪墊。功崇惟志，業廣為勤。只有具備了正確的職業意識、健康的的職業精神和滿意的職業規范，機務人才能熱愛機務工作，才會全身心地投入到機務工作中去。司馬光在《資治通鑒》中寫道：“凡百事之成也在敬之，其敗也必在慢之。”要做好機務工作也是如此，必須心存崇敬之情，傾注全部精力，終身追求，孜孜不倦，并將個人榮辱與航空安全緊緊相連。敬業是事業成功的內在動力。只有把機務工作當作一項崇高的事業，對機務工作抱著一種自豪感和責任感，熱愛每一顆螺絲，每一個機械設備，熱愛每一個乘客，始終以一種崇敬的心情和飽滿的熱情對待它，才能做最好的機務。機務人的中國夢要靠淵博的專業知識為依托。古人說：“學如弓弩，才如箭鏃(zu)。”學問的根基好比弓弩，才能好比箭頭，只要依靠厚實的見識來引導，就可以讓才能更好的發揮作用。我們要在工作中不斷學習，不斷成長，積累經驗，把提高知識技能作為一種責任、一種精神追求、一種生活方式，樹立夢想從學習開始、事業靠本領成就的觀念，讓勤奮學習成為事業遠航的動力，讓增長本領成為青春搏擊的能量。熟悉地掌握專業知識，保證航空器的正常運行，保證同胞們的的生命財產安全。

機務人的“民航夢”要靠不負重擔的責任心去推動。林肯說過“人所能負的責任，我必能負；人所不能負的責任，我亦能負，如此，才能磨煉自己。” 什么是責任，從大的方面說，就是要對國家負責，對企業負責，對航空安全負責。遇事嚴謹細心，古人云：一事不謹，即貽(yi)四海之憂；一念不慎，即貽百年之患。做為機務人，要永遠謹記：事前的謹慎，勝于事后的追究。因為我們的工作關乎人民的生命。無論付出多少的代價也挽回不了我們馬虎帶來的損失。沒有謹慎的態度，專業知識再豐富，也不能成為正真的機務人。

實現 “民航夢“要樹立大局意識。黑格爾講過這樣一個觀點:一個民族有一些關注天空的人,他們才有希望;一個民族只是關心腳下的事情,注定沒有未來。大局關系到整體，黨的利益、國家的利益、公司的利益，所有的局部利益都要服從和服務于這個利益。從根本上講，“民航夢”是一個需要全體民航人共同努力奮斗才能最終實現的偉大目標。這個全局的目標，決不是局部的利益、局部的成功所能代表和代替的。不管是民航人還是機務人，每個崗位上員工都該具備大局意識，只有大家共同努力才能最終實現夢想。

是樹，就要撐起一方的藍天；是草，就要點綴一方的山河。既然是機務人，就要知道自己的脊梁永遠背負著公司的希望；自己的身姿，就是要迎來大地的每一個暖春，換來萬家的安寧，為雙流機場爭取每一份榮耀。

也許機務工作帶給了你許多磨礪，但它同樣也給了你堅強的脊梁；也許前路的風雨會讓你傷痕累累，但同樣會使你更加堅韌；也許為了保障航空安全你付出了自己的青春和豪情，但它也帶給了你無比信仰與責任感；無論怎樣你都不能猶豫，不能徘徊，不能退縮，不能失去前行的勇氣、不能失去機務人的精神。因為，我們有夢，有著一起為之奮斗的“民航夢”

每天，當太陽還睡著懶覺的時候，機坪上早已出現了一群忙碌的身影；而當深夜來臨，已是繁星點點時，他們的身影還在機坪上忙碌著。他們總是在機坪上迎來第一縷曙光，又在機坪上送走最后一線夕陽。無論是嚴冬還是酷暑，無論是刮風還是下雨，哪怕是漫天紛飛的大雪，也絲毫擋不住他們朝天的干勁。只要有飛機，就有他們的身影。他們就是機務工作者！而我正是他們中的一員。

一提起民航，人們想到最多的是英武的飛行員，漂亮的空中小姐，而忙碌的機務工作者卻往往是被人們所遺忘的一個群體。機務工作的性質注定了機務工作者將缺少眾人關注的目光，只能是幕后的英雄，而我們也習慣了這種被人遺忘。然而這并不意味著我們就甘于平凡。機務是飛行的后勤保障，機務工作需要的就是踏實的工作作風。只有默默辛勤的工作，才能換來飛行的安全。為飛行提供安全適航的飛機，為旅客提供更為舒適的環境，這是我們的職責，更是我們的驕傲。

在很多人的眼里，機務不過是一個勤務工種，機務工作者也如同一只只小小的螞蟻，無足輕重。當你在機坪上，看到他們穿著滿身油污的工作服忙碌時，你也許會投上輕視的一瞥，心中暗想：不過是個干機務的。可是當你走近他們，你就會發現他們的可愛。當你知道他們都是受過高等教育，有的還是碩士研究生的時候，你是不是又會想到些什么呢？愛美之心人皆有之，更何況這些年輕的小伙子們。誰不想每天穿得干干凈凈，工作在舒舒服服的環境中。可是我們不能，既然選擇了干機務，就得在油污中摸爬滾打。怕臟、怕累是干不好機務工作的。

機務工作的苦與累不是所有人都能理解的，也決非是一個“累”字就能解釋得清楚的。由于倒班，大禮拜、節假日都與我們無緣。即便是休息時間，只要是一個電話或是一個傳呼，就得馬不停蹄的趕到外場，或是排故，或是跟班。我們的主任，我們的工段長，又有哪一個沒有親身經歷過呢？

我干機務工作也有三年多了，可是在這幾年中，四個大年三十我都是在機坪上度過的。當除夕的夜幕降臨時，別人家里早已是熱熱鬧鬧：包餃子，看春節晚會，吃團圓飯；而我們卻在機坪上工作著。要是遇上個故障，沒準一干就是一個通宵。誰不想回家過個團圓年，可是為了保證飛行的安全，航班的正常，我們必須全身心地投入工作，保證飛機的維護質量。

機務工作也決非只是苦干、死干就能做好的。機務工作責任大，風險高。沒有過硬的技術本領，吃苦耐勞的精神，細致入微的工作態度，也是干不好的。機務工作中，往往一個小小的差錯，都會造成巨大的損失。幾年前西北航空公司的tu154飛機就是因為兩個插頭插反了，結果造成了機毀人亡的慘劇。而去年南航又有一起因為一個快卸解刀的十字頭遺落在網發動機中，而造成發動機打傷的事故。這些看似一點點的小事，對于機務工作卻是絲毫馬虎不得的。安全關系你我他，沒有安全意識是不行的。保證飛行的安全就是我們的責任。

盡管機務苦，機務累，可卻也給我帶來了獨有的樂趣。工作中有酸更有甜，有苦還有樂。機務工作者性格直爽，為人坦誠，和他們一起工作充滿著歡樂。特別是在一車間這個充滿活力的集體中，我們即是同事又是朋友。工作中少不了團結協作，我們總是并肩作戰。當我們經過一夜的苦戰，終于排除了故障，保障了航班的正常時，看著旅客們登上飛機時的網那一張張笑臉，在我們那布滿血絲的眼里，也會露出欣慰的笑意。當經過我們雙手放飛的飛機安全返回機坪時，我們就象迎回了自己的孩子一樣，心里憑添了幾許的自豪。

曾經有人問起過我，“干機務，你后悔不？”。“后悔？”，我反問道：“看看我們那些辛苦了一輩子的老同志，想想自己肩頭擔負的責任，能后悔嗎？”在別人眼里，我的工作也許是平凡的，但我熱愛我的工作。人的一生不一定都得轟轟烈烈，但卻絕不能庸庸碌碌。能在平凡的崗位上踏踏實實的做好自己的本職工作，自己的人生也會因此而不平凡。

機務工作，選擇了你，我無怨無悔！選擇了你，我無怨無悔
