第二篇:接待外賓簡單英語

一、牛奶、豆漿

這兩種食物中含有大量的蛋白質,空腹飲用,蛋白質將“被迫”轉化為熱能消耗掉,起不到營養滋補作用。正確的飲用方法是與點心、面餅等含面粉的食品同食,或餐后兩小時再喝,或睡前喝均可。

二、酸奶

空腹飲用酸奶,會使酸奶的保健作用減弱,而飯后兩小時飲用,或睡前喝,既有滋補保健、促進消化作用,又有排氣通便作用。

三、白酒

空腹飲酒會刺激胃黏膜,久之易引起胃炎、胃潰瘍等疾病。另外,人空腹時,本身血糖就低,此時飲酒,人體很快出現低血糖,腦組織會因缺乏葡萄糖的供應而發生功能性障礙,出現頭暈、心悸、出冷汗及饑餓感,嚴重者會發生低血糖昏迷。

四、茶

空腹飲茶能稀釋胃液,降低消化功能,還會引起“茶醉”,表現為心慌、頭暈、頭痛、乏力、站立不穩等。

五、糖

Big Wild Goose Pagoda

Originally built in 652 during the reign of Emperor Gaozong of the Tang Dynasty(618-907), it functioned to collect Buddhist materials that were taken from India by the hierarch Xuanzang.Xuanzang started off from Chang'an(the ancient Xian), along the Silk Road and through deserts, finally arriving in India, the cradle of Buddhism.Enduring 17 years and traversing 100 countries, he obtained Buddha figures, 657 kinds of sutras, and several Buddha relics.Having gotten the permission of Emperor Gaozong(628-683), Xuanzang, as the first abbot of Da Ci'en Temple, supervised the building of a pagoda inside it.With the support of royalty, he asked 50 hierarchs into the temple to translate Sanskrit in sutras into Chinese, totaling 1,335 volumes, which heralded a new era in the history of translation.Based on the journey to India, he also wrote a book entitled 'Pilgrimage to the West' in the Tang Dynasty, to which scholars attached great importance.First built to a height of 60 meters(197 feet)with five stories, it is now 64.5 meters(211.6 feet)high with an additional two stories.It was said that after that addition came the saying-'Saving a life exceeds building a seven-storied pagoda'.Externally it looks like a square cone, simple but grand and it is a masterpiece of Buddhist construction.Built of brick, its structure is very firm.Inside the pagoda, stairs twist up so that visitors can climb and overlook the panorama of Xian City from the arch-shaped doors on four sides of each storey.On the walls are engraved fine statues of Buddha by the renowned artist Yan Liben of the Tang Dynasty.Steles by noted calligraphers also grace the pagoda.As for the reason why it is called Big Wild Goose Pagoda, there is a legend.According to ancient stories of Buddhists, there were two branches, for one of which eating meat was not a taboo.One day, they couldn't find meat to buy.Upon seeing a group of big wild geese flying by, a monk said to himself: 'Today we have no meat.I hope the merciful Bodhisattva will give us some.' At that very moment, the leading wild goose broke its wings and fell to the ground.All the monks were startled and believed that Bodhisattva showed his spirit to order them to be more pious.They established a pagoda where the wild goose fell and stopped eating meat.Hence it got the name 'Big Wild Goose Pagoda'.The Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses The Terra-cotta Army(Chinese: 兵馬俑;Pinyin: Bīng Mǎ Yǒng;literally “military servants”)or Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses is a collection of 8,099 life-size terra cotta figures of warriors and horses located in the Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor(秦始皇陵;Qín Shǐ Huáng Líng).The figures were discovered in 1974 near Xi'an, Shaanxi province,The terracotta figures were buried with the first Emperor of Qin(Qin Shi Huang)in 210-209 BC.Consequently, they are also sometimes referred to as “Qin's Army.”

第一步:交換名片

NO1.有名片可以交換的情況下,那么整個過程是這樣的:

遞名片:一邊鞠躬(日本人真的有鞠躬強迫癥的,不管做什么事都習慣鞠躬,甚至在看不到對方,打電話的情況下),雙手拿名片,遞給對方,一邊做自我介紹:“はじめまして。私、○課(○部/○擔當)の張と申します。どうぞよろしくお願いします。”

NO2.另外一種情況就是,當我還是個小角色,小的沒有名片,或者是正好在這節骨眼上,名片沒有了,那么這時候就要以及其恭敬的態度,以萬分抱歉的語氣說:“もうしわけございません。今、名刺を切らしておりまして。”

第二步:接受名片

在接到對方遞來的名片時,要說:“ちょうだいいたします。”然后把接來的名片放在桌子上,按座位一一對齊。

第三步:小細節

NO1.倒茶,將茶放在客人的右手邊,拿起來方便,然后說聲:“お茶をどうぞ。”

NO2.詢問客戶習慣,尤其是在看到會議桌上沒有煙灰缸時,更應該問一句:“たばこを吸いますか?”以避免到時候客戶想吸煙而沒有煙灰缸的尷尬。

第四步:寒暄語

例如:お忙しいところを恐れ入ります。(在百忙之中打擾您,很不好意思)

第五步:切入主題

在寒暄語結束之后,便該切入正題了。關于切入正題,可能會有正式和非正式兩種吧。

早速用件に入ってもよろしいでしょうか。NO2.非正式的:一般是寒暄著就進入正題了,比如說:実はさあ??
