但你上面列舉的像:英語的自我介紹,英語水平,薪資要求,包括你是否會長期在這個酒店工作都是非常有可能問的,是建議你一定要準備好的。這些問題呢是酒店人事部會問你的。
人事部在跟你做完面試以后會請禮賓員帶你去前廳部,由前廳經理再面試一次,前廳經理比較會問你的問題如下:
一 如果我是客人,你是前臺接待,你會怎么做?(可能會用英語跟你做一段對話)
二 如果有客人投訴,你會如何處理?(這題的幾率幾乎是百分之百)
三 你有沒有類似的工作經驗?(雖然他們會給你培訓,但有經驗的話勝算還是會大一點的)
四 你如何看待前臺接待這個工作,你認為這個工作的性質是什么? 五 你能否接受三班倒的制度?(五星級酒店前臺一般都是三班的

1)年份必須完全寫明,不可用"09代替2009;

《外賓辦理臨時入住登記須知》
1.外國人在賓館、酒店、旅館、招待所、學校等企事業單位或者機關、團體及其他中國機構內住宿,應當出示有效護照或者居留證件,并填寫《臨時住宿登記表》-在非開放地區住宿還應當出示旅行證。
2.外國人在居民家中住宿-在城鎮的,須抵達后24小時內由留宿機構、留宿人或本人,持住宿人護照、證件和留宿人戶口簿到當地公安機關申報,填寫《臨時住宿登記表》;農村的-須在72小時內,向當地派出所或戶籍辦公室申報。3.外國人在中國的外國機構內或在中國的外國人家庭中住宿,須于住宿人抵達后24小時以內,由留宿機構、留宿人或本人,持住宿人的《護照》或者居留證件,向當地公安機關申報,并填寫《臨時住宿登記表》。
4.長期在中國居留的外國人在離開自己的住所,臨時在其它地方住宿時,應當申報住宿登記。
5.外國人在移動性住宿工具內臨時住宿,須于24小時向當地公安機關申報。為外國人的移動性工具提供場地的機構或個人,應于24小時前向當地公安機關申報。
“不準入境的對象”
A.我過《外國人出入境管理法實施細則》第七條明確規定六種情形的外國人不準入境:1.被我國政府驅逐出境,未滿不準入境年限的;2.被認為入境后可能進行:恐怖、暴力、顛覆活動的;3.被認為入境后可能進行:走私、販毒、賣淫活動的;4.患有精神病或麻風病、性病、開放性肺結核等傳染病的;5.被認為入境后可能進行:危害我國安全和利益的其他活動的;6.不能保障在我國期間所需費用的。
B.《中國公民因私事往來香港或者澳門地區暫行管理辦法》第十五條規定:有下列三種情況之一的不準入境:1.被認為入境后可能進行:搶劫、盜竊、販毒等犯罪活動的2.編造情況提供假證明的3.精神病患者(?)C.《中國公民往來臺灣地區管理辦法》第二十二條規定,有下列四種情況之一不準入境:1.被認為有犯罪行為的2.被認為來大陸有可能進行危害國家安全、利益等活動的3.有編造情況提供假證明等欺騙行為的4.精神疾病或者嚴重傳染病患者。
辦理臨時住宿登記的“對象”和“范圍” A.對象-針對地方實際主要有以下三類:1.臨時來華外國人持K/F/J-2
字頭簽證的外國人在簽證有效期內在中國停留,無須辦理居留手續,但必須按規定進行臨時住宿登記2.在我國定居或常住的外國人,臨時外出并在異地居住時必須按規定辦理住宿登記3.華僑或港澳臺同胞回大陸無論短期居留還是常住,都要按規定辦理暫住登記。
B.范圍:包括在固定性建筑物中臨時住宿或在移動性工具中居住。固定性建筑物指:賓館、飯店、機關、團體、企業、學校、居民住宅等。移動性工具指:船舶、汽車、帳篷、活動房屋等。
(備注:1.只在某地停留不住宿的,不進行住宿登記;2.境外人員每變換一個住宿住所,應當進行依次臨時住宿登記)
涉外賓館戶籍員職責
1.認真學習并自覺按照《中華人民共和國外國人出入境管理法》及其它涉外法律法規,做好工作。
2.堅持先驗證后登記的原則,正確識別境外人員所持的各種證件及相關簽證簽注。發現無效、過期的證件、簽證、簽注,應立即報“德城公安分局出入境管理科”。發現即將逾期的簽證簽注應及時提醒境外人員向出入境管理部門及時申請。
3.嚴格遵守工作紀律,堅決杜絕一人登記,多人住宿、內賓登記外賓的現象。4.堅持先登記后入住原則,正確填寫《臨時住宿登記表》。5.熟練操作計算機,做好數據的錄入,維護。當日數據應做到當日傳輸。6.協助公安機關做好查控工作,在登記過程中發現境外人員形跡可疑的現象,要立即報告-“德城公安分局出入境管理科”。
外賓住宿登記的“程序”
1.檢驗證件查驗內容包括:1.)核對證件上的照片,判斷住宿人是否是該證件的合法持有人;2.)核查證件是否有效-過期/不過期。3.)查看我國簽證機關簽發的簽證或簽注是否有效。4.)有無邊防檢查印章。
2.填寫臨時住宿登記表字跡清晰、內容準確。(注意事項:1.姓名欄:華僑、港澳臺人員必須填寫中文姓名。如系日本、韓國公民既有英文名又有漢語名的一并填寫。2.國家、地區欄:具有外國國籍的應填寫所屬國國籍;港澳臺居民應分別注明居民地區。華僑填“中國”。3.證件名稱及號碼欄:應填寫本次入境或居留所持有的有效證件的名稱及號碼。港澳臺居民可填寫回鄉證及號碼/外賓和華僑可填寫護照、居留證及號碼。4.入住時間與地點:指此次來華的入境時間及口岸。5.簽證種類:外國人按本次入境所持有簽證類別填寫如:F/L/Z等。港澳臺居民及持有居留證的不填寫此項。6.有效期:簽證有效期-根據入境日期和準予停留的天數計算。《護照》有效期;港澳同胞回鄉證有效期為停留有效期。《臺灣居民往來大陸通行證》即為停留有效期。7.停留事由:商務、旅游、探親、公務、就業等8.接待單位欄:接待單位名稱。(在辦理住宿登記是不得不在護照或證件上留下任何印章、字跡,以免造成不必要的麻煩)3.核查校對。
4.報送登記表-24小時以內。
