期中考試就是一種階段性,診斷性的檢查測試,檢查出不足之處,以備后期教學的應變。我們要對以前所學內容Unit1---Unit5進行全面的,認真的復習。一,復習策略

(一)立足基礎

復習時要強調基礎知識,將已學過的語法知識按單元進行歸納分類,以便使零散的知識連貫起來.加強單詞和固定搭配的檢查,對于每個單元的重點語法應該強化。特別是中等以下的成績的更應該立足基礎來復習。

（二）教學反思

剛學英語的時候，學生對英語這門課程充滿好奇，喜歡學習、模仿。但是，我發現自從他們到了八年級，好奇心逐漸減弱。隨著學習難度的增加，學生產生了消極情感，沒有興趣，甚至厭學。

教師面對一些整體學生進行教學的態度誤區。教師對學生學習英語的要求過于嚴格不能注意到學生的差異性，沒有發現他們接受語言的快慢程度，最終導致有的學生吃得飽，有的學生吃不飽。吃不飽的那部分學生就會產生以下情緒：上課或講練習的時候，就會馬虎，注意力不集中。

教師在有些知識點講過后，有的甚至操練了多遍，反反復復強調了，學生仍沒有掌握。有些教師就責怪學生，并因此加強反復訓練。于是在教師的責怪聲中，在枯燥的聯系中，學生的學習興趣消失了。

基于以上分析，為防止和杜絕兩極分化現象的形成，教師就必須根據兩極分化及時幫助，以防為主，初中英語的教學重點是基礎知識和基本技能，因此教學應面向全體同學，爭取做到人人基本達標。在教學過程中學生學習出現差距是不可避免的。一旦出現，就應該及時找學學生談，分析他們掉隊的原因，動之以情，曉之以理，使學生從思想上認識到學習外語的重要性。同時給予學習方法的指導，耐心幫助他們補習功課。對于一些有可能掉隊的學生，及早指出，說明掉隊的嚴重后果，做到防患于未然。產生的成因，有的放矢地采取相應的對策。

１、教師要善于調動和愛護學生的學習英語的積極性。要不斷改進教學方法，提高教學水平，把課上得生動有趣。課堂活動，使學生學習英語的積極性始終高漲。

２、教師要有高度的責任心。要對班上每一名學生負責。要特別關注中下游學生的學習，對他們所取得的點滴進步都要加以肯定，當他們出現學習困難時，隨時幫助解決。要用高度的責任感和事業心來對待后進生，對他們既要解決思想問題，也解決學習問題。決不可視他們為包袱，置之不理，放任自流。

３、端正學生的學習目的。教書育人是教師的神圣職責。教師在教學過程中，應不斷引導學生明確學習目的，幫助他們樹立信心，樹立遠大理想，做好克服困難準備。

４、交給學生學習方法。教師在傳授知識的同時，應注意學習方法的傳授。正確的學習方法是學習成功的保證，方法掌握得越好，效率越高。實踐證明，這種長期定時地，有計劃、有目的地幫助后進生，實施既扎扎實實、實事求是，又是循序漸進、逐步加深的輔導，比起那偶然的 “ 蜻蜓點水 ” 式的、課后 “ 亡羊補牢 ” 的補心輔導，效果顯然好得多?！?實踐出真知 ”。怎樣教好初中英語，防止兩極分化現象，以及如何解決，是無固定模式的，需要我們每一個英語教師不斷的探討、終結、反思和完善。

這次期中考試，學生英語成績很不理想，兩極分化十分明顯，部分語法知識的掌握不夠牢固，尤其是個別題 反復做過幾次也沒能把握好，閱讀理解能力和書面表達能力比較弱。具體有以下幾點：

1.部分學生的基礎知識不夠扎實，學生遺忘知識快，過去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時間不用就忘了。

2.學生的應變能力有待提高，不能正確寫出單詞的正確形式。

3.理解能力不強，閱讀理解失分較多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟練運用學過的句型。

造成這種結果的原因是多方面的，但 最重要的 有下面幾方面：

1.對學生要求不夠嚴格；部分學生偷懶。

2.沒能充分調動學生的積極性；提高課堂教學效率。

3.典型題講解不夠，訓練不到位。

4.平時檢查督促力度不夠。

在今后的教學中，1.繼續抓好雙基知識的訓練，打牢基本功。2，引導學生梳理知識，掌握語法規則，逐步引導學生靈活運用英語知識的能力。3，培養學生上課時的聽課習慣，要求學生全神貫注，要和老師同步思考出現的問題。4，講課時，盡量使用簡明、準確、形象、生動的語言，堅持用英語教學，讓學生用英語來想英語。5.在平時要通過閱讀，培養學生

閱讀多種文體的能力，如何從文章中獲取信息的能力和運用英語解決實際問題的能力。在訓練中要注意方法的多樣化和靈活性，同時，啟發他們學會運用多種不同的方法來表達同樣的思想，逐步培養良好的英語語感。6.設計全面、高校的課外作業，并進一步培養學生良好的書寫習慣，做到整潔、規范，正確地書寫；每周寫一篇作文。

7.在教學過程中，還需加大學習力度，積極研究探索教學方法并及時改變，就一定能提高整體英語水平。
