第十九中學

按照教育局、教育研究院的要求,本繼續進行“六個一百”工程相關項目評比。以教研組為單位,上報了參加“優質課”、“教學能手”參評教師名單。9月16日、17日、18日,利用三天時間,在多媒體教室,進行了賽課初評。

本次賽課有以下特點:

一、參賽教師精心準備,各展風采,展示了我校教師積極進取、爭創一流的良好精神面貌。本次參賽的教師,在課前的準備都是相當充分的,每位教師都反復修改了自己的教學設計。

二、訓練扎實、教風樸實:老師們大多能緊扣教材,把對獲取知識能力的培養和思想教育,層層深入,環環緊扣,一步一腳印,一步一臺階。

三、教學目的明確,教學思路清晰:無論是整堂課,還是各環節,均有鮮明的主題和明確的目標,能較好地將知識、能力、情感融為一體,思路清晰、層次分明,能較好地把握教材編者的意圖和學生思路的點撥與引領。

四、能有效的使用多媒體:在本次賽課中,一個突出亮點即是在教學中都使用了多媒體這個教學手段,而且教師們在運用多媒體教學中還比較熟練,能夠達到媒體運用與教學的有機統一。

每位教師都及時上交了教案,設計合理。評委對參評教師的課,都進行了認真評議,給出了恰如其分的評價。

總之,本次賽課活動,收獲是主要的,不管是我們參賽教師,還是聽課教師,都獲得了一次較好的培訓。希望老師們借此次“六個一百”活動的東風,在課堂教學實踐中得以進一步鍛煉、提高,并以此推進全校的課堂教學更上一個臺階,使我們的教學水平、教育質量得以再提高。
