英語語音課程教學(xué)大綱
一、教學(xué)對象
本課程的教學(xué)對象是大學(xué)??朴⒄Z類的學(xué)生。
二、教學(xué)目的
本課程的教學(xué)目的是通過講授英語語音的基礎(chǔ)知識和大量的實踐訓(xùn)練,使學(xué)生了解英語語音的基本理論知識,掌握正確的語音語調(diào)和基本朗讀技巧,并著重在實踐中運(yùn)用。
三、教學(xué)內(nèi)容
為適應(yīng)和照顧當(dāng)前國內(nèi)中學(xué)英語教學(xué)的實際情況,本課程采用英式英語的語音系統(tǒng),但考慮到美式英語在國內(nèi)傳播范圍廣,影響較大,也適當(dāng)介紹一些美式英語的發(fā)音。語音教學(xué)采用國際音標(biāo)。
教學(xué)內(nèi)容如下:
I. 著重訓(xùn)練學(xué)生英語的輔音和元音的發(fā)音,并使學(xué)生了解音素組合及音節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu),具體包括:
(一)元
音 元音共有20個,包括:
1、單元音12個,它們的發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
2、雙元音8個(合口雙元音5個,集中雙元音3個),它們的發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
3、前元音比較
4、后元音比較
5、中元音比較
6、雙元音比較
7、長、短元音比較
(二)輔
音 輔音共有24個,包括:
1、爆破音(也稱塞音)6個。它們的發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
2、摩擦音9個。發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
3、破擦音2個。發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
4、鼻腔音3個。發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
5、旁流音1個。發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
6、延續(xù)音3個。發(fā)音要領(lǐng)和書寫形式
(三)音素組合及音節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)
主要掌握一些輔音連綴的發(fā)音方法:如/tr/ /dr/ /ts/ dz/的發(fā)音方法。這一部分要求學(xué)生掌握:
發(fā)音器官和語音的形式
元音和輔音的區(qū)別
元音分類和輔音分類
元音發(fā)音方法、要領(lǐng)、書寫形式及相近音之間的區(qū)別 輔音發(fā)音方法、要領(lǐng)、書寫形式及相近音之間的比較 輔音連綴
開音節(jié)、閉音節(jié)、音節(jié)的劃分 重讀音節(jié)中元音字母的讀法
單詞重音模式(主要掌握五音節(jié)以下的模式)
II.著重訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的英語話語節(jié)奏規(guī)律:
語句重音的一般規(guī)律和特殊情況
節(jié)奏和節(jié)奏群
節(jié)奏與音長、重音的關(guān)系
掌握基本的節(jié)奏模式的讀法
弱式與強(qiáng)式

III.著重學(xué)習(xí)英語的語音語調(diào),含語調(diào)的種類、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和使用。
要求學(xué)生掌握語調(diào)分類的標(biāo)示法,降調(diào)、升調(diào)、升降調(diào)的用法
四、教學(xué)安排
本課程在第一學(xué)期開設(shè),36學(xué)時,面授課主要通過各種聽說訓(xùn)練來強(qiáng)化語音。
五、測試
本課程終結(jié)考試為口試, 含朗讀和按指定內(nèi)容進(jìn)行的自由對話。
六、教學(xué)要求
1、能掌握基本的語音理論,了解發(fā)音原理,能說出發(fā)各個音素時發(fā)音器官的活動情況。
2、能在語流中清楚準(zhǔn)確、流暢自然地發(fā)出各個音素,并能辨別正常速度語流中的英語各音素。
3、能讀準(zhǔn)一般單詞的重音并掌握元音和輔音在單詞中不同情況下長度的變化。
4、能掌握語音在連貫語言中連讀、失爆、同化、弱讀、語句重音及節(jié)奏的規(guī)律。
5、能掌握基本語調(diào)的運(yùn)用,并能用正確的語音、語調(diào)朗讀與中學(xué)課文程度相當(dāng)?shù)牟牧虾瓦M(jìn)行一般的交流。
七、教學(xué)方法建議
“英語語音”是一個實踐性很強(qiáng)的課程,建議教學(xué)時采取以下方法: 從聽入手、聽與說的訓(xùn)練齊頭并進(jìn)。
練習(xí)形式:練習(xí)從聽音入手,識別和區(qū)分音素,使學(xué)生在正確辨音的基礎(chǔ)上開口練習(xí)??谡Z練習(xí)先以模彷為主,進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)入較為復(fù)雜的、置于自然語音環(huán)境中的訓(xùn)練。
練習(xí)內(nèi)容:從所學(xué)單元的重點語音練習(xí)開始,幫助學(xué)生提高聽音、辨音的能力和對不同的音、重音、節(jié)奏和語調(diào)的分辨能力。進(jìn)而與英語的重音模式和節(jié)奏模式結(jié)合起來,使練習(xí)
置身于自然語音環(huán)境中。
練習(xí)步驟:從聽的訓(xùn)練入手,聽說練習(xí)并重、交叉進(jìn)行。
教學(xué)過程中應(yīng)注意以下一些問題:
一、加強(qiáng)教學(xué)的針對性。教學(xué)對象不同,教學(xué)的內(nèi)容和側(cè)重點亦有所不同。在課程的教學(xué)中,英語的重音與節(jié)律的訓(xùn)練貫穿于全過程,目的在于幫助學(xué)生提高英語話語的流利程度,養(yǎng)成良好的口語習(xí)慣。在這一總目標(biāo)下,教師應(yīng)根據(jù)學(xué)生的英語語音基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行調(diào)整:對于語音基礎(chǔ)較差的同學(xué),單音的訓(xùn)練應(yīng)放在首位,并在進(jìn)行單音訓(xùn)練的同時培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對英語重音和節(jié)奏的認(rèn)識;對于語音基礎(chǔ)較好的同學(xué)則應(yīng)將重點放在英語節(jié)奏與語調(diào)的訓(xùn)練上,以便提高這些學(xué)生英語話語的自然和流利程度。
二、增強(qiáng)課程的實踐性?!坝⒄Z語音”為實踐性很強(qiáng)的課程,在時間分布上應(yīng)得到充分的體現(xiàn):理論的指導(dǎo)應(yīng)盡量簡明扼要,課堂上的大部分的時間用于練習(xí)和正音。
三、既抓面上教學(xué)又抓個別輔導(dǎo)。面上的教學(xué)通常能解決大部分學(xué)生的問題,對于發(fā)音有困難的學(xué)生要有針對性地進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo),以便更好地提高教學(xué)效果。

一、課程性質(zhì)、地位和作用
英語語音課是英語教育專業(yè)的一門基礎(chǔ)課程,屬于B類(理論+實踐)課程,也是必修課程。具有很強(qiáng)的實踐性和應(yīng)用性。通過該課程的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生可以系統(tǒng)了解語音和語調(diào)的知識,并通過學(xué)習(xí)和練習(xí),掌握英語的發(fā)音、語流的規(guī)律、語調(diào)的功能,基本上能正確使用英語語音、語調(diào)朗讀、表達(dá)和交際,為英語學(xué)習(xí)和交流奠定基礎(chǔ)。因此,英語語音課程在英語教育專業(yè)課程體系中起著非常重要的作用。
二、課程教學(xué)對象、目的和要求
該課程適合所有英語專業(yè)的學(xué)生。通過該課程的教學(xué),學(xué)生可以應(yīng)用較為正確的語音語調(diào)進(jìn)行朗讀和交流,并可以用所學(xué)的知識進(jìn)行辨聽,提高聽說讀的能力。

1、要求學(xué)生掌握準(zhǔn)確的發(fā)音方法,培養(yǎng)良好的發(fā)音習(xí)慣。由于高職學(xué)生來源于不同地方,有很多人在講英語時帶有很強(qiáng)的地方口音或者受以前英語教師的影響,發(fā)音極不正規(guī)。在這種情況下,就要要求學(xué)生首先了解發(fā)音要求和方法,糾正以前的發(fā)音習(xí)慣。
2、上課精講多練,從學(xué)生的練習(xí)中找出待改進(jìn)的地方,共同提高。英語作為一門語言,也要通過熟能生巧才能達(dá)到提高語言能力的目的。因此,教師在做了示范后,就可以進(jìn)行大量的練習(xí)來改進(jìn)學(xué)生的發(fā)音。
3、作業(yè)要求上,要注意學(xué)生的課后跟讀訓(xùn)練。通過課后多聽,多模仿,多說,才能最終達(dá)到提高語音的目的。
三、課程的相關(guān)課程及其關(guān)系
學(xué)習(xí)本課程前,學(xué)生已在初高中了解了一定的語音知識,并積累了較多的單詞和文章等,具有一定的閱讀能力。這為語音知識的講解和練習(xí)儲備了較多的基礎(chǔ)知識。
學(xué)好本課程后,學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣可以得到提高,并為其他課程的學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ),如口語、聽力等。同時,由于英語專業(yè)強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生的語言應(yīng)用能力,因此語音知識在其他課程上都有所體現(xiàn),如精讀、泛讀、英美文化等。
