At the end of each module of the BPIP, we will meet with you and discuss the work we have done together during that module.We will be asking you to confirm that you are satisfied with that work and that you happy to pay the agreed fee for it.If you have any concerns about the work done in the stage we are discussing, we will agree together how we can remedy that situation.Only when you are totally happy with the work done and the value you have received, and you have paid us for that work will we then proceed to the next stage.你方將聽取我方所提出的任何建議,但是我方認同你方擁有拒絕建議的絕對權力。

第四篇:客戶管理的工具與方法有感
客戶管理的工具與方法
銷售平臺由市場平臺、工作平臺、購買平臺構成。業務員可以從市場平臺中找到合理的工作平臺,從工作平臺中創造有效的購買平臺,從購買平臺中發展KA(Key Account)客戶。
由于一個人的能力、時間是有限的,銷售人員應該懂得設計自己的工作平臺,掌握80/20定律,掌握艾森豪威爾原則,抓住重點,提高效率。
例如,領導要求業務員最少要有效地管理50個客戶,有的業務員隨意選擇了50個客戶,既不進行客戶分析,也不懂得客戶管理,很可能選擇了45個C級客戶,業績自然無法完成;而有的業務員會根據客戶分析,將目標鎖定市場中最有可能成功、最有價值的客戶,工作平臺定為A級客戶20個、B級客戶30個,另外選取10個B級客戶備選,成功自然水到渠成。
談成交易、產生購買的客戶就是業務員的購買平臺。經過長時間的發展,業務員與購買客戶會建立一種人際關系,其中一些客戶會成為業務員的KA客戶,即大客戶、重要客戶。
當業務員經營較好時,購買平臺的上限是可以提升的。需要注意的是,上限不能無限度提升,否則會影響A級和B級客戶的品質。控制購買平臺的數量,要求業務員多與KA客戶溝通,從KA客戶中找業績、挖資源。例如利用KA客戶的人脈資源,讓其提供其他客戶的資料,也就是緣故法。但業務員不能放棄開發客戶,對于開發難度越大的客戶,越不能放棄,因為這樣的客戶更有價值。
滿意的服務是指,除了提供基本的服務,還要有良好的態度。
滿意的服務不一定能留住客戶,客戶如到競爭對手處同樣有滿意的體驗,就會被游離。因此,應該繼續提升服務等級,使客戶得到超值的服務,即為客戶提供附加價值,讓客戶感到服務超出自己的預期。
發展客戶關系最關鍵的是讓客戶感動。事件是讓客戶感動的主要來源,比如投訴,將客戶投訴處理好,不僅可以留住客戶,甚至可以使客戶關系得到進一步提升。
沒有效率的業務員常常在“救火”,忙于解決客戶出現的問題。經過路線管理,這種情況就減少很多。客戶能夠確知業務員何日來訪,以便安排訂貨;業務員的日常工作得到有效管理,可以自由支配自己的時間。
銷售量與拜訪的客戶數成正比,客戶越多,銷量就越多;銷售量與客戶活動率成正比,客戶活動量是指業務員與客戶之間的聯絡次數,決定了客戶的有效性;銷售量與平均訂貨量成正比,平均訂貨量是指現有客戶與業務員之間生意的成交情況。
在這三個參數可知,業績與開發客戶有關,與客戶管理有關,與客戶關系有關。總而言之,客戶是本,業績是末,本不顧則道不升。業務員的首要任務是開發客戶,開發客戶后進行客戶管理,如客戶活動率、路線管理。有效的客戶管理產生業績,良好的客戶關系保持了業績。除此之外,銷售訂貨量的提升還依賴業務員的說服技巧,在理性上先說服客戶,再與客戶發展長遠關系。
第五篇:工具管理
工具管理辦法
1、每次購進的工具都必須有“物料收貨”交接手續;
2、領用工具時憑“借用條”發放,發放后錄入電腦,保管員確認備份;
3、領用工具時憑“歸還條”歸還,歸還后錄入電腦,保管員確認備份;
4、每月末累計未歸還的工具,個人工具每人每品種限領用一件,超領月底需要歸
還或到倉庫辦理轉月手續,無任何說明,倉庫有權提交工具賠償證明,按成本價賠償(倉庫證明——人力資源部——財務部)
5、每月統計工具報廢的數據,并給到上級審批;
6、更換工具需要在領用、歸還明細表上記錄清楚;
7、維修需要進行手工登記管理,并每天及時跟進;
8、隨時抽查數據并做到帳實相符,以“安全庫存”為參考,及時跟進庫存數,以
防缺料;
9、第二次領用工具需要交舊換新,具體如下:
風批、電鉆、鐵錘、膠鉗、玻璃膠槍、鋼鋸架、工具包、螺絲批、界刀、拖把
線、玻璃刀(筆)、套筒、卷尺??
10、辭職或調崗需到倉庫交接工具,方可結算工資。
補充:
1、為了避免互相串名,所有領用、歸還工具需用本人的名字
2、工具歸還時分類存放,定時清理,或修或作廢;
3、當月領用的工具必須在當月月底前歸還(月底最后一天領用的當天要歸還);
