高三英語總復習心得

高三英語，總復習，要兼顧英語知識循環與鞏固，著力優化學生運用英語的能力。在夯實基礎，提高能力方面我們做到了以下幾點：

1.以詞匯手冊為抓手，安排詞匯作業和詞匯默寫。每天有5分鐘左右的課堂默寫，每周五有一次詞匯測驗。每天的默寫，第一遍是單詞，第二遍是詞組，第三遍是句子。每周的詞匯測驗內容豐富，單選，拼寫，翻譯，力求抓實抓牢。

2.語法復習方面我們沒有按部就班逐條展開，刪減了很多內容，反復操練難點重點，在減輕學生的負擔的同時，提高復習的效率。

3.閱讀始終是我們復習的重點，我們精心挑選閱讀材料，第一輪復習我們挑選了近幾年外省市的高考閱讀，第二輪我們挑選了近10年的大學四級閱讀，在二模結束后我們刪除了一些二模卷，增加了一些比較合適的六級閱讀練習，并且在課堂完成，始終難度不降低。第二，我們對閱讀的速度要求很高，每次的大小練習，測驗，包括月考，只要是課內完成的，我們都會增加題量，開始很多學生完成這個量非常困難，到第二學期，學生普遍反映都可以了。2011年的高考英語的閱讀比2010年要長，要難，有學生出考場就哭了說完成不了，而我們學生沒有這些情況發生，反映能考出正常水平。

現在回想起來，我們做的都是常規的事情：備課，上課，選題，批改作業，找學生談心，沒有什么值得大書特書的事情，如果有不同就是我們想把常規的事情做得更加細致，更加精致，能夠真正落實，就像我們說的：little effort every day will make a significant difference to us.我們知道，非智力因素在學生的學業生涯中所起的作用超過智力因素，這同樣適用于我們的教學生涯。在去年的整個一年，我們備課組團結合作，不計較名利等身外之物，踏踏實實地工作好每一天，工作上生活上相互幫助，共同進步。朱才龍老師鉆研業務，幫助我們把握考試的動向，為我們制定前進的方向，知無不言，體現了一名老教師的寬廣胸襟。曹銘，楊卓玲假期就準備好詞匯測驗卷子，備課，勤學好問。呂斌在關鍵時候義無反顧地加入，伸出援助之手。張毅文是多年合作的伙伴，工作上默契一致，無需多言。此外，我們備課組得到了整個外語組的大力支持，組長徐青經常噓寒問暖，關懷備至；高一高二老師做了很多很多奠定基礎的工作，天天給學生背課文，一個學生一個學生地過；除了課本之外，指導學生讀報紙，在接觸大量的信息的過程中培養學生的興趣，在潛移默化中提高學生的英語交際能力。我們都有一個體會：高一高二的老師并不輕松。我們富有在我們經驗的高一高二的備課組長顧紅和朱越耗費心血給我們提供了高質量的月考卷子。另外年級組多年如一日地協助我們的早讀課和測驗監考工作，文印室李老師加班加點及時為提供我們講義卷，語音室和電教中心的老師為我們完成聽力教學任務忙前忙后，提供強有力的后援，他們使我們覺得溫暖。

所以，如果說外語組在逐步進步的話，那么付出努力，給予支持和鼓勵的是整個學校，或者說是熱愛孩子，熱愛教育，懷揣夢想的所有的人。
