在當今互聯網飛速的發展下互聯網滲透到社會的方方面面，給人們的工作、生活和娛樂帶來了革命性的變化。像對發達國家的影響一樣，互聯網正日益改變著亞洲國家人們的生活觀念和生活方式。但我們又看到，互聯網經濟在拉動消費、促進生產的同時，由于亞洲各國經濟、技術實力的不同以及各國政府重視程度的不同，區域之間、國家之間的互聯網發展存在著事實上的不平衡，這將影響亞洲經濟發展以及社會發展的整體運行。

目前來看互聯網是一種新的生產工具，他對于管理的發展來說肯定是利大于弊。

管理，從字面意思上來看就是管轄，處理的意思。由于他涉及的的層面很廣，涉及社會生活的方方面面，隨著互聯網的發展，對管理的幫助是不可忽視的，由于現在的社會生活已經離不開互聯網，所以互聯網與管理的結合可以使得管理者更方便的去進行管理活動。

互聯網與管理的結合可以更好的推動生產的發展，在經濟學家來看，管理是生產轉動的一個條件，沒有管理就沒有生產。

在今天越來越多的傳統行業正在受到互聯網的沖擊，眾多企業面臨著互聯網的挑戰。于是，互聯網思維這個詞不脛而走，也越來越熱。例如，360公司的公司的創始人周鴻祎作為在互聯網里從業近二十年的創業者，認為傳統企業必須要理解互聯網經濟的特征以及與傳統經濟不一樣的地方，才能更好的迎接挑戰，適應眼下的互聯網時代，從而推動企業的生產與發展。

所以說，互聯網是一種全新的生產工具，有人認為它是人類歷史上最快的脫貧工具，也有人說網絡是一道不可逾越的鴻溝，它會在貧富之間、城鄉之間帶來“數字分割”，還有人說不論怎樣它都是一種平等的權利。到目前為止，我們還不能對此妄下結論，盡管仍存在著種種疑惑和問題，但有一個事實是不爭的，即互聯網的確在亞洲國家得到了發展，并影響和改變著亞洲人的生活。
