本課時的教學內容是現在進行時的一些動詞形式,如:listening to music,washing the clothes,cleaning the room,writing a letter,writing an e-mail,讓學生能夠聽,說,認,讀這些單詞,并且能夠進行應用。

本節課我始終把激發,促進和呵護學生的興趣放在首位,努力讓學生在有意義的,生動有趣的情景中操練和運用所學語言,并注重新舊知識的聯系,使教學活動符合學生的心理特點和知識水平。

新課程標準指出,教學活動要以學生的生活經驗和興趣出發,內容和方式要盡量真實。教師要創設各種合作學習活動,促進學生互相學習,互相幫助,體驗合作的成就感,并形成合作精神。所以本節課,我屏棄了單純的單詞的教學,而是把這些單詞串連起來,用講童話故事的形式呈現給學生,讓學生邊看童話故事的同時,學習本課時的單詞和句子。創設情景,為學生營造一個融視、聽、說于一體的語言環境,使學生有如身臨其境,有利于調動他們的非智力因素,加深對學習對象的理解。

在具體操練單詞時,用一些小游戲,小學生往往對游戲很感興趣,這樣可以增加語言學習的趣味性。比如,我在新授單詞之后,有讓學生邊說邊做各種動作、演小雙簧、猜動作等小游戲。在鞏固延伸的環節中,我采用了五年級上冊第四單元的一個課本圖把本課的重點又提升到一個階段。

我讓學生兩人一組,合作學習,練習對話“What is he/she doing?He/She is??”

本節課的不足之處是:

1.在新授單詞時應先讓學生聽錄音,再跟讀、師帶讀、點名讀、集體讀。

2.動詞原形及ing形式應板書,以便學生比較、掌握,我只將其呈現在課件中,欠妥。

在今后的教學中我將再接再勵,改正缺點,提高每節課的效率。

He’s writing an e-mail.Source of material: 掛圖、單詞卡、拖把等道具、錄音帶、課件。Assumptions: 本課所掌握的五個動詞短語的ing形式,其中以不發音的字母e結尾的動詞ing形式的變化是難點,教師要正確示范的基礎上指導學生熟悉掌握,幫助學生理解區分。Step 1 Warm –up

(1)Sing a song : what are you doing ?(2)Let’s say : 比賽說短語的ing 形式,全班分4組,說得多的為勝,(設計意圖:在競賽活動中復習詞匯,有利于調動學生的積極性。)(3)動作接力賽

全班學生分成若干小組,每個小組第一名學生看見同一個動詞短語,如reading a book ,然后分別向各組的第二名學生做看書的動作,依次類推,最先說出正確說出句子:I am reading a book.的小組獲勝。Step 2 Presentation

1)教師在動作接力賽中,挑一個聽音樂動作的學生,向全班問: What is he/she doing ? 引導學生回答,He/She is listening to music.教師出示卡片并帶讀。

教學內容: PEP教材三年級下冊第四單元話題fruits,我講的Part A 部分的單詞教學,本課的教學重點是學習四個單詞,pear, peach, orange, watermelon,以及理解運用句型It’s taste good.教學回顧: 單詞教學其實是很枯燥的,學習起來很無味,考慮到學生的好奇心及求知欲,我設計了不同的游戲和操練方法學習這幾個單詞。并加入了一些表達自己喜好的句型,如:I like ?.Do you like?? Yes, I do./No, I don't.讓學生在特定的語境內領悟和使用,進行有意義的交際,以此達到語言教學的真正目的。

小學生對新事物總是充滿著好奇,真實的水果對于他們來說是再熟悉不過,恐怕很難保持他們長時間的注意和高漲的情緒,所以四個單詞我分別設計了不同的呈現方法。首先,讓學生用chant的形式復習顏色學生興致高昂;然后通過顏色卡另一面的水果圖形,使學生眼前一亮,調動了他們的積極性;其次我利用簡筆畫讓學生主動參與,猜水果,以此保持了他們學習單詞的興趣;另外又讓學生通過聞、摸等形式導出新單詞,激發了學生的好奇心。最后利用“我說你做、大小聲、生說生指”的游戲,給學生提供了一個有趣、輕松、活潑、競爭的氛圍去操練單詞。

倡導體驗,實踐,參與,合作與交流的學習方式是英語教學的一個重點。本課時我通過“聞,摸,嘗”的環節,創造了真實的生活情境,拉近了所學知識與學生間的距離,同時練習了句型“It tastes good.”教學單詞后,利用1、2、3、4單詞卡片讓學生選擇喜歡的數字,利用數字后面的單詞用“ Do you like ? ? Yes ,I do./No ,I don’t.的句型小組內來練習然后分別匯報表演”讓他們親身體驗,主動參與,真正達到語言的交際目的。教學不足:

1.我的語速過快,有些課堂用語,學生聽得不是很清晰,這樣就導致學生不理解教師發出指令的意思,使學生在回答問題時無從下手。

2.沒有充分關注每一名學生的發展,沒有充分把學生的主動性調動起來。讓學生真正的成為課堂上的小主人,是今后努力的方向。

本單元重點學習現在進行時,能運用What are you doing ? I am reading a bookanswering the phone.等短語問答。在設計教案,及課堂教學中力求遵循以下原則:

一、教學設計循序漸進

本單元重點學習運用現在進行時句型“What are you doing? I am?..”進行問答,為了使學生愉悅、順利地完成學習任務,我首先通過“Listen and do”引出學過的知識“answering the phoneread a book?”等動詞短語,然后通過“What ’s missing?”“快閃”等游戲形式,直觀地鞏固這些短語。這兩個環節的設計直接為新知識的學習做好了鋪墊。接著教授句型“What are you doing? I’m? ”并通過practice、listen to the tape、sing songs、language expanding等環節加強對新知識的鞏固。

二、多種活潑的教學形式,激起學生的求知欲望

在課堂教學中,我緊緊圍繞教學目標,運用多種活潑的教學形式:Listen and do, Act, group workpair work, Competition, Listen to the tape and follow, Show , Interview 等,通過不同形式引領學生走進新知識的殿堂。

三、用肢體語言簡化知識的難度

我們這堂課的重點是讓學生較好地把握“現在正在進行時”的句法。從傳統的教學來看,會重點放在語法的教學上,這對于五年級的學生來說,是很枯燥的,而且輕易讓孩子失去學習英語的愛好。因此我在教學過程中,有意識地淡化語法教學,抓住孩子們好動,愛表現的特點,充分利用body language,讓生邊做邊說,在反復操練中,體會What are you doing? I’m? What is heshe doing? He’sShe’s?What are they doing? They’re?這些句型的意義,使學生順利地完成了學習任務。

四、面向每一個學生學生學習語言是存在差異的。作為教師,我始終堅持一視同仁。在本課教學中,我從不吝嗇贊美之語:Good!Wonderful!Excellent!等評價,即表揚優秀生,又鼓勵后進生。在“Competition”教學環節中,我有意識地抽了一部分后進生,以鼓勵他們學習的積極性,增強他們的自信心。讓每一個孩子都參與學習的全過程,從而體會到成功的快樂。
