本課時的教學內(nèi)容是現(xiàn)在進行時的一些動詞形式，如：listening to music,washing the clothes,cleaning the room,writing a letter,writing an e-mail,讓學生能夠聽，說，認，讀這些單詞，并且能夠進行應(yīng)用。

本節(jié)課我始終把激發(fā)，促進和呵護學生的興趣放在首位，努力讓學生在有意義的，生動有趣的情景中操練和運用所學語言，并注重新舊知識的聯(lián)系，使教學活動符合學生的心理特點和知識水平。

新課程標準指出，教學活動要以學生的生活經(jīng)驗和興趣出發(fā)，內(nèi)容和方式要盡量真實。教師要創(chuàng)設(shè)各種合作學習活動，促進學生互相學習，互相幫助，體驗合作的成就感，并形成合作精神。所以本節(jié)課，我屏棄了單純的單詞的教學，而是把這些單詞串連起來，用講童話故事的形式呈現(xiàn)給學生，讓學生邊看童話故事的同時，學習本課時的單詞和句子。創(chuàng)設(shè)情景，為學生營造一個融視、聽、說于一體的語言環(huán)境，使學生有如身臨其境，有利于調(diào)動他們的非智力因素，加深對學習對象的理解。

在具體操練單詞時，用一些小游戲，小學生往往對游戲很感興趣，這樣可以增加語言學習的趣味性。比如，我在新授單詞之后，有讓學生邊說邊做各種動作、演小雙簧、猜動作等小游戲。在鞏固延伸的環(huán)節(jié)中，我采用了五年級上冊第四單元的一個課本圖把本課的重點又提升到一個階段。

我讓學生兩人一組，合作學習，練習對話“What is he/she doing?He/She is??”

本節(jié)課的不足之處是：

1.在新授單詞時應(yīng)先讓學生聽錄音，再跟讀、師帶讀、點名讀、集體讀。

2.動詞原形及ing形式應(yīng)板書，以便學生比較、掌握，我只將其呈現(xiàn)在課件中，欠妥。

在今后的教學中我將再接再勵，改正缺點，提高每節(jié)課的效率。
