機(jī)務(wù)維修好習(xí)慣

隨著民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,對(duì)飛機(jī)維修安全質(zhì)量要求的日益增高。面對(duì)復(fù)雜嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)娘w機(jī)維護(hù)工作,養(yǎng)成良好的工作習(xí)慣,避免發(fā)生低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤,是保證飛機(jī)安全運(yùn)行品質(zhì)與各項(xiàng)工作順利進(jìn)行的前提條件。

首先,養(yǎng)成按手冊(cè)和工卡工作的習(xí)慣,我們?cè)诠ぷ髦幸婪ňS修、按章工作,從根本上杜絕違章。我們的機(jī)務(wù)隊(duì)伍是崇尚技術(shù)、追求卓越、不斷鉆研技術(shù)理論并努力實(shí)踐的隊(duì)伍。按手冊(cè)和工卡工作的習(xí)慣是每名機(jī)務(wù)人的本分,每項(xiàng)工作按照工卡和手冊(cè)執(zhí)行是維護(hù)工作基本要求,圖一時(shí)之便全憑經(jīng)驗(yàn)操作必然給飛機(jī)留下安全隱患。因此養(yǎng)成按手冊(cè)和工卡工作的習(xí)慣對(duì)維修安全質(zhì)量的保證,也是對(duì)機(jī)務(wù)工作者自身的最好保護(hù)。

其次,防止工作中被打斷的習(xí)慣,保證工作的連續(xù)性,從而杜絕由于工作被打斷造成遺忘、遺漏引發(fā)嚴(yán)重后果的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),從大量不安全事件的分析來(lái)看,工作被打斷存在極大的安全隱患。因工具設(shè)備航材等到位不及時(shí)導(dǎo)致人員中斷工作,或臨時(shí)離開(kāi)正在進(jìn)行的工作去從事其他工作,是發(fā)生不安全問(wèn)題的重要因素。所以我們要提前做好各項(xiàng)工作準(zhǔn)備,做到不打斷自己正在進(jìn)行的工作。全神貫注專心工作消除安全隱患。

最后,養(yǎng)成工具三清點(diǎn)的習(xí)慣,工具保管始終是我們機(jī)務(wù)工作重復(fù)的話題。我們要從細(xì)節(jié)入手對(duì)工具的使用采取多重把關(guān)機(jī)制。養(yǎng)成工具三清點(diǎn)的習(xí)慣,事實(shí)證明這就是防止工具丟失最有效的方法,只要堅(jiān)持這個(gè)習(xí)慣,在工具使用方面就不會(huì)經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)丟三落四的問(wèn)題。工具保管不能嫌麻煩,“麻煩一時(shí),才能帶來(lái)安全一世”。

當(dāng)營(yíng)運(yùn)人本身不具備從事某些維修項(xiàng)目的能力和資格時(shí),營(yíng)運(yùn)人必須以適航部門批準(zhǔn)或認(rèn)可的形式和方式,將部分或全部與適航性責(zé)任相關(guān)的維修作業(yè)項(xiàng)目委托給按CCAR-145批準(zhǔn)的維修機(jī)構(gòu)來(lái)完成。此時(shí),營(yíng)運(yùn)人必須通過(guò)有效的控制程序與手段來(lái)保證自己承擔(dān)的適航性責(zé)任確實(shí)由委托的維修機(jī)構(gòu)完整充分地落實(shí),這就是適航性協(xié)調(diào)。

質(zhì)量審核是確定質(zhì)量活動(dòng)和有關(guān)結(jié)果是否符合計(jì)劃的安排,以及這些安排是否有效地實(shí)施并適合于達(dá)到預(yù)定目標(biāo)的有系統(tǒng)的、獨(dú)立的檢查。

自我審核、自我暴露、自我醫(yī)治

審核什么;何時(shí)審核;誰(shuí)執(zhí)行審核和監(jiān)督職能;審核中產(chǎn)生什么文件和記錄;如何報(bào)告審核結(jié)果,誰(shuí)負(fù)責(zé)審批;如何采取糾正措施,誰(shuí)負(fù)責(zé)驗(yàn)證。

42可靠性設(shè)計(jì)基本要求:設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)采取破損安全設(shè)計(jì)、電子元件減額使用、必 要的余度技術(shù)等設(shè)計(jì)原則;飛機(jī)及其機(jī)件的壽命、使用期限、平均故障間隔時(shí)間

等應(yīng)明確規(guī)定,滿足指標(biāo)要求,并且要做到相互匹配;飛機(jī)及其機(jī)件本身的構(gòu)造、結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力求簡(jiǎn)單;機(jī)件、設(shè)備應(yīng)整體化、集成化、減少器件數(shù)量和機(jī)件復(fù)雜性;盡量采用不需要或很少需要進(jìn)行預(yù)防性維修的機(jī)件和設(shè)備,以減少維修內(nèi)容和頻數(shù);采用預(yù)防和控制腐蝕的措施,使飛機(jī)及其機(jī)件具有良好的使用耐久性和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性;要盡量采用合乎真實(shí)任務(wù)使用環(huán)境的試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序,使飛機(jī)及其機(jī)件在實(shí)際使用環(huán)境中可能發(fā)生的問(wèn)題,能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決。

部件項(xiàng)目糾正措施:附件改裝;飛機(jī)改裝;修訂零部件維修方式;修訂翻修手冊(cè);修訂修理手藝;修訂零部件翻修時(shí)限。44 維修工程數(shù)據(jù)分析:對(duì)各工程管理例如翻修時(shí)限、檢查周期、翻修內(nèi)容或檢查程序的影響;包括檢查頻次和內(nèi)容、功能檢查、翻修程序和時(shí)限在內(nèi)的各種維修方案修訂內(nèi)容;用以決定是否需要更改維修方案進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)或工程上的研究;飛機(jī)、系統(tǒng)、部件的改裝或修理;作業(yè)程序或工藝的更改;其他與當(dāng)時(shí)狀況有關(guān)的影響。

定量的參數(shù):重要維修項(xiàng)目和重要結(jié)構(gòu)項(xiàng)目;維修方式(定時(shí)方式、視情方式和狀態(tài)監(jiān)控方式);定時(shí)方式項(xiàng)目的使用時(shí)限;視情方式項(xiàng)目的視情參數(shù)和潛在故障狀態(tài)的判據(jù);狀態(tài)監(jiān)控方式項(xiàng)目的監(jiān)控參數(shù)(壽命分布類型、故障率、平均故障間隔時(shí)間);檢查等級(jí);檢查周期,初次檢查時(shí)間,重復(fù)檢查間隔時(shí)間;抽樣檢查方案。

機(jī)務(wù)維修管理員崗位職責(zé)

1、根據(jù)派工單對(duì)修理工每日的工作進(jìn)行安排、監(jiān)督、檢查,應(yīng)做到修理工的工作提前一天安排;

2、負(fù)責(zé)修理工的考勤工作;

3、按規(guī)定做好輪胎更換的各項(xiàng)記錄工作;

4、根據(jù)規(guī)定、規(guī)范對(duì)修理工所做的各級(jí)各類保養(yǎng)的項(xiàng)目和質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查并做好各項(xiàng)記錄工作;

5、每日對(duì)修理工的配件擺放、工具擺放、作業(yè)場(chǎng)地衛(wèi)生進(jìn)行監(jiān)督、檢查;

6、根據(jù)實(shí)際維修情況開(kāi)具領(lǐng)料單,零配件單價(jià)過(guò)大時(shí)應(yīng)向主管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)請(qǐng)示同意后再開(kāi)具領(lǐng)料單;

7、監(jiān)督修理工以舊件換新件的行為,隨時(shí)提醒修理工對(duì)有修復(fù)價(jià)值的零配件應(yīng)向庫(kù)管員言明;

8、車輛回公司后應(yīng)主動(dòng)督促司機(jī)將航內(nèi)維修替換下的零配件交給倉(cāng)庫(kù),將倉(cāng)庫(kù)開(kāi)具的收料單保管好并與其航內(nèi)報(bào)修的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行核對(duì),如有問(wèn)題可向司機(jī)詢問(wèn)并予以記錄,問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重的立即向上級(jí)反映,無(wú)誤后留存?zhèn)洳椋?/p>

9、做好上級(jí)交派的其他工作。
