宴會口譯禮儀，第一步是早到。熟悉現場，知道每張桌上都坐著誰。一定要事先把雙方人員的名字、職位都背下來。然后找準宴會的主人和主賓，爭取在會前聽他們聊聊，以了解他們的語言習慣、雙方是否友好熟悉等。

衣著上以莊重、正式為佳。男士就是西裝，女士可以穿西服套裝，或者正式一點的裙裝也可以。但是女士千萬不要太隨意，也不要太漂亮。因為宴會上可能會有別的女賓客，搶風頭是很不禮貌的。如果是正式的服裝，就沒人嫌你太漂亮了。

飯桌上千萬不要去拿筷子。因為他們隨時可能開口，你放下筷子的一瞬間，一秒鐘過去了。一秒鐘可以說一句話了。所以，會前自己先吃好、喝好，不要對飯桌上的任何東西“動感情”。如果客戶對你說，“你也吃點！”不要當真，他們不會真的停下來等你。（我自己遇到過，市委書記讓我喝口湯。我剛拿起勺子，他又開口了。）

坐姿端正，不要搖擺。基本上把肩膀往后壓，腰背挺直，就端正了。頭稍微低一點，不要跟著客戶笑。你的神情要比客戶稍微正式一些。

總之，一切以穩(wěn)重為宜。
