外語系第二屆商務英語翻譯大賽策劃書

一、活動主題：BUSINESSENGLISH，BUSINESSWORLD

二、活動目的：本次“商務英語翻譯大賽”旨在提高我系學生的專業技能，增強我系學生學習商務英語的能力，培養學生對商務英語的興趣，活躍英語學習氛圍，在比賽中充分挖掘同學們的潛能，為今后工作打下良好基礎。

三、參賽對象：外語系全體學生

四、比賽形式：本次商務英語翻譯大賽分為初級組和高級組。初級組：09、10級學生及日語專業學生；

高級組：07、08級學生及09級高職本科學生。

五、比賽時間：

初賽時間：2010年12月5日（周日）晚7:30—9:30復賽時間：2010年12月18日(周六)晚7:30—9:30

比賽地點：

初賽地點：綜合樓

復賽地點：綜合樓北區

六、報名時間：2010年11月24日—2010年11月27日

八、報名方式：參賽者于報名截止日期前到各班學委處報名。

九、活動流程：

（一）賽前籌備工作

1）賽事宣傳

? 通知單、報名表（初、高級）制作，復印65份，開會宣傳；

? 申請初、決賽板塊、聯系青宣、發邀請各系賀板；

? 拉橫幅。

2）賽事聯絡

? 負責向專業老師咨詢、聯系試題，協助配合專業老師的出卷工作；

初級：老師（待定）高級：老師（待定）

? 擬定11月29日領取試卷，并負責排版、印刷、校對是否漏印等、裝訂密封及保密工作。

3）賽事安排

? 整理、統計報名單，申請并劃分教室，將初賽報名名單隨機編排，制作考場座位表（初級人/班，高級人/班），一式四份； ? 公布考場座位安排表、決賽入圍名單及獲獎名單。4）后勤準備

? 制作考場責任書、評卷責任書，工作安排表（監考、巡邏、后勤、評卷）、簽到表；

? 召開工作人員動員會，交代注意事項。

（二）比賽工作安排

1）監考組

組員：學生會未參賽的正、副部及干事

? 組長落實工作人員到位情況及工作人員職責（賽前開會，當晚簽

到）；

? 考前30分鐘到大本營領取考卷、監考責任書、粘貼座位表； ? 提前15分鐘到達負責教室，并在黑板上寫明考試注意事項； ? 提前5分鐘向各考場學生宣讀考試注意事項，并統計實際參加考

試的人數； ? 檢查學生證；

? 考試結束后，將考卷收齊并密封交至大本營。2）巡考組

? 賽前30分鐘安排監考人員領取試卷；

? 負責維持考場秩序、保證考試公證性，若發現作弊情況，當場取消

考生參賽資格（遲到30分鐘不得進場）； ? 落實學通社和電視臺的到位情況； ? 吹口哨示意比賽開始及結束；

? 設咨詢臺（北一樓）。3）后勤組

? 物資組：采購本次比賽所需物資；

? 大本營組：粘貼紅紙標語，分發、收回工作證及水，負責大本營

內試卷的看管；

? 檢查并協調考場桌椅數量，賽前及賽后及時清理殘余紙屑。4）評卷組（初級）

? 負責評卷人員安排、聯系、組織評卷并簽訂評卷責任書； ? 校對成績。

（三）賽后安排

1）評卷（高級組）：聯系并邀請專業老師進行評卷； 2）整理試卷及分數排名、制作并張貼決賽名單； 3）張貼決賽考場安排表； 4）公布獲獎名單、頒發獎狀； 5）聯系青宣取得圖片資料做成果展； 6）總結書。

第二篇：商務英語翻譯
