①welcome you to cansar holiday inn :歡迎您光臨凱撒皇宮假日酒店;
②或者說it is our pleasure to have you at the XX hotel:您光臨XX酒店,我們感到非常榮幸。
①can I help you?
②或者說 what would you like? coffee or tea?
①I would suggest you try massage/foot reflexology!
您需要按摩嗎?room on comolemen tary.
①do you need woken up tomrrow morning?
②at what time shall we call you?
6、當客人休息好要走時,我們可以說:have a good rest?
7、當客人需要時可以說:we have a double at ¥80 and ¥100.a vailable which one would you prefer?
