第五篇:買方協議
買方協議合同
甲方:
乙方:
經甲乙雙方共同協議,達成如下協議:
一.甲方將陜壩鎮生態園小區2號樓四單元601室,建筑面積,公攤面積,室內面積,包括室內家具:電視、冰箱、洗衣機、魚缸、太陽能、沙發、茶幾、電視柜、飯桌、椅子6把、雙人床2張、飲水機等,以總價二十萬零五千元(205000元),賣給乙方。
二.付款方式:乙方一次性付給甲方買房款二十萬零五千元(205000元),付款后甲方需將原買房合同、發票等手續交給乙方。
三.乙方付清甲方房款后,甲方需在時間內,把房屋交給乙方使用,交房時室內家具不的損壞,如有損壞,甲方必須照價賠償,付款日之前的水費、電費、供熱費、物業管理費由甲方付清,費用的相關票據、證明手續、甲方需提供給乙方。
四.乙方付清房款之日以前的有關該房的如:債務、抵押、糾紛等所有問題由甲方負責,乙方概不承擔一切后果。
五.辦理產權證(包括變更)時,甲方需無條件提供相關證件協助乙方辦理產權包括變更,所產生的一切費用均由乙方承擔。
六.本協議一式兩份,雙方各持一份,簽字生效,簽字后此協議具有法律效律。
