第三篇：外貿術語

shipping mark:即嘜頭,通常印在商品外包裝上,以便于在裝卸、運輸、存儲過程中識別、點數,防止錯發錯運。通常與收、發貨人代號(有的伴有幾何圖形)、目的港(或目的地)和批件號等組成。

嘜頭按印刷位置不同，又可分為正嘜和側嘜。

一般原產地證CO：是證明貨物原產于某一特定國家或地區，享受進口國正常關稅(最惠國)待遇的證明文件。它的適用范圍是：征收關稅、貿易統計、保障措施、歧視性數量限制、反傾銷和反補貼、原產地標記、政府采購等方面。

普惠制原產地證FORM A：是具有法律效力的我國出口產品在給惠國享受在最惠國稅率基礎上進一步減免進口關稅的官方憑證。

目前給予我國普惠制待遇的國家共38個：歐盟27國（比利時、丹麥、英國、德國、法國、愛爾蘭、意大利、盧森堡、荷蘭、希臘、葡萄牙、西班牙、奧地利、芬蘭、瑞典、波蘭、捷克、斯洛伐克、拉脫維亞、愛沙尼亞、立陶宛、匈牙利、馬耳他、塞浦路斯、斯洛文尼亞、保加利亞、羅馬尼亞）、挪威、瑞士、土耳其、俄羅斯、白俄羅斯、烏克蘭、哈薩克斯坦、日本、加拿大和澳大利亞。

《亞太貿易協定》原產地證明FORM B：2006年9月1日起簽發《亞太貿易協定》原產地證書。可以簽發《亞太貿易協定》原產地證書的國家有：韓國、斯里蘭卡、印度、孟加拉等4個國家。降稅幅度從5%到100%不等。

中國—智利自由貿易區原產地證FORM F：自2006年10月1日起，各地出入境檢驗檢疫機構開始簽發《中國-智利自由貿易區優惠原產地證明書》（FORM F），該日起對原產于我國的5891個6位稅目產品關稅降為零。

中國-秘魯自貿區使用的優惠性原產地證FORM R：2010年3月1日，《中國-秘魯自由貿易協定》正式生效，這標志著中國-秘魯自貿區貨物貿易降稅進程正式啟動，為雙邊貿易發展提供了新的機遇和更廣闊空間。按照國家質檢總局要求，各地出入境檢驗檢疫局于3月1日起正式簽發―中國-秘魯自貿區優惠原產地證書‖。產品涉及機電、化工、醫藥、輪胎和輕工等多個行業，企業憑證書可獲得3%至100%不等幅度的關稅優惠。

中國新西蘭自貿區原產地證FORM N：2008年4月7日，《中華人民共和國政府和新西蘭政府自由貿易協定》在兩國總理見證下正式簽署。并于2008年10月1日起生效。協定實施后，在貨物貿易方面，新方承諾將在2016年1月1日前取消全部自華進口產品關稅，其中63.6%的產品從《協定》生效時起即實現―零關稅‖；中方承諾將在2019年1月1日前取消97.2%自新西蘭進口產品關稅，其中24.3%的產品從《協定》生效時起即實現―零關稅‖。對于沒有立即實現―零關稅‖的產品，將在承諾的時間內逐步降低關稅，直至降為―零關稅‖。

《中國-東盟自由貿易區》優惠原產地證明FORM E：自2004年1月1日起，凡出口到東盟的農產品（HS第一章到第八章）憑借檢驗檢疫機構簽發的《中國-東盟自由貿易區》（FORM E）優惠原產地證書可以享受關稅優惠待遇。２００５年７月20日起，７０００多種正常產品開始全面降稅。中國和東盟六個老成員國（即文萊、印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、菲律賓、新加坡和泰國）至２００５年７月４０％稅目的關稅降到０－５％；２００７年１月６０％稅目的關稅要降到０－５％。2010年1月1日將關稅最終削減為零。老撾、緬甸至２００９年１月、柬埔寨至２０１２年１月５０％的稅目的關稅降到０－５％；２０１３年４０％稅目的關稅降到零。越南２０１０年５０％稅目的關稅降到０－５％。2015年其它四國（老撾、緬甸、柬埔寨、越南）將關稅降為零。

可以簽發《中國——東盟自由貿易區》優惠原產地證書的國家有：文萊、柬埔寨、印尼、老撾、馬來西亞、緬甸、菲律賓、新加坡、泰國、越南等10個國家。

ECFA優惠原產地證：2011年1月1日起，企業持《海峽兩岸經濟合作框架協議》（簡稱ECFA）

項下的優惠原產地證書，出口到臺灣的貨物將獲得關稅減免的優惠。

《海峽兩岸經濟合作框架協議》（ECFA）是臺灣與大陸自2009年年中開始，經過多次商談達成的一項重要協議，已于2010年9月12日生效，其中早期收獲清單將于明年1月1日起付諸實施，屆時列入清單的約800項產品將逐步降關稅，三年內全部降為零，包括大陸對臺灣開放的產品500多項，臺灣批準大陸的產品5大類267項，含石化類、機械類、紡織類、運輸類產品。《中國與巴基斯坦自由貿易區》原產地證明FORM P：對巴基斯坦可以簽發《〈中國與巴基斯坦自由貿易區〉優惠原產地證明書》，2006年1月1日起雙方先期實施降稅的3000多個稅目產品，分別實施零關稅和優惠關稅.原產于中國的486個8位零關稅稅目產品的關稅將在2年內分3次逐步下降,2008年1月1日全部降為`零,原產于中國的486個8位零關稅稅目產品實施優惠關稅,平均優惠幅度為22%.給予關稅優惠的商品其關稅優惠幅度從1%到10%不等。

《中國-哥斯達黎加自由貿易協定》的優惠原產地證FORM CR：2011年8月1日《中哥自貿協定》將正式實施，貿促委同時將開始簽發于《中國-哥斯達黎加自由貿易協定》下的優惠原產地證書。哥斯達黎加的進口商憑借該證書可享受相應的關稅減免待遇。

目前，可簽發的優惠證書包括以下國家及地區：韓國、印度、秘魯、孟加拉、斯里蘭卡、新西蘭、新加坡、中國臺灣和哥斯達黎加。為進一步普及優惠產地證的使用，引導企業利用優惠產地證實現進口關稅減免、降低交易成本的目的，建議廣大進出口企業主動、及時了解各種自由貿易協定及優惠政策。

一、如果你想知道哪些B2B適合自己的產品，那么就使用GOOGLE，在GOOGLLE搜索欄鍵入，比如我的產品：CARPET, 那么我鍵入 CARPET, CARPER IMPORTER, CARPET SELLER, CARPET

SUPPLIER, CARPET RETAILER, CARPET DISTRIBUTOR 等，你的產品所有的關鍵詞。你所得到的結果，1、在前10頁左右，基本上是本產品最活躍的B2B，整理下來，自己留著挨個注冊。

2、在前20 頁左右，你還可以得到：本行業最大的生產商（包括國內和國外）,既競爭者，這尤為重要，對于了解自己產品的國際行情很重要，后面會單獨說。

3、基本上，第一次整理完之后，我會從第20頁之后開始整理，這樣你會得到很多買家資料，或許在某個B2B上面發布過詢盤，或許是經營者種產品的國際買家，挨個整理下來，留用。

4、還可以用關鍵詞+ 產品型號，那你得到的信息一定是曾經的詢盤，很珍貴的資料。

一定要整理到30頁左右，分別變換不同的關鍵詞，還可以使用命令語言來搜索。

外貿單證與基本術語

一、票據 1.票據行為(1)出票(2)背書

背書是受款人在票據的背面簽字或作出一定的批注，表示對票據作出轉讓的行為。轉讓人稱為背書人，被轉讓人稱為被背書人。被轉讓人可以再加背書，再轉讓出去，如此，一張票據可以多次轉讓。背書的種類有：

1)空白背書：背書人只簽名，不加注。

2)記名背書：背書人簽名后并加注該票轉讓給指定的人。3)限制背書：背書人簽名后并加注該票的限制性條件。(3)提示

票據在付款或遠期的請求簽見或承兌時，應由持票人將票據向付款人提示。(4)簽見

持票人必須先向付款人要求簽見，付款人見到票據后，除即期的即予付款外，遠期的須在票據上簽注簽見字樣，下簽簽名、日期及一些注解如“自見票之日起計算3０天后付款”等。(5)承兌

遠期票據規定承兌的，在付款前，必須由持票人向付款人要求承兌，即付款人在票據前面批注承兌字樣，后加簽名、日期及一些注解等。(6)參加承兌

當票據提示給付款人被拒絕承兌時，在持票人同意下，參加承兌人作為參加承兌行為，由他在票據上批注“參加承兌”字樣和簽名、日期。參加承兌人不像承兌人一樣成為票據的主債務人，他只在付款人拒絕付款時，始負付款的義務。(7)保證 票據的保證是保證人對票據的特定債務人支付票款的擔保。(8)付款 即期是經提示即予付款，遠期是到期付款。

(9)拒絕承兌和拒付 持票人以票據提示，被承兌人拒絕承兌；或到期被付款人拒付，都應作成拒絕證書。拒絕證書是由持票人在法定期限內要求付款地法定公 1 證人或其他有權出具證書的機構簽發的證明付款人拒絕承兌或拒付的法律文件。持票人在取得拒絕證書后不須再作付款提示，即可向前手背書人行使追索權。(10)追索 日內瓦票據法規定，票據因時效消滅而喪失追索權。例如匯票承兌人的權利自到期日起有效期為3年，持票人對前手追索權自作成拒絕證書日起或到期日起1年；匯票背書人因被追索而清償票款并向前手轉行追索，自清償日起６個月內有效。2.票據的種類

(1)匯票 匯票是由出票人簽發并由付款人按約定的付款期限（即期或遠期）對指定的受款人無條件支付一定金額的指令。匯票種類有：

A)available by drafts at sight憑即期匯票付款

B)draft(s)to be drawn at 30 days sight開立30天的期票 C)sight drafs 即期匯票 D)time drafts 原期匯票

(2)本票 本票的付款人是出票人本人。(3)支票 支票的付款人是銀行。

1.發票的作用

(1)買賣雙方收發貨物，收付貨款和記帳的憑證。(2)買賣雙方辦理報關。(3)賣方繕制其它單據的依據。

(4)在即期付款不出具匯票的情況下，賣方即憑發票向買方收款。2.發票內容

⑴應載明“商業發票”或“發票”的字樣。⑵應署有出口單位的全稱和詳細地址。⑶應寫明進口商的名稱、地址。⑷載明發票號碼和合同號碼。⑸載明起運地和目的地。⑹載明商品的描述。⑺嘜頭及件號。⑻必要的聲明。⑼進口證號碼。⑽出口商簽章。⑾貿促會認證。⑿領事簽證。
