外貿業務崗位

跟單員跟單員是指在企業運作過程中，以客戶訂單為依據，跟蹤產品，跟蹤服務運作流向的專職人員。（不能兼職，替代）所有圍繞著訂單去工作，對出貨交期負責的人。單證員

單證員是指在對外貿易結算業務中，買賣雙方憑借在進出口業務中應用的單據、證書來處理貨物的交點擊此處添加圖片說明付、運輸、保險、商檢、結匯等工作的人員

報關員

報關員是指通過全國報關員資格考試，依法取得報關從業資格，并在海關注冊登記，代表所屬企業（單位）向海關辦理進出口貨物報關納稅等通關手續，并依此為職業的人員 報檢員

報檢員是指獲得國家質量監督檢驗檢疫總局規定的資格，在國家質檢總局設在各地的出入境檢驗檢疫機構注冊，辦理出入境檢驗檢疫報檢業務的人員

外貿經理

外貿經理是上級領導同業務員溝通的橋梁，在從事企業對外貿易的過程中，服從上級部門的外貿戰略安排，策劃具體的國外業務方案，執行并監督完成企業的國際業務。

外銷員

外銷員，是指在具有進出口經營權的企業從事進出口貿易活動的工作人員。

第四篇：[原創] 外貿業務流程(外貿公司)

一、交易磋商

1、業務人員收到客戶的寄樣要求（如提供圖紙；提供樣品等），首先記錄下客戶要求寄樣的樣品信息及要求，并填寫寄樣申請單，在經過審核后，樣品負責人員則聯系生產廠家，準備樣品；

2、在收到樣生產廠家寄來的樣品后，業務人員將樣品郵寄給客戶，并記錄本次寄樣的信息（包括寄樣的日期、寄樣的方式、哪個快遞公司、是否收取費用、費用等），并注明本次寄樣是對應哪一張寄樣申請單；

3、如果客戶對樣品不滿意，或者要求改進后再寄，則業務人員原記錄下這些信息，并重復1、2步驟；

4、如果客戶對樣品確認合格，則業務人員草擬報價單（業務人員快速查詢該產品的報價的歷史記錄、該產品的已成交的歷史記錄及廠家的報價情況）；

5、經過多次磋商，客戶接受報價。業務人員根據該份報價單制作訂單（合同或形式發票）傳真給客戶會簽；

6、業務人員根據訂單，填寫成本測算單。

二、落實信用證或預付款

1、根據訂單里的付款方式，進行相應的落實：

L/C在簽訂訂單后，及時進行催證。收到客戶的信用證，進行認真的審證，并做好記錄，主要包括以下幾個主要方面：

前T/T;收到客戶的電匯款，對該預付款信息（包括收到客戶名稱、日期、金額等）進行登記。

其它方式

2、對于非L/C方式的訂單，業務人員對應訂單填寫非L/C方式申請單，申請單需要經過審批才生效；

三、出口備貨

1、在收到信用證或預付款的前提下，開始進行備貨。與生產工廠進行磋商，在達成一致意向后，與工廠簽訂采購合同。

2、在備貨過程中，跟單人員同步向業務人員進行生產進度匯報，對生產完的產品進行入庫登記，以便業務人員掌握整個訂單的生產進度。

四、租船訂艙

1、在備貨的同時，如果本票業務不為客戶指定貨代，則向貨運代理公司詢價，確定本次出運的貨代公司。

2、在貨物全部生產、包裝完畢后，工廠制作裝箱單，業務人員根據工廠報來的裝箱單，結合合同及信用證貨物明細描述，開列出倉通知單。

3、單證儲運人員根據出倉通知單、工廠制的裝箱單、信用證統一繕制全套的出運單據。出運單據包括出口貨物明細單、出口貨物報關單、商業發票、裝箱單。

4、單證儲運部門先將出口貨物明細單傳真給貨代公司進行配船訂艙，確認配船和費用后，準備全套報關單據（出口貨物明細單、報關委托書、出口貨物報關單、商業發票、裝箱單、出口收匯核銷單等）寄到貨代公司用于報關、出運；

5、在貨代公司確認配船和費用后，收到貨代公司送貨通知單（要求在指定日期前將貨物運至指定倉庫）。

五、出口報檢

1、如果屬于法定檢驗的商品范圍（屬于《種類表》商品范疇），在商品報關時，報關單上必須有商檢機構的檢驗放行章方可報關。

2、申請出口商品檢驗時，工廠必須通過九城及榕基軟件進行電子報檢，貨物經檢驗合格，附報檢委托書、外銷合同、信用證復印件、商業發票、裝箱單、紙箱證等單據取得商檢局出具換證憑單，寄到貨代公司用于報關。

六、申領核銷單

1、則單證人員憑出口貨物明細單在本公司申領核銷單。

2、如果核銷單已用完，需到外匯局申領出口收匯核銷單。具體操作如下：a)在到外匯局申領核銷單前，先上網向外匯局申請所需領用核銷單份數；b)外匯局確認公司已上網申領核銷單后，憑公司核銷員所持本人操作員IC卡、核銷員證向該核銷員發放核銷單；c)外匯局根據公司網上申領的核銷單份數和外匯局本地核銷系統確認的出口企業可領單數兩者中的較小數，向公司發放核銷單。

七、出口報關

1、單證部門拿到核銷單后，將貨代公司報關所需的報關委托書、出口貨物報關單、出口收匯核銷單、商業發票、裝箱單、外銷合同用快件寄出。并確認貨代公司收到上述單據。

2、貨代公司收到工廠寄去的商檢換證憑單，憑此單到出入境檢驗檢疫局換取出境貨物通關單。

3、公司根據貨代公司的送貨通知按時將貨物送到貨代公司指定的倉庫（根據新的海關報關規定要求：貨物的出口報關必須在貨物進入港口倉庫或集裝箱整箱進入堆場后才能進行）。

4、報關前，報關人員先上網向出口口岸地海關進行核銷單的口岸備案，并如實向海關申報成交方式(如CIF)，按成交方式申報成交總價、運費等，以后外匯局即根據實際成交方式及成交總價辦理收匯核銷手續。

5、報關時需填寫中華人民共和國海關出口貨物報關單(白色的報關聯和***的出口退稅聯)，并隨附報關委托書、商業發票、裝箱單、出口收匯核銷單、出境貨物通關單等單證向海關報關，海關依此份報關單驗貨，并退回已蓋章的核銷單和兩份報關單。報關通過后，貨代公司安排集裝箱拖貨至船公司指定的碼頭。

6、注意事項：

未進行口岸備案的核銷單不能用于出口報關，對已備案成功的核銷單，還可變更備案。

;報關時必須要“出口收匯核銷單”，否則海關不予受理。貨物出境后，海關在核銷單上加蓋“放行章”或“驗訖章”，并隨同加蓋海關“驗訖章”的一份帶有海關編號的白色報關單、一份***的報關單出口退稅聯一同返還口岸代理貨代公司（從海關退回一般需1個月左右），最后口岸代理貨代公司寄給公司用于向外匯管理部門核銷。

八、裝船出運

7、貨代公司接到外貿公司的訂艙委托后，根據外貿公司提供的出口貨物明細單繕制集裝箱貨物托運單，這是外運機構向船公司訂艙配載的依據。該托運單一式數聯，分別用于貨主留底、船代留底、運費通知、裝貨單、繳納出口貨物港務費申請書、場站收據、貨代留底、配艙回單、場站收據副本(大副聯)等。其中比較重要的單據有：裝貨單(Shipping Order: S/O)和場站收據副本(Mates Receipt;;;;M/R)。

8、貨物離港前，貨代公司傳真海運提單給外貿公司確認。

9、在確定貨物安全離港后，外貿公司傳真裝運通知給國外客戶。

10、外貿公司將海運提單復印件、商業發票、裝箱單、海關發票、普惠制產地證用DHL寄給客戶供其作進口清關用，同時將DHL回執留存準備繕制議付單據。

11、注意事項：a)將來船公司簽發的提單上相應欄目的填寫也會參照訂艙委托書的寫法，因此，托運人、收貨人、通知人這三欄的填寫應該嚴格按照信用證提單條款的相應規定填寫。

九、制單結匯

12、在辦理貨物出運工作的同時，外貿公司也開始了議付單據的制作。

13、貨代公司作為承運人，簽發了COS6314623142號提單。根據信用證的規定，外貿公司備齊了全套議付單據，向議付銀行交單議付。

十、財務付款

14、外貿公司的財務人員收到貨代公司寄來的海運費發票和港雜費發票。

15、收到工廠寄來的增值稅發票和出口專用繳款書。16、議付單據交單后，財務人員向工廠支付貨款，并和貨代公司結清海運費、港雜費等費用，同時催貨代公司退核銷單。

十一、收匯核銷

17、外貿公司收到貨代公司寄來的海關退回的出口收匯核銷單和報關單。核銷員在網上將此核銷單向外匯局交單，并在進行網上交單時，對核銷單、報關單的電子底帳數據進行了認真的核對。

18、外貿公司收到銀行的收匯水單，開證行已如數付款。至此，該筆交易已安全收匯。

19、網上交單成功之后，核銷員持紙質的收匯水單（即出口收匯核銷專用聯，經銀行蓋有“出口收匯核銷專用章”）、出口收匯核銷單 (已經出口海關蓋章，第三聯)、報關單(白色報關聯，海關已蓋章)、商業發票及自制的核銷單送審登記表(外匯局留存聯)到外匯局辦理核銷手續。20、核銷完畢后，外管局當場將加蓋“已核銷章”的核銷單（出口退

稅聯）退回給外貿公司。

21、核銷完成后，核銷員將上述單據轉交財務辦稅人員辦理退稅事宜。

十二、出口退稅

22、外貿公司的財務辦稅人員將公司需要辦理認證的增值稅發票整理后一并申報國稅局進行發票認證。然后，拿到國稅局認證結果通知書和認證清單。

23、財務辦稅人員將退稅要用的單據收集齊全無誤后裝訂成冊。其中，核銷單(外管退回的出口退稅專用聯)、報關單(***出口退稅聯)、商業發票為一冊，增值稅發票(抵扣聯)、出口專用繳款書、認證結果通知書、認證清單為一冊)，并在退稅申報軟件中逐條錄入進貨明細及申報退稅明細。錄入完畢，核對無誤后打印并生成退稅處所需要的表格及軟盤，連同“外貿企業出口貨物退稅匯總申報審批表”送交外經委稽核處加蓋稽核章。

24、財務辦稅人員將上述資料送交國稅局稽核部門待批。

25、接到國稅局通知，申報的資料已通過。

26、財務人員到銀行查詢，查到申報退稅額已足額退回。

27、至此，該筆業務順利完成。各位同行

第五篇：外貿單證業務流程

外貿做單流程

業務員根據備好的貨物制作出租船訂艙所需的發運單，然后把發運單交到單證部，單證員就根據發運單在單證制作軟件里輸入相關內容，打印出發票、箱單、出口貨物明細、報關單等單據供貨物出口所需。有時候裝上船的貨物與備好的貨物在數量、金額等方面有所變動，這是就需要修改發運單和相關單據的內容。

待貨物裝船后，托運人簽發海運提單給委托人，業務員會將提單副本交給單證員制作進口國進口所需的產地證，在CIF或買方要求代辦保險的情況下，還要填寫投保單并傳真給保險公司，一個工作日內辦完投保手續并拿回保單正本。

貨物到達進口國后，單證員根據信用證或買方要求備好匯票、提單、發票、箱單、產地證、保單、受益人證明、船證等全套單據，并復印留底。

最后單證員還要打印發票、貨物出口明細單，復印提單，將這三份單據裝訂好到財務交單。交單后將裝有所有留底的單據的卷宗按順序放入柜子存檔。
