1：據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織最新發(fā)布的《瀕危語(yǔ)言圖譜》，全世界有7000種語(yǔ)言，其中一半以上將在本世紀(jì)消亡，80~90%將在未來(lái)200年滅絕。語(yǔ)言瀕危是一種全球現(xiàn)象，但是卻值得所有人關(guān)注。這正如中國(guó)知名學(xué)者周海中曾經(jīng)指出的那樣：一些民族語(yǔ)言正面臨著全球化、工業(yè)化、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等的沖擊，正處于逐漸消失的危險(xiǎn)，有關(guān)部門、機(jī)構(gòu)以及語(yǔ)言學(xué)界都應(yīng)該采取積極而有效的措施來(lái)保護(hù)弱勢(shì)的民族語(yǔ)言和搶救瀕臨滅絕的民族語(yǔ)言。這樣既有利于人類文明的傳承和發(fā)展，也有利于民族團(tuán)結(jié)、社會(huì)安定。對(duì)方辯友，在我們的母語(yǔ)正遭受著這種恐懼時(shí)，你是否還想要再用如此不成熟的，丑態(tài)百出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)流行語(yǔ)來(lái)增加漢語(yǔ)的負(fù)擔(dān)呢？再者，網(wǎng)絡(luò)流行語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)單草率，不就糟蹋了中國(guó)文字的內(nèi)涵與美感嗎？我方堅(jiān)定認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)流行語(yǔ)弊大于利。

尊敬的各位評(píng)委老師、各位同學(xué)以及對(duì)方辯友：

大家下午好，今天我方的觀點(diǎn)是：三峽大壩的弊端遠(yuǎn)大于其利處。

眾所周知，我國(guó)三峽大壩于1994年正式動(dòng)工，壩體高達(dá)185米，它的建造目的集中在防洪、發(fā)電和航運(yùn)等方面。作為目前世界最大的水利發(fā)電工程，它的修建，引發(fā)了上至政府高官下至普通百姓，甚至國(guó)外人士的廣泛關(guān)注。所謂仁者見(jiàn)仁、智者見(jiàn)智，各方人士對(duì)于三峽大壩的修建從來(lái)都是針砭不一。對(duì)方一辯已經(jīng)闡述了諸多好處，而我方從不否認(rèn)這些利端，但是其弊端遠(yuǎn)大于其利處。

首先，我想提醒對(duì)方辯友的是三峽大壩的防洪功能并沒(méi)有想象中那么如意，如果上游發(fā)水，三峽可以蓄水，但是中下游強(qiáng)降雨的話，這種直接的作用就不明顯。而且上游蓄水庫(kù)區(qū)泥沙淤積，三峽庫(kù)區(qū)的高漲水位將是懸在兩湖人民頭上的一顆定時(shí)炸彈。

進(jìn)而是它引以為傲的蓄水通航。雖然從理論上說(shuō)，河道深了，通航條件好了，會(huì)增加通航能力，但由于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間大霧彌漫，實(shí)際通航能力，并不像我們當(dāng)初想得那樣如意。三峽水庫(kù)蓄水后，三峽大壩阻礙長(zhǎng)江航運(yùn)的暢通。三峽水庫(kù)蓄水后，三峽兩線五級(jí)船閘的通過(guò)能力馬上得到飽和，運(yùn)行的實(shí)踐證明，三峽兩線五級(jí)船閘的單向通過(guò)能力不可能達(dá)到每年五千萬(wàn)噸，最多只能保證單向通過(guò)能力每年三千萬(wàn)噸左右。目前長(zhǎng)江貨運(yùn)需要用機(jī)械翻壩來(lái)協(xié)助完成。原計(jì)劃在1997年完工的升船機(jī)至今未見(jiàn)蹤影，客輪過(guò)船閘的平均時(shí)間為七小時(shí)，乘客難以接受，造成長(zhǎng)江客運(yùn)和三峽旅游事業(yè)的萎縮。

而后最重要的是三峽大壩引起的一系列負(fù)面影響： 第一．對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響

由于水庫(kù)的調(diào)節(jié)作用，三峽水庫(kù)工程改變了河流的水文狀態(tài)，如水位、流量、含沙量、蒸發(fā)量、水溫等等。水位的上升帶來(lái)了淹沒(méi)危及淹沒(méi)區(qū)的物種安全。如：中華鱘等珍稀物種，因大壩阻擋，不能回游，生存受到巨大影響，長(zhǎng)江的生物鏈已受到巨大破壞。中華鱘、白鱘都明顯受到?jīng)_擊，產(chǎn)量銳減。

第二．山體滑坡及淤泥的隱患

三峽庫(kù)區(qū)很多地區(qū)的地層主要是土層，結(jié)構(gòu)松散，在持續(xù)的暴雨影響下，土層會(huì)因?yàn)槲l(fā)脹，容易發(fā)生山體滑坡。近幾年，三峽庫(kù)區(qū)發(fā)生過(guò)一些較為嚴(yán)重的地質(zhì)災(zāi)害問(wèn)題，如2007年夏季湖北巴東縣清太坪鎮(zhèn)的山體滑坡，2007年冬季湖北巴東縣野山關(guān)鎮(zhèn)的巖崩，2009年夏季湖北省興山縣高陽(yáng)鎮(zhèn)的山體滑坡，這三起事件都造成嚴(yán)重的人員傷亡，給國(guó)家和人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成了很大的損失。

泥沙淤積也是一個(gè)令人頭疼的問(wèn)題。長(zhǎng)江每年要攜帶5億立方米的泥沙進(jìn)入三峽，但其中大部分都無(wú)法排出去，水庫(kù)因此將出現(xiàn)淤塞，三峽大壩進(jìn)而有可能垮塌。工程師在大壩底部設(shè)計(jì)了23道閘門用于在汛期沖走泥沙。但事實(shí)是泥沙淤積的速度高過(guò)了蓄水；大壩兩側(cè)山體嚴(yán)重滑坡，大量泥沙淤積于大壩內(nèi)，大壩的蓄水能力與日劇減，抗洪能力也變成了笑話，下游數(shù)千萬(wàn)人危如累卵。第三．水污染方面

由于江水被大壩阻攔，農(nóng)業(yè)殘留物、生活及工業(yè)污染物無(wú)法順流而下排入大海，而是倒灌回水庫(kù)，使得庫(kù)區(qū)水體的污染不斷加重，并導(dǎo)致庫(kù)區(qū)的長(zhǎng)江支流出現(xiàn)“水華”現(xiàn)象。這與政府所說(shuō)的二類水質(zhì)要求甚遠(yuǎn)。第四．文化遺產(chǎn)和移民方面

在三峽地區(qū)，在這塊土地上曾存在燦爛的文化，留下了許多寶貴的遺產(chǎn)。三峽庫(kù)區(qū)蓄水后，長(zhǎng)江沿岸的千年古鎮(zhèn)人文遺失，如涪陵白鶴梁、忠縣石寶寨、云陽(yáng)張飛廟、奉節(jié)白帝。尤其是那些方言和地方戲曲無(wú)法再發(fā)展傳承，如川江號(hào)子幾乎絕跡。而且還迫使庫(kù)區(qū)500w農(nóng)民搬遷到人口更加密集的沿江坡地上，他們一方面要靠著比以前更少的土地勉強(qiáng)維生，一方面還要面臨日益加重的土地侵蝕和塌方事故的致命威脅。

綜上所訴，我們可以明晰得出結(jié)論，也就是今天我方堅(jiān)持的觀點(diǎn)：三峽大壩的修建功在當(dāng)代，但利不在千秋，我方認(rèn)為三峽項(xiàng)目的社會(huì)和生態(tài)成本過(guò)高。從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看，他的影響甚至超過(guò)了它的益處，不符合當(dāng)今可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀的主流觀點(diǎn)，三峽工程的其弊遠(yuǎn)大于其利。

在我們的調(diào)查中，不少被訪者認(rèn)為網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物既方便又齊全，但也有被訪者反映了網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的商品信息不齊全，很多商品都是拿官方雜志的圖片混淆消費(fèi)者等問(wèn)題。個(gè)案一：小方，女，28歲，江門臺(tái)山人，自由職業(yè)者 “我覺(jué)得網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物弊大于利。大部分網(wǎng)店都是標(biāo)榜韓國(guó)等海外的官方圖片，以漂亮的效果圖混淆消費(fèi)者，而商品卻是仿制品，這就讓我們消費(fèi)者買得不安心，很多理性消費(fèi)者都會(huì)選擇小額消費(fèi)。” 個(gè)案二:黃先生，男，40歲，江門人，某服裝店老板

“網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物不能看到實(shí)物，衣物等物品也不能試穿，黑心賣家還會(huì)以次充好，把瑕疵品賣給買家。一方面，交易不安全，在實(shí)體店買賣都是現(xiàn)金交易，而在網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物卻要款到發(fā)貨，根本不確定賣方是否能誠(chéng)信交易；另一方面，維修困難。當(dāng)你在網(wǎng)上購(gòu)買了數(shù)碼產(chǎn)品，使用出現(xiàn)故障了，你是否能得到聯(lián)保的保修服務(wù)。”

個(gè)案三：小陳，男，22歲，江門人，五邑大學(xué)學(xué)生

“我曾在網(wǎng)上購(gòu)買50元充值卡，買回來(lái)后發(fā)現(xiàn)卻是30元充值卡，一直也聯(lián)系不上賣家，所以在網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物存在很大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，經(jīng)營(yíng)者多用虛擬網(wǎng)名注冊(cè)，經(jīng)營(yíng)者的真實(shí)身份、住所等信息無(wú)法予以確認(rèn)，很多網(wǎng)上交易又是跨省市的異地交易，給受理和查處帶來(lái)困難，使消費(fèi)者的損失難以被追回。”

網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物的弊端分析

我們?cè)诳吹骄W(wǎng)上購(gòu)物優(yōu)點(diǎn)的同時(shí)更要認(rèn)清它在現(xiàn)階段存在的問(wèn)題，以便盡早地找到解決方案以促進(jìn)網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物的良性發(fā)展。可以說(shuō)，現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)消費(fèi)者對(duì)網(wǎng)上購(gòu)物狀況的評(píng)價(jià)是“痛并快樂(lè)著”，而這其中痛的指數(shù)要高于快樂(lè)指數(shù)。

第四、交貨延遲。付款后不能按期收到貨物的事屢見(jiàn)不鮮，有時(shí)付款后收不到貨物的情況也會(huì)出現(xiàn)。第五、退貨困難。網(wǎng)上購(gòu)得的貨物想要退掉并不是件容易的事，經(jīng)營(yíng)者往往找種種理由拒絕退貨。有時(shí)甚至直接在格式合同中明文規(guī)定某些商品不得退貨。對(duì)于在退貨范圍內(nèi)的商品，通過(guò)經(jīng)營(yíng)者的規(guī)定看也根本無(wú)法退換。

第六、網(wǎng)上欺詐與虛假?gòu)V告。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)使得某些商家可通過(guò)匿名的方式躲避調(diào)查，利用監(jiān)管難度大、隱蔽性強(qiáng)、傳播快的特點(diǎn)大行虛假?gòu)V告和欺詐之道，它們往往打著“跳樓價(jià)”“超值大獎(jiǎng)等你拿”一類的旗號(hào)吸引消費(fèi)者的眼球，借機(jī)侵犯消費(fèi)者的權(quán)益而為自己牟利。

謝謝主席，尊敬的各位評(píng)委，觀眾，對(duì)方辯友，大家上午好。感謝對(duì)方辨友的立論，我方承認(rèn)網(wǎng)購(gòu)確實(shí)有眾多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但我們今天的辯題是網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物利與弊的比較。哪個(gè)對(duì)我們的影響更大，在優(yōu)點(diǎn)之下我們要看到網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物更大的弊端。我方觀點(diǎn)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物弊大于利。首先，我們明確這樣的概念，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物指的是通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)檢索信息，并通過(guò)訂購(gòu)者發(fā)出請(qǐng)求，通過(guò)第三方支付工具或銀行付款，通過(guò)郵寄方式或快遞公司配送的購(gòu)物方式。下面我方將從兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述：

一、從個(gè)人角度出發(fā)，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物讓個(gè)

人權(quán)益受到侵害，也讓個(gè)人身心俱受損失。購(gòu)物是什么？是精神與物質(zhì)的雙重享受。但網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物給我們的是櫥窗的世界，可看不可摸，我們無(wú)法知道我們精心選購(gòu)后拍下的寶貝是否和我們想的一樣，寶貝到達(dá)通過(guò)郵寄，你又得擔(dān)心到達(dá)后是否完整。我們花費(fèi)了錢，花費(fèi)了時(shí)間的寶貝不一樣，我們是否又郵寄回去？再者，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物需要大量的個(gè)人信息，而網(wǎng)上個(gè)人信息外泄現(xiàn)象十分嚴(yán)重，甚至有人倒賣個(gè)人信息。想想買東西時(shí)怕和實(shí)物不符，付款時(shí)怕信息泄露，等待的是一個(gè)沒(méi)有身份證的物品。作為一個(gè)消費(fèi)者，買了東西卻難以享受到應(yīng)有的售后服務(wù)，甚至國(guó)家三包政策都難以實(shí)現(xiàn)，買家該享的權(quán)利沒(méi)享，賣家該盡的義務(wù)沒(méi)盡，這哪是一場(chǎng)公平的交易呢？網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物還易使人沉迷，減少社交。所以無(wú)論是網(wǎng)購(gòu)過(guò)程還是網(wǎng)購(gòu)結(jié)果，都在告訴我們網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物弊大于利。

二、從社會(huì)和國(guó)家出發(fā)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)商店無(wú)

公司實(shí)體，沒(méi)固定經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所，那么需要的員工也就少之又少。因此，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物粗化了社會(huì)分工，減少了社會(huì)基層勞動(dòng)者的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。再者，由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的虛擬性網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物滋生了違規(guī)的秘密商店的非法交易，以及黑客的越發(fā)

猖狂。或許在你點(diǎn)擊付費(fèi)的時(shí)候錢直接送給了黑客，網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物國(guó)家監(jiān)管難度大，稅收流失。網(wǎng)絡(luò)商店無(wú)工商注冊(cè)，隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場(chǎng)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大，稅收流失越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重。我們要明白稅收是用于經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)，發(fā)展科技文衛(wèi)事業(yè)，維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定，鞏固國(guó)防，為勞動(dòng)人民服務(wù)的。勞動(dòng)人民是稅收的最終受益者。而從中國(guó)研究中心調(diào)查顯示，僅淘寶上就有80%以上的店主沒(méi)有繳納任何稅金，這就證明至少有30億元的巨額稅金就這樣點(diǎn)點(diǎn)鼠標(biāo)，敲敲鍵盤之間無(wú)聲無(wú)息蒸發(fā)了。

綜上所述，無(wú)論對(duì)于個(gè)人還是國(guó)家我方都認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)物弊大于利。

大家好！開(kāi)宗明義、概念先行、所謂相親即：男女雙方聯(lián)系見(jiàn)面到約會(huì)的過(guò)程，其根本目的在于尋找真愛(ài)，促成婚姻。而電視相親是指由電視臺(tái)策劃制作的為未婚男女提供相親平臺(tái)的電視節(jié)目。今天討論的話題是“電視相親利大于弊還是弊大于利”。我們權(quán)衡其利弊的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在于。據(jù)此、我方一致認(rèn)為電視相親弊大于利、其因有三：

其一、從目的性來(lái)說(shuō)。在當(dāng)今這個(gè)變化快、發(fā)展快、信息多元化的社會(huì)、許多商家便想到做相親節(jié)目來(lái)吸引觀眾的眼球、在企業(yè)盈利的大前提下、其主要目的在于商業(yè)盈利、娛樂(lè)大眾。而相親的本質(zhì)在于尋找真愛(ài)，促成婚姻、這與相親的本質(zhì)目的相去甚遠(yuǎn)。再看相親的當(dāng)事人、隨著電視相親越來(lái)越紅火、參加相親節(jié)目的當(dāng)事人的目的也并不都在于找到一個(gè)真正合適自己的伴侶、其中不乏參雜著一些炫耀家世、炒作、尋求刺激的人、所以電視相親弊大于利、其

三、電視相親使一些負(fù)面影響擴(kuò)大化。我們知道當(dāng)今的電視相親節(jié)目層出不窮、而能夠在節(jié)目中出現(xiàn)的主角一般都已經(jīng)都進(jìn)行了一輪篩選、這在無(wú)形中將人三六九等劃分、電視相親使人們的愛(ài)情觀變得物質(zhì)化、功利化、拜金化、變得赤裸裸、易形成錯(cuò)誤的“非主流愛(ài)情觀”例如：馬諾事件屢禁不止、更有嘉賓對(duì)節(jié)目參加者言辭犀利不惜“出口傷人”。一些商家也因?yàn)槭找暵省⒗娴恼T惑、大力迎合大眾的口味、使“非主流愛(ài)情觀”推向極端、脫離國(guó)家宏觀調(diào)控、越來(lái)越多的電視臺(tái)播出此類節(jié)目、致使人們對(duì)其關(guān)注度越來(lái)越來(lái)大、而精神營(yíng)養(yǎng)越來(lái)越缺乏、遠(yuǎn)離核心價(jià)值觀、這樣的現(xiàn)象真實(shí)存在我們的社會(huì)：可能不知道誰(shuí)是卡扎菲、誰(shuí)是喬布斯、但是卻知道誰(shuí)是樂(lè)嘉、誰(shuí)是孟非、誰(shuí)是馬諾、據(jù)此、電視相親弊大于利、年輕的我們不能如此草率的將自己的一生托付給那短短的十幾分鐘、不能寄托在、只見(jiàn)過(guò)一面的人身上、綜上所述、我方堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為電視相親弊大于利、
