一、試題的特點：

(一)、注重了基礎知識的考查試卷中能充分體現考查學生基礎知識為主要目標的命題原則，堅持依據于課本，但又避免教材中機械的知識，對于一些學生必須掌握的基礎知識作為重點考查的內容，因為這些知識的掌握能更好地為今后的學習打下堅實的基礎。

(二)、突出語言的交際功能英語作為語言，是一種交際的工具。而小學英語教學根據小學生的年齡特點和語言學習的規律，確立以聽說能力的培養為主要目標，讀寫跟上的原則進行。

(三)、滲透了能力考查的要求學習語言是為了交際。小學英語教學不僅要教給學生一些最基本的語言知識，而且要教給學生運用語言的方法和能力。在試卷的問題設計上，增加了對學生閱讀理解能力和話題小作文的考查。

二、試卷及學生答題情況分析

筆試部分共四個大題，這部分是按照由易到難、由詞到詞組、到句子、到對話運用、到交際、最后到短文閱讀和小作文的思路層層遞進。主要考查學生的語言基礎知識和基本技能，包括詞、詞組、語法的正確運用和讀寫能力的考查，以及學生交際能力以及讀短文訓練的檢測，現分述如下：

1、選擇填空，主要考查了句子的整體把握能力，大部分學生完成得不錯，但是也有少部分學生做得一塌糊涂，主要是第三人稱單數后面動詞的變化部分學生沒有注意及課文內容的掌握不牢固。

2、補全對話，內容都是書上平時的對話內容，基本都能做得很好。

3、連詞成句。本題主要考查學生對句子的整體把握能力，內容是根據課本內容，簡單易做，出錯的部分是有馬虎大意、自以為是的所謂好同學外，基本是基礎差的學生，他們對句子沒有整體性概念，陷于無知的狀態。

4、閱讀短文，此題主要考查了學生的閱讀能力，在第三小題中，學生因為馬虎粗心、不認真讀題而造成失分。

三、改進措施及今后的發展方向：

1、加強詞匯教學。包括單詞拼寫，詞義記憶，語用功能的訓練，在平常的教學中一定要常抓不懈。詞匯是文章、句子的基本單位，詞匯量的大小，將直接關系到學生能否流利地運用英語進行交際；能否熟練地用英語讀和寫；能否順利地用英語思考。從閱卷所反映的問題看，在今后的教學中，在加強拼讀與拼寫的同時，應幫助學生進行有意識記，應加強對詞的用法及內在含義的理解，要培養學生用英語解釋單詞的能力，逐步啟發引導學生用英語思考。單詞教學一定要做到詞不離句，這樣，學生在學會了單詞的同時，也學會了詞的一些基本用法。

2、基本的語法教學一定要與語境相結合。進行語法操練時，要堅持“四位一體”，即話題、語境、結構、功能相結合。抓住話題，聯系語境，確定語法結構，明確語法功能(交際功能)。要重視語法知識對于培養語言運用功能的基礎作用，又要注重改革教法。課堂上一定要有生動活潑的教學活動。

3、進一步培養閱讀能力。閱讀能力的培養是英語教學的又一重點。《課標》規定“學生應達到一定量的課外閱讀量”。其實，試卷上每一題都要求學生閱讀。我們常說，“這類題目已講過x遍,y個學生不會做。”這不是因為學生沒有聽懂老師所講的題目，而是因為學生不會閱讀試卷上的題目，對不上適用的語法結構。閱讀能力的培養在于平時。教師在平時講解閱讀理解題時，應著力幫助學生分析語言材料，而不是核對答案。

4、小學英語教師要想方設法激發學生的興趣，教學時要緊扣教材，“死文活教”，因材施教、寓教于樂，達到讓學生進行簡單的英語交流的目的。

5、規范要求、強化技巧也是提高教學質量的有效途徑之一。因此，教師傳授只是要過細、全面，要求學生要從嚴，并對學生的作答技能進行規范化訓練。總之，小學英語的教學要注重“雙基”，在培養聽、說、讀、寫能力上多下功夫。
