一、試題分析

試題緊扣教材，貼近學生實際生活，很好的考察了學生的語用能力和交流能力，并兼顧了對學生的實踐創新能力的考查。題型中有對語音、詞匯、句型結構的考查，又有對日常交際用語及初步語法知識的考查。從本次考試卷面看，題量適中，試題包含的面非常廣，既考查了學生對基礎知識的掌握情況，又考查了學生綜合分析問題的能力。試題分兩部分：聽力部分和筆試部分。

二、試卷答題情況分析

通觀學生試卷答題情況，學生的聽力好于讀寫。可以看出課堂聽說的訓練以及單詞基礎的訓練對學生掌握知識很有幫助。但是聽力的第四五大題出錯較多，學生不能對所學的知識進行很好的歸類，從另一個方面說也是知識的掌握不牢靠。讀寫部分的第八大題也存在較大問題，很多同學不能較好的排列單詞的正確順序，在今后的教學中還應在句型結構方面下大工夫。第七大題也有部分同學存在問題，主要是學生的閱讀量太小，對短文所描述的意思不能很好的理解，造成很多不必要的失分。筆試部分：第六題做的較好，大部分學生做的較好。出錯較多的是動詞的特殊變化。第七題：選擇題后幾個出錯較多。

八、九題，組句子或漢譯英，人稱動詞句式掌握不算好。十題讀短文，判斷句子與短文內容是否相符，個別學生對短文沒有讀懂，個別學生出錯。

反思：從學生的整體答題情況看，發現了這兩方面的問題：（1）聽力還存在不同程度的失分現象，說明學生聽力訓練還是不夠，以后還要在這方面多下功夫。

（2）筆試部分中第三人稱單數學生理解不夠。不會靈活運用。

三、改進措施

1、教學中要繼續突出學生的主體地位。小學五年級還處于英語學習的起始階段，所以一切教學活動的設計和開展應符合學生的心理和生理特點，遵循語言學習的規律，用多種手段激發學習興趣，力求使學生在生動活潑的課堂活動中掌握英語基礎知識，提高聽、說、讀、寫能力。

2、繼續加強語音、詞匯及句型教學訓練。在起始階段教師一定要使學生過好語音關，使他們牢固掌握音標和英語字母的讀音規則，以提高獨立學習單詞的能力。在詞匯教學中教師應靈活多樣地運用情景教學法、詞義對比法、動作演示法、形象介紹法等方法，使學生將單詞的音、形、義有效結合起來，活學活用，在輕松的氛圍中學好詞匯和句型，為今后進一步的學習夯實基礎。

3、在教學中，把交際能力的培養放在十分突出的位置。小學生模仿能力強，記憶力好，但是活潑好動，教師要利用這一特點，努力激發學生的學習興趣，采用角色表演、游戲、情景對話、教唱英文歌曲等直觀形象的教學方法，結合圖片、簡筆畫、動作表演等教學手段，培養和發展學生的英語語言交際能力。

4、深鉆教材，充分利用教材，把握教學內容的深度與廣度，培養學生的參與意識和語言交際能力;適當進行知識拓展,積累知識，及時鞏固，強化訓練，有效提高成績，在積累知識的基礎上提高學生能力。

5、教學中尊重學生的個體差異，不放棄任何一個學生，實行分層次教學，根據不同的學情因材施教，在抓兩頭帶中間，使成績差的學生有信心能“吃好”，尖子生有提升能“吃飽”。

一、試卷情況：

本次命題，題型多從不同方面對學生進行考查。試卷中能充分體現考查學生基礎知識為主要目標的命題原則，堅持依據于課本，但又避免教材中知識的機械考查，體現了知識的層次性和循序漸進原則。如句型轉換，在考核知識的同時也考查了學生運用語言的能力和方法。試題形式多樣，題量合適，難易適中。

二、學生試卷分析：

(一)、聽力部分

聽力測試旨在考查學生聽音、辨音及聽力理解和快速反應能力。滿分為30分，共三題，整體來看，聽力部分得分率較高，第一題的選詞和填詞基本滿分，說明學生單詞和詞組掌握較好。第三大題有一問職業的句型超出范圍，導致失分較多。

(二)、筆試部分

1.第四、第五、第六題都是考察單詞的識記和分類，這幾大題得分率較高，但有個別學生沒記住單詞現象，學生做題不認真，沒有看清題目要求，還有選出E.F的。

2.第七題的情景選擇題型很好，但是只有五題，題量少了一些，考查到了學生的語言運用能力。但是第一題考查電話中介紹自己是誰，應用：This is XXX,而不能說I’m XXX.由于課本上沒有這一內容，學生基本做錯。教師還要超越課本，盡量多地補充語言知識和句型。

3.第八大題還是側重考查句型的理解和應用，都是來自課本的句型，學生都爛熟于心，因此基本上都能得滿分。

4.第九題的句型轉換是學生做題最動腦，也是失分最多的題。這類題型很靈活，這類題型側重語法,失分很嚴重，主要是平時很少接觸這種題型，沒用進行過這類題的訓練，學生完全沒有這方面的答題技巧。如劃線部分是at 12：00 這個時間，那提問就是when do you ?? 劃線部分是flying the kites這個現在分詞，那提問就是when are you doing? 另外兩題一般疑問句的回答也很不理想，許多同學只是簡單回答YES或NO,沒有完整回答。有些學生只得2分，得分低的同學，說明對英語學科的學習還沒有找到適合自己的方法，這樣下去，后果會很嚴重，一定要在平時的教學中多關注后進生，使兩極分化減小到最低程度。

總而言之，學生對該句型的掌握不熟練，答題技巧也未形成。學生往往口頭上會回答，但是缺少一定的語境提示，書面答題很不理想。

5、短文閱讀理解。主要考查學生對英語短文的閱讀理解能力。從學生的答題情況看，學生的閱讀理解能力也比以往有所提高。第2、4小題幾乎全對。第3小題有兩個空，學生做這樣的題少，所以不知選一個，有部分學生選兩個答案，可見學生的應變能力還有待提高。

三、存在的問題：

從卷面分析來看，學生的基礎知識與運用部分普遍還存在著以下幾方面的問題。

（1）學生沒形成較好的答卷習慣，審題不清，導致失分。

（2）學生題型見的少，如第九題，學生不知道干什么，因為他沒見過這樣的題型，自己也不去審題，造成失分。

（3）學生對于單詞和句子，普遍存在著會讀不會譯，這就給考試帶來很大的困難。（4）學生的書寫能力不達標。說明在日常書寫過程中教師沒有要求學生正規書寫，或缺乏經常性地鞏固訓練。四，教師存在的問題：

1、教學中對知識訓練不到位，致使個別學生在基礎知識方面失分。

2、訓練學生能力不到位，在真實的情境中有個別學生不能靈活的運用知識。同樣的知識，變換一下形式就不會做了。

五、改進措施：

1、平時加強學生多讀、多背、多練，扎扎實實抓好基礎教學。課堂訓練形式要更加靈活，采用多種方式對單詞、句型進行訓練，注重知識的積累與運用，在培養興趣的同時傳授學生掌握單詞的方法。例如，教學單詞時，一定要幫助學生分清認清，教師反復強調幫助學生記憶。

2、在教學中，注意知識的均衡性，不僅要認讀要求掌握的“三會”、“四會”單詞，更要對白體單詞加強聽、說、讀、寫的訓練。

3.多鼓勵多表揚，培養學生自信心。在以后的教學中，一定要鍛煉學生的膽量，多讓學生當眾演說，設立小組制，比一比、看一看，誰最有勇氣主動發言，從多方面培養學生的自信心。

4、端正學生的學習態度，培養其良好的行為習慣，如：認真審題、認真做題、認真檢查的好習慣，使其發揮應有的水平，取得更為優異的成績。
