Guangdong Construction Vocational Technology Institute is one of the full-time higher vocational colleges approved by Guangdong Provincial People's Government and it is under the direct jurisdiction of the Department of Education of Guangdong Province.It aims to foster the first-line high-quality and high-end professionals in production, construction, management and service to meet the needs of Guangdong regional economic and socio-economic development.The college boasts two campuses(South Campus and North Campus)and covers an area of more than 400 mu , with a total construction area of more than 133,000㎡, of which 87,000 ㎡ are teaching and administration buildings.It possesses various advanced teaching equipments valuing more than RMB 33,640,000 Yuan.Its library has a collection of 369,000 volumes.Presently there are 6,044 full-time higher vocational students, 1500 full-time secondary students together with 1291 adult students enrolled in our continuing education department.It highlights the higher vocational education, and takes adult continuing education and various professional skills training as its two important parts and combines diploma education with non-diploma education.At present, the college has 400 faculty members with high academic level and rich practical experience, among whom over 80(it accounts for about 30% of the 280 full-time teachers)are full or associate professors and more than 110 of youth are master’s or doctoral degree holders and more than 140 are Dual-qualification teachers and 7 are identified as the college-level teaching masters and 6 as the training objectives of the college-level “Thousand-Hundred-Ten Talent Project”.In addition, it employs over 400 experts and visiting professors and advanced engineers, who make up a team of high-level and high-skilled part-time teachers.In the last 5 years, the teachers have been the principle investigators and participators of 130 academic projects of various levels, including 1 subtopic of a national level project awarded with the excellent research prize, 26 provincial level projects, 2 teaching reform projects listed as the teaching achievements of higher education and 2 projects awarded with provincial teaching achievements.In order to build it as one of the excellent and influential higher vocational colleges of construction all over the country , according to the orientation of running a school--“Firmly Rooted in Guangdong Province, Facing the Whole Country, Relying on the Relative Industries and Serving the Urban and Rural”, the college has established the educational philosophy--“Abilities and Morality Development, College-enterprise Cooperation and Working-studying Integration, Characteristic Development”, and 6 development strategies--“Developing as the First Priority, Teaching as the First Emphasis, Stability as the First Responsibility, Quality as the First Element, Harmony as the First Pursuit, and Strengthening as the First Goal”

各學(xué)區(qū)，縣直各學(xué)校：

為了進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)我縣校園文化建設(shè)，著力優(yōu)化育人環(huán)境，根據(jù)全縣教育工作會(huì)議精神和全縣教育工作要點(diǎn)、《全縣中小學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)實(shí)施意見》文件精神，結(jié)合我縣實(shí)際，就進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)全縣中小學(xué)校園文化建設(shè)工作提出以下意見：

一、充分認(rèn)識(shí)校園環(huán)境文化建設(shè)的客觀重要性

校園是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和生活的基本環(huán)境。創(chuàng)造一個(gè)優(yōu)美雅致、健康情趣的校園，給人以享受和薰陶，有利于激發(fā)師生工作和學(xué)習(xí)的熱情；有利于培育學(xué)生美好的心靈和完善的人格特征；有利于促進(jìn)社會(huì)文明風(fēng)氣的形成。“學(xué)校無空地，處處都育人；學(xué)校無閑人，人人都育人；學(xué)校無小事，事事都育人”。積極地改造校園環(huán)境，充分發(fā)揮校園環(huán)境中的育人因素，克服并消除校園環(huán)境中的不利因素，是提高育人質(zhì)量的有效措施，是每一位教育工作者義不容辭的職責(zé)和任務(wù)。

學(xué)校的校園環(huán)境建設(shè)既有校園綠化美化、清潔衛(wèi)生的要求，又是學(xué)校常規(guī)管理，建立良好秩序的要求，是潛移默化的生動(dòng)教材，是育人的重要方面；學(xué)校的文化建設(shè)包括教育思想、教育觀念、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、良好文化氛圍創(chuàng)設(shè)在內(nèi)的大文化，它是陶冶學(xué)生情操、警示不良行為的無聲管理機(jī)制，是學(xué)校思想政治工作的有效載體，是促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康發(fā)展的必要條件。

加強(qiáng)校園文化建設(shè)是深化教育改革，全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的重要任務(wù)。各學(xué)區(qū)（校）要切實(shí)將此項(xiàng)工作抓好抓實(shí)。

二、以校園綠化、美化、安全為重點(diǎn)，加強(qiáng)校園環(huán)境建設(shè)

1、通過統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃，修建花園（臺(tái)），利用空地死角等，培植綠化地帶，改變校園雜草叢生，無綠化氛圍的局面。提倡師生動(dòng)手，植樹造林、栽花種草，學(xué)校校園要建設(shè)成環(huán)境優(yōu)美、綠化美化、四季有景的花園式學(xué)校。

2、對校園進(jìn)行整體美化布置。張貼名人字畫、名言警句等對教室、走廊等進(jìn)行美化布置；利用學(xué)校地勢、校墻等因地制宜，制作藝術(shù)墻。

3、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的行為習(xí)慣。學(xué)校要將德育與環(huán)境教育聯(lián)系

－2－ 起來。要通過良好習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)和經(jīng)常性的宣傳、檢查與公民道德建設(shè)相結(jié)合，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的思想品德；要通過升旗儀式、團(tuán)章的學(xué)習(xí)，“兩操”的評(píng)比，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生健康、進(jìn)取的心理；要通過對學(xué)生穿戴、頭發(fā)、清潔、保潔、兩休、用水、用電等行為習(xí)慣的量化評(píng)比，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的日常行為習(xí)慣和衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。教師要模范執(zhí)行《中小學(xué)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范》，言行一致，以身作則，為人師表。

4、在環(huán)境建設(shè)中要落實(shí)安全責(zé)任制。校園環(huán)境建設(shè)的前提是校園安全。學(xué)校在教學(xué)設(shè)施，飲水飲食，取暖、用電，開展體育，組織勞動(dòng)和其他集體活動(dòng)等方面必須妥善采取安全防范措施，特別是對安全知識(shí)教育、梯間劃中線、一律靠右行等措施要抓落實(shí)，確保師生安全。

5、要建立公共衛(wèi)生打掃、檢查、保潔制度。切實(shí)做到校園整潔、有序，宿舍空氣流通，被褥干凈，物件安置有序，食堂衛(wèi)生符合國家有關(guān)規(guī)定。

三、積極開展校園活動(dòng)，不斷豐富校園文化，創(chuàng)建有特色的校園文化

1、廣泛開展內(nèi)容豐富的文化活動(dòng)。學(xué)校要通過一些有益的活動(dòng)豐富學(xué)生精神生活，塑造美好的心靈。應(yīng)當(dāng)組織內(nèi)容健康，格調(diào)高尚，豐富多彩的校園文化活動(dòng)，讓校園逐步形成濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)空氣，穩(wěn)定的校園秩序，健康的校園文化和文明的校園環(huán)境，從

－3－ 而推動(dòng)整個(gè)校園文明程度的明顯提高。

2、創(chuàng)建藝術(shù)特色學(xué)校。要認(rèn)真落實(shí)師資配備，場地、器材、設(shè)備配置；要加強(qiáng)教育教學(xué)管理，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行部頒教學(xué)計(jì)劃，開齊開足音、體、美課程課時(shí)；要加強(qiáng)建設(shè)學(xué)校學(xué)生藝術(shù)課外興趣小組；要定期舉辦全體學(xué)生參與的藝體活動(dòng)。

四、加強(qiáng)校園及周邊環(huán)境整治，凈化校園

不允許任何單位或個(gè)人在學(xué)校門前200米半徑內(nèi)設(shè)置臺(tái)球、電子游戲機(jī)等營業(yè)點(diǎn)。不允許在學(xué)校門前和兩側(cè)設(shè)置集貿(mào)市場、停車場，擺攤設(shè)點(diǎn)、堆放雜物。

不允許在學(xué)校屬地內(nèi)放牧、種植作物、打場、堆物、取土、采石等。嚴(yán)禁在校園內(nèi)非法建筑。

在校園內(nèi)不允許進(jìn)行宗教活動(dòng)，不向?qū)W生宣傳宗教。嚴(yán)禁在校園內(nèi)傳播宣傳暴力、兇殺、色情、恐怖、迷信的圖書報(bào)刊、音像制品。堅(jiān)決抵制賭博、酗灑、不健康的歌曲和封建迷信活動(dòng)對學(xué)生的影響。

學(xué)校能融合先進(jìn)思想道德，優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化和校本教育資源，培育積極向上的校園文化。不僅要達(dá)到凈化、美化、綠化、亮化校園，而且要形成人文化校園，發(fā)揮校園文化潛移默化、潤物無聲的道德影響力。
