尊敬的謝里夫總理，尊敬的拉巴尼參議院主席，尊敬的薩迪克國民議會議長，各位部長，各位議員朋友，女士們，先生們，朋友們：

今天，有機會來到巴基斯坦議會同各位議員朋友面對面交流，我感到非常高興。巴基斯坦議會邀請我發表演講，充分表明了你們對中國人民的深情厚誼，我對此表示衷心的感謝！

首先，我代表13億多中國人民，向兄弟的巴基斯坦人民，致以最誠摯的問候和最美好的祝愿！借此機會，我要向長期以來為中巴兩國友誼和合作作出貢獻的各界朋友，致以崇高的敬意！

巴基斯坦是我今年出訪的第一站。這雖然是我第一次來到巴基斯坦，但我對巴基斯坦一點也不陌生。中國有句古話：“與君初相識，猶如故人歸。”這就是我訪問巴基斯坦的真實感受。我年輕時經常聽到老一輩人講述巴基斯坦的風土人情和中巴友誼的感人故事，早就對巴基斯坦心馳神往。一踏上這片美麗的土地，我和我的同事們就沉浸在熱情友好的海洋之中，仿佛回到親如手足的兄弟家中。

中國和巴基斯坦的友誼是肝膽相照的信義之交，休戚與共的患難之交，堪稱國與國友好相處的典范。巴基斯坦人民將中巴友誼比喻為“比山高，比海深，比蜜甜”。中國人民則親切地稱巴基斯坦人民為“好朋友、好鄰居、好伙伴、好兄弟”。

這次訪問期間，我同侯賽因總統、謝里夫總理一致同意將中巴關系提升為全天候戰略合作伙伴關系。全天候就是風雨無阻、永遠同行的意思。這一定位是中巴全天候友誼和全方位合作的鮮明寫照，可謂實至名歸。

女士們、先生們、朋友們！

巴基斯坦是一個年輕而又古老的偉大國家。這片熱土孕育了輝煌燦爛的古代文明，在近代史上書寫了爭取民族獨立、國家自強的壯麗詩篇。巴基斯坦人民善良勇敢、自尊自信，有著百折不撓、堅韌不拔的民族氣質。建國60多年來，巴基斯坦政府和人民面對復雜的國內外形勢，沉著應對各種嚴峻挑戰，在捍衛國家主權獨立和領土完整、建設國家和發展經濟的道路上取得了顯著成就。進入新世紀以來，巴基斯坦身處國際反恐前沿，付出了巨大努力，承受了巨大犧牲，為地區乃至世界和平穩定作出了突出貢獻。中國人民對巴基斯坦人民充滿深深的敬意。

巴基斯坦國父真納說過：“我們不辭赴湯蹈火，因為相信陽光未來。”未來可以期待，未來也可以創造。當前，巴基斯坦面臨著歷史性發展機遇。謝里夫總理提出了“亞洲之虎”的夢想，為巴基斯坦勾畫出宏偉藍圖。中國人民相信，巴基斯坦人民團結一心、不懈努力，一定能夠在國家建設征程中創造新的奇跡、鑄就新的輝煌。中國人民將始終同巴基斯坦人民站在一起！
