第四節 細胞中的糖類和脂質

脂肪是脂質的一種，脂質存在于所有細胞中，主要元素是C H O 有些脂質還含有N P 脂肪是最常見的脂質，也是細胞內良好的儲能物質，同時還有保溫 緩沖減壓的功能。磷脂是細胞膜和細胞器膜的重要成分，分為親水端和疏水端。（脂肪肝其中的一個原因就是缺磷脂）固醇包括膽固醇性激素和維生素D等，膽固醇是細胞膜的重要成分，在人體內還參與血液中的脂質的運輸，性激素能促進任何動物生殖器官的發育以及生殖細胞的形成，維生素D能促進人體腸道對鈣和磷的吸收。（膽固醇+紫外線→VD）

多糖蛋白質和核酸等都是生物大分子物質，組成它們的基本單位都可被稱為單體，而這些大分子物質又可以被稱為多聚體。每一個單體都以若干個相連的碳原子構成的碳鏈為基本骨架，因此碳是生命的核心元素。

細胞內的能源物質有糖類脂肪蛋白質，生物體內的儲能物質有淀粉糖原脂肪，直接能源物質是ATP。

第五節，細胞中的無機物

一般的說，水在細胞的各類化學成分中含量最高，但不同生物的含量大相徑庭，而同一生物的不同年齡不同器官組織中水的含量也很不一樣。水在細胞中以兩種形式存在自由水和結合水。結合水是細胞的重要組成成分，約占4.5％ 而絕大多數水則以自由水的形式存在，結合水的比例高則抗逆性強，自由水的比例高則新陳代謝旺盛（將種子風干使其自由水含量減少，可以減緩其新陳代謝。自由水的失去種子仍可以保持其生理活力，而失去結合水的種子則喪失其生理活性）水的作用：1 組成細胞的重要成分。2是細胞內良好的溶劑3許多化學反應也都需要誰的參與4水能運輸營養物質和代謝廢物。與水結合的能力 蛋白質＞淀粉＞纖維素。而脂質一般不與水結合但是可以溶解在丙酮氯仿或乙醚等有機溶劑中。

細胞內絕大多數無機鹽以離子的形式存在。1它們能組成細胞的化合物，2 維持細胞和生物體的生命活動，3 維持細胞的酸堿平衡。

活細胞中的各種化合物，含量和比例處于不斷變化會中卻又保持相對穩定狀態。

第三章 細胞的基本結構

①光學顯微鏡下是看不到細胞膜的。細胞膜主要是由脂質（主要是磷脂，膽固醇，糖脂）和蛋白質組成同時還有少量的糖類。脂質約占百分之五十，蛋白質約占百分之四十，糖類約占百分之二到百分之十。細胞膜的功能與細胞膜上蛋白質種類和數量呈正相關，與選擇透過性有關，而糖蛋白和糖脂與細胞間的信息交流有關。（在細胞癌變的過程中，細胞膜的成分發

生變化，有的產生甲胎蛋白（AEP），癌胚抗原（CEA）等物質。）

細胞膜的功能：1將細胞與外界環境分隔開，保障了細胞內部環境的相對穩定。控制物質進出細胞，當然細胞的控制作用是相對的，且死細胞無選擇透過性，因此可以用臺盼藍染液檢驗細胞的死活。（活細胞不會被染色）進行細胞間的信息交流?？梢酝ㄟ^細胞分泌的化學物質，使其與靶細胞表面的特異性受體結合，相鄰的兩個細胞的細胞膜接觸也可以傳遞信息，如精子和卵細胞之間的結合。同時植物細胞還可以通過胞堅連絲進行信息交流。

植物細胞在細胞膜外面還有一層細胞壁，對細胞有支持和保護的作用，但細胞壁是全透性的，因此植物細胞的邊界也是細胞膜。

原核細胞的細胞壁成分是肽聚糖，真菌細胞壁的成分為幾丁質 植物細胞壁的成分為纖維素和果膠。

第二節 細胞器——系統內的分工合作

細胞質是細胞進行新陳代謝的主要場所

線粒體呈棒狀。是細胞進行有氧呼吸的主要場所，是動力車間，細胞所需能量百分之九十五來自線粒體。線粒體中由兩層膜構成，內膜向內凹折形成嵴，擴大了膜面積為酶提供了廣大的附著場所。

葉綠體呈扁平或橢球形或球形，也是雙層膜，內有基粒，基粒膜上附著著光合作用有關的色素酶和DNA，葉綠體是光合作用的場所，被譽為養料制造車間和能量轉換站。主要分布在綠色植物的葉肉細胞幼莖或表層細胞中，根尖細胞無，洋蔥表皮細胞也無。

內質網是細胞內蛋白質合成和加工以及脂質合成的車間。粗面內質網：蛋白質合成加工的通道，發生糖基化反應，畫面內質網，沒有核糖體附著，幾乎所有脂類合成于此。是細胞內物質運輸的網絡和通道。肝臟中畫面內質網相對多。

高爾基體呈扁平囊狀，有囊泡，為單層膜。主要功能是1在動物細胞中分泌物的形成有關 2植物細胞分類是與細胞壁的形成有關，可以合成多糖。高爾基體對來自內置王的蛋白質進行加工分類包裝是車間和發送站。高爾基體在物質運輸中起著重要的交通樞紐的作用。液泡：泡狀結構，單層膜，含有多種成分，有機酸，糖類，無機鹽蛋白質，色素等成分，作用是可以調節細胞內部滲透壓并保持細胞堅挺。溶酶體，單層膜的囊狀小泡，含有多種水解酶，是消化車間，能分解衰老，損傷的細胞器，吞噬并殺死侵入細胞的病毒或病菌。如果是對細胞有用的物質，細胞可以再利用，廢物則被排除細胞外。

核糖體無膜結構，有的附著在內質網中，有的游離分布在細胞質中，是生產蛋白質的機器 中心體，見于動物和某些低等植物的細胞中，由中心粒及周圍物質組成，與細胞的有絲分裂中紡錘體形成有關。

在細胞質中，除了細胞器外，還有呈膠質狀態的細胞質機制，有水、脂質、糖類、氨基酸、核苷酸、和多種酶組成。真核細胞中維持細胞形態、保持細胞內部結構有序性的細胞骨架。細胞骨架是由蛋白質纖維組成的網架狀結構。

分泌蛋白的合成與運輸（同位素標記法）： 蛋白質可以分為胞內蛋白（轉氨酶，呼吸酶，血紅蛋白）和分泌蛋白（胰島素，生長激素等。在分泌蛋白的合成、加工、運輸的過程中，需要消耗能量。這些能量的供給來自線粒體。

這些細胞器膜和細胞膜、核膜等結構共同構成細胞的生物膜系統。這些膜的組成成分和結構很相似，其中，內質網的膜面積最大。

生物膜系統在細胞的生命活動中極為重要。1細胞膜使細胞具有一個相對穩定的內部環境 2 在細胞與外界環境進行物質運輸能量轉換和信息傳遞的過程中起著決定性的作用。

3為化學反應所需要的酶提供了大量的附著位點。4 細胞內的生物膜把各種細胞器分隔開來，保證了生命活動高效有序的進行。

第三節 細胞核——系統的控制中心

除了高等植物成熟的篩管細胞和哺乳動物的成熟紅細胞等極少數細胞外，其他真核細胞都有細胞核。細胞核控制著細胞的代謝和遺傳，是細胞的控制中心。

核膜，雙層膜結構，外膜上附著著核糖體與各種酶。把核內物質與細胞質分離開。染色質由DNA和蛋白質組成，DNA是遺傳信息的載體。

核仁 與rRNA的合成以及核糖體的形成有關，新陳代謝越旺盛核仁越大。

核孔，實現核質之間的物質交換與信息交流。具有選擇性?？梢酝ㄟ^RNA與蛋白質等大分子物質。

染色體因易被堿性染料染成深色而得名，在顯微鏡下可以觀察。正是由于遺傳信息儲存在細胞核里，細胞核才具有控制細胞代謝的功能，細胞核是遺傳信息庫，是細胞代謝和遺傳的控制中心。

染色體是遺傳物質的主要載體，DNA是遺傳信息主要載體。

第四章 細胞的物質輸入和輸出

第一節 物質跨膜運輸的實例 ①發生滲透作用的條件，存在半透膜。膜兩側有濃度差（紅細胞無原生質層，吸漲作用）

原生質——細胞的生命物質它可以分化為細胞膜、細胞質和細胞核等部分

原生質層指的是細胞膜和液泡膜以及兩層膜之間的細胞質稱為原生質層。（除液泡外的各種細胞器都在原生質層中）

植物細胞的原生質層相當于一層半透膜。原生質層比細胞壁的伸縮性打，當細胞不斷失水時，就會發生質壁分離。會發生質壁分離復原的溶液有：甘油尿素，硝酸鉀，氯化鉀，乙醇，葡萄糖。

發生質壁分離的原因1原生質層比細胞壁的伸縮性大2細胞液濃度＜外界溶液濃度 細胞膜和其他生物膜都是選擇透過性莫，是活細胞的一個重要特征。

第二節 生物膜的流動鑲嵌模型

歐爾頓提出膜是由脂質組成的→羅伯特森提出三明治模型→桑格和尼克森提出流動鑲嵌模型（用熒光染料標記蛋白質分子）

流動鑲嵌模型的基本內容：磷脂雙分子層構成了膜的基本支架，具有流動性。蛋白質分子鑲在磷脂雙分子層表面，嵌入其中或是貫穿整個磷脂雙分子層。大多數蛋白質分子可以運動。生物膜的特點：具有一定的流動性（胞吞胞吐，細胞融合，細胞分裂，變形蟲運動)糖蛋白又稱為糖被具有保護潤滑的作用，與細胞間的識別作用也有密切關系。

第三節

物質跨膜運輸的方式

自由擴散：氧氣二氧化碳，苯，水，汽油，甘油，尿素，性激素等脂溶性的物質可以通過自由擴散運輸。這為順濃度梯度運輸，只與濃度差有關。

進出細胞的物質借助載體蛋白的擴散叫做協助擴散。協助擴散也是順濃度梯度的，它的影響因素除了濃度差外還有載體蛋白的數量。其中載體蛋白具有專一性和飽和性。（紅細胞吸收葡萄糖就是協助擴散）

從低濃度一次運輸到高濃度一側，需要載體蛋白的協助，同時還需要消耗細胞內化學反應所釋放的能量。這種方式叫做主動運輸（小腸絨毛上皮細胞吸收葡萄糖）意義：保證了活細胞能夠按照生命活動的需要，主動吸收選擇所需要的營養物質，排除代謝廢物和對細胞有害的物質。影響因素有濃度差，載體數量，氧氣濃度，溫度，PH值。對于像蛋白質那樣的大分

子一般是通脫胞吞胞吐的方式排出或吸收的。（吞噬細胞吞噬病原體）
