二、加強作風建設,重點要落實好十一項工作機制。要通過這次作風建設活動,強化責任意識,進一步加強落實工作機制的力度。每個人都要增強落實機制的積極性和主動性,一切工作都要主動從機制出發考慮問題、分析問題,運用機制去查找問題、解決問題,通過運用機制、嚴格管理、強化責任,從源頭上預防和治理各種不良作風,保證各項工作銜接有序,各項任務落實到位,各項目標順利實現。
三、加強作風建設,增強干事創業的主動性。加強作風建設,必須把“責任”教育放在首要的位置,著眼于理想和信念,引導干部職工樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀和價值觀,把個人的前途命運融入到轟轟烈烈的工作事業當中;著眼于承擔的任務和崗位職責,引導干部職工把集體和個人的利益有機結合起來,講服務、講奉獻;著眼于職業道德和職業精神,引導干部職工把個人目標和全局目標結合起來,在自己的崗位上忠實履行責任,做到在崗一日,盡責一天,做到認真、嚴謹、負責、敬業。全局黨員領導干部務必要站在實踐科學發展觀,打造全省一流、全國一流的戰略高度來加強作風建設,在全局大力倡導“團結、務實、負責、遵紀”的工作作風,弘揚真抓實干精神,沉下心來、撲下身子、不惜氣力,高標準、嚴要求,周密細致、科學嚴謹,一個環節一個環節地抓,一個步驟一個步驟地推進,一個問題一個問題地解決,通過苦干、實干,把各項工作做實做細,做出成效。
