課后作業(yè)(初中英語教材“活用”十一問
在這節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí)中我很同意老師的觀點(diǎn)有:
(一)對(duì)教材要有所評(píng)價(jià)。因?yàn)楸M管教材是按照平均的水平來設(shè)計(jì),但是針對(duì)不同地區(qū),不同個(gè)體,還是應(yīng)該有差異。一線教師對(duì)于教材應(yīng)該有權(quán)利作出評(píng)價(jià)。比如改版后的人教版的課本,有些地方是繼而那不同的,在單詞發(fā)音方面我和我的同事們就發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些問題,比如說個(gè)別單詞發(fā)音出了問題,那個(gè)字母按照我們所學(xué)的根本不可能發(fā)出那個(gè)音,可是教材上卻給了不同的發(fā)音,使得我們很困惑。不知道到底哪個(gè)是正確的,最后我們還是選擇自己學(xué)過的發(fā)音。不知道這個(gè)問題跟誰去討論和反饋。所以我們還是希望能夠有個(gè)平臺(tái)可以交流這些內(nèi)容。
(二)就是教師拿到教材后一定要先整體感知教材,然后進(jìn)行單元知識(shí)分析,也要給學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)單說明一下,本冊(cè)書學(xué)生即將學(xué)習(xí)什么內(nèi)容,需要掌握什么語法結(jié)構(gòu)。一般新書一拿到手,第一節(jié)課我會(huì)給學(xué)生看目錄,讓學(xué)生通過單元標(biāo)題來看看自己會(huì)學(xué)到什么,指出重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)。需要在哪一部分下功夫。其實(shí)我個(gè)人還是有這樣的想法,應(yīng)該讓老師多了解一下其他版本的教材,也可以整合這些教材,選擇性的學(xué)習(xí)。有的教材側(cè)重點(diǎn)不一眼,可以相互補(bǔ)充。針對(duì)不同的學(xué)生情況做出使用。希望教育部給我們這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),可以不給學(xué)生,給老師配備上這些,我覺得不同教材對(duì)我們還是很有幫助的。

酒店經(jīng)典面試十一問
應(yīng)聘者面試的心態(tài)和技能方面急需提高,以便順利通過這一關(guān),進(jìn)入人生的第一個(gè)職業(yè)。面試過程中,面試官向應(yīng)聘者發(fā)問,而應(yīng)聘者的回答將成為我考慮是否接受他的重要依據(jù)。對(duì)應(yīng)聘者而言,了解這些問題背后的目的至關(guān)重要。
問題一:“請(qǐng)你自我介紹一下”
這個(gè)問題的面試方法是:應(yīng)聘者站起來用五分鐘的時(shí)間面對(duì)大家進(jìn)行演講。我的目的是:了解應(yīng)聘者的心理承受能力、邏輯思維能力、演講能力,而他的生平介紹卻是其次的,因?yàn)?,我們?cè)谒暮?jiǎn)歷中已經(jīng)對(duì)其有所了解。
應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、介紹內(nèi)容要與個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷相一致。
2、表述方式上盡量口語化。
3、要切中要害,不談無關(guān)、無用的內(nèi)容。
4、條理要清晰,層次要分明。
5、要有訓(xùn)練有素的演講語氣和肢體語言,這是最重要的。
問題二:“你有什么業(yè)余愛好?”
目的是:了解應(yīng)聘者的性格、觀念、心態(tài)、思維的深度等。為了深入了解應(yīng)聘者的愛好程度,我會(huì)提出更加深刻的問題,比如,應(yīng)聘者喜歡流行音樂,我就會(huì)問相關(guān)的問題:“您什么時(shí)候開始喜歡的?您最喜歡哪個(gè)歌手?她的演唱風(fēng)格如何?她的成名曲是哪一首?您最喜歡她的哪一首歌曲?為什么?”一個(gè)真正有這方面業(yè)余愛好的應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該對(duì)答如流,遺憾的是,許多應(yīng)聘者不能做到。
有的應(yīng)聘者喜歡讀書,我的相關(guān)問題就更加尖銳:“您最喜歡哪一位作家?您最喜歡這個(gè)作家的哪一本書?這本書的中心思想是什么?您閱讀了這本書后有什么感悟?對(duì)人生的啟示又是什么?”能夠應(yīng)答這類問題的應(yīng)聘者寥寥無幾。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、事先做好這方面的準(zhǔn)備。
2、最好不要說自己沒有業(yè)余愛好。
3、不要說自己有那些庸俗的、令人感覺不好的愛好。
問題三:“談?wù)勀愕娜秉c(diǎn)”
目的是:了解應(yīng)聘者是否認(rèn)真思考過自己,分析過自己,反省過自己。如果一個(gè)人能認(rèn)清自己的缺點(diǎn),并有改進(jìn)的愿望和方法,他可能是一個(gè)不可多得的人才。
應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、不宜說自己沒有缺點(diǎn),因?yàn)槿艘欢ㄓ腥秉c(diǎn)的,除非是神。
2、不宜說出嚴(yán)重影響所應(yīng)聘工作的缺點(diǎn)。
3、對(duì)于自己真正的缺點(diǎn),就認(rèn)真對(duì)其進(jìn)行剖析,并用積極的心態(tài)去面對(duì),去修煉。問題四:“舉一個(gè)人生中最失敗的經(jīng)歷”
目的是:了解應(yīng)聘者的膽量和勇氣,是否陷入了選擇性知覺的陷阱,是否進(jìn)行了深刻的反省,是否接受了深刻的教訓(xùn)。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、不宜說自己沒有失敗的經(jīng)歷。
2、宜說明失敗之前自己曾信心白倍、盡心盡力。
3、明確說明失敗是主要由主觀原因?qū)е碌摹?/p>
4、失敗后自己曾做了深刻的反省,很快振作起來,以更加飽滿的熱情面對(duì)以后的學(xué)習(xí)或工作。
問題五:“你為什么選擇我們酒店?”
我的目的是:了解應(yīng)聘者求職的動(dòng)機(jī)、愿望以及對(duì)此項(xiàng)工作的態(tài)度。我十分欣賞對(duì)我公司很了解的應(yīng)聘者。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、建議從行業(yè)、企業(yè)和崗位這三個(gè)角度來回答。
2、參考答案——“我十分看好貴酒店所在的行業(yè),我認(rèn)為貴酒店十分重視人才,而且這項(xiàng)工作很適合我,相信自己一定能做好?!眴栴}六:“對(duì)這項(xiàng)工作,你有哪些可預(yù)見的困難?”
目的是:應(yīng)聘者的預(yù)測(cè)能力,并有應(yīng)對(duì)方法。絕大多數(shù)的應(yīng)聘者做不到。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、從技術(shù)、知識(shí)、經(jīng)驗(yàn)等方面預(yù)見到的困難。
2、說出自己對(duì)困難所持有的態(tài)度:“工作中出現(xiàn)一些困難是正常的,也是難免的,但是只要有堅(jiān)忍不拔的毅力、勤奮的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,良好的合作精神以及事前周密而充分的準(zhǔn)備,任何困難都是可以克服的。”
問題七:“在工作中,與上級(jí)意見不一致,你將怎么辦?”
目的是:了解應(yīng)聘者的執(zhí)行力,人際關(guān)系的溝通能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力,對(duì)工作的責(zé)任性。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、首先給上級(jí)以必要的、私下的解釋和提醒,在無效的情況下,又不會(huì)給酒店造成重大損失,我會(huì)服從上級(jí)的意見。
2、如果上級(jí)的決定會(huì)給酒店造成重大損失,而我的解釋和提醒無效時(shí),我希望能向更高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反映。
問題八:“我們?yōu)槭裁匆浻媚悖俊?/p>
目的是:應(yīng)聘者是否能夠站在招聘單位的角度來回答,善解人意。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、企業(yè)會(huì)錄用這樣的應(yīng)聘者:基本符合條件、對(duì)這份工作感興趣、有足夠的信心。
2、說出自己的觀點(diǎn):“我符合貴酒店的招聘條件,憑我目前掌握的知識(shí)、技能、高度的責(zé)任感、良好的適應(yīng)能力及學(xué)習(xí)能力,完全能勝任這份工作。我十分希望能為貴酒店服務(wù),如果貴酒店給我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì),我一定能成為貴酒店的棟梁!”問題九:“你是應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,缺乏經(jīng)驗(yàn),如何能勝任這項(xiàng)工作?”
目的是:我并不真正在乎“經(jīng)驗(yàn)”,關(guān)鍵是應(yīng)聘者的心態(tài),是否有克服自身困難的信心和決心,工作是否有責(zé)任性。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、對(duì)這個(gè)問題的回答最好要體現(xiàn)出應(yīng)聘者的誠懇、機(jī)智、果敢及敬業(yè)。
2、說出自己的觀點(diǎn):“作為應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生,在工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面的確會(huì)有所欠缺,因此在讀書期間,我一直利用各種機(jī)會(huì)在這個(gè)行業(yè)里做兼職。我也發(fā)現(xiàn),實(shí)際工作遠(yuǎn)比書本知識(shí)豐富、復(fù)雜。但我有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任心、適應(yīng)能力和學(xué)習(xí)能力,而且比較勤奮,所以在兼職中均能圓滿完成各項(xiàng)工作,從中獲取的經(jīng)驗(yàn)也令我受益非淺。請(qǐng)貴酒店放心,學(xué)校所學(xué)及兼職的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)使我一定能勝任這個(gè)職位。”
問題十:“你希望與什么樣的上級(jí)共事?”
目的是:通過應(yīng)聘者對(duì)上級(jí)的“希望”可以判斷出應(yīng)聘者對(duì)自我要求的意識(shí),這既上一個(gè)陷阱,又上一次機(jī)會(huì)。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、最好回避對(duì)上級(jí)具體的希望,多談對(duì)自己的要求。
2、作為剛步入社會(huì)的新人,我應(yīng)該多要求自己盡快熟悉環(huán)境、適應(yīng)環(huán)境,而不應(yīng)該對(duì)環(huán)境提出什么要求,只要能發(fā)揮我的專長(zhǎng)就可以了。
問題十一:“您在前一家酒店的離職原因是什么?”
目的是:應(yīng)聘者是有感恩的心態(tài),還是有仇恨的心態(tài)。特別鄙視那些應(yīng)聘者,他們用極其不良的心態(tài)來貶低自己離職的酒店。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該做到:
1、避免把“離職原因”說得太詳細(xì)、太具體。
2、不能摻雜主觀的負(fù)面感受,如“太幸苦”、“人際關(guān)系復(fù)雜”、“管理太混亂”、“酒店不重視人才”、“酒店排斥我們某某的員工”等。
3、但也不能躲閃、回避,如“想換換環(huán)境”、“個(gè)人原因”等。
4、不能涉及自己負(fù)面的人格特征,如不誠實(shí)、懶惰、缺乏責(zé)任感、不隨和等。
5、盡量使解釋的理由為應(yīng)聘者個(gè)人形象添彩,如“我離職是因?yàn)檫@家酒店倒閉。我在酒店工作了三年多,有較深的感情。從去年始,由于市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)突變,酒店的局面急轉(zhuǎn)直下。到眼下這一步我覺得很遺憾,但還是要面對(duì)的,所以,我想重新尋找能發(fā)揮我能力的舞臺(tái)?!蓖粋€(gè)面試問題并非只有一個(gè)答案,而同一個(gè)答案并不是在任何面試場(chǎng)合都有效,關(guān)鍵在于應(yīng)聘者掌握了規(guī)律后,對(duì)面試的具體情況進(jìn)行把握,有意識(shí)地揣摩面試官提出問題的心理背景,然后投其所好。最后,我要強(qiáng)調(diào)最重要的一點(diǎn),就是應(yīng)聘者的職業(yè)道德。有一個(gè)應(yīng)聘故事很能說明問題。小城中最大的一家外商獨(dú)資企業(yè)招聘1名技術(shù)人員的消息不脛而走,該崗位的待遇是月工資5000元,工資獎(jiǎng)金除外,每年還可以到大洋彼岸風(fēng)光一次。所以,報(bào)考者蜂擁而至。

“一問責(zé)十清理”實(shí)施方案是在省“一問責(zé)八清理”的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞省委巡視組對(duì)滄州市提出的整改意見,再增加“對(duì)吃拿卡要、亂作為、以權(quán)謀私”和“對(duì)違規(guī)公款大吃大喝”兩方面問題進(jìn)行清理的要求,著力解決黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)弱化、主體責(zé)任缺失、紀(jì)律松弛、懶政怠政等制約和影響滄州市改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定大局的突出問題,努力營造風(fēng)清氣正、干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的政治生態(tài)。
“一問責(zé)”是指對(duì)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)弱化、主體責(zé)任缺失,管黨治黨不力、發(fā)生嚴(yán)重違紀(jì)違法問題的,抓住典型,嚴(yán)肅問責(zé),公開處理。重點(diǎn)解決嚴(yán)重違反黨的政治紀(jì)律和政治規(guī)矩問題;黨組織政治核心作用弱化問題;全面從嚴(yán)治黨主體責(zé)任缺失的問題;黨風(fēng)廉政建設(shè)監(jiān)督責(zé)任缺位的問題。
