郭仲清，男，中共黨員，1985年參加教育工作，在教壇上已默默奉獻(xiàn)了20多載。

一直以來(lái)，都從高從嚴(yán)要求自己，認(rèn)真貫徹黨的教育方針，堅(jiān)持德智體美全面發(fā)展的育人方針。憑著強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和高度的責(zé)任感，勤勤懇懇，兢兢業(yè)業(yè)地工作，努力做到有理想、有責(zé)任、有能力、形象好，在平凡的崗位上做出了不平凡的業(yè)績(jī)，深得學(xué)校、同事、家長(zhǎng)的好評(píng)和學(xué)生的熱愛。

一、敬業(yè)愛崗，為人師表。

多年的教學(xué)實(shí)踐，使他深深地領(lǐng)悟到：沒有教師的辛勤付出，就沒有人才的茁壯成長(zhǎng)，就不能滿足祖國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對(duì)接班人的需要。日積月累，用辛勤的汗水換來(lái)了桃李滿園，碩果累累，為了能在教育戰(zhàn)線上創(chuàng)一番事業(yè)，處處嚴(yán)格要求自己，一向嚴(yán)守學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度，早到校遲回家，服從分工，勇挑重?fù)?dān)，和老師團(tuán)結(jié)友愛，熱心幫助有困難的教師。由于他處處以身作則，模范帶頭，為人師表，所以老師和學(xué)生都以他為典范，出色完成各項(xiàng)任務(wù)。

二、做好教學(xué)工作，加強(qiáng)素質(zhì)教育。

多年來(lái)，一直負(fù)責(zé)小學(xué)教學(xué)工作。由于學(xué)校工作多，只擔(dān)任六（1）語(yǔ)文，但他一直把自己當(dāng)作班主任。去年接教此班時(shí)，此班是一個(gè)“雙差生”較多的班，學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)極差，有的拼音也不認(rèn)識(shí)，有的長(zhǎng)期不交作業(yè)，有的調(diào)皮搗蛋，經(jīng)常違反校規(guī)。明知山有虎，偏向虎山行。為了改變班級(jí)的落后面貌，加倍努力，勤奮工作。一接班后，及時(shí)對(duì)學(xué)

生的思想品質(zhì)、興趣愛好、個(gè)性特點(diǎn)、學(xué)習(xí)能力、家庭情況等作了深入細(xì)致的調(diào)查了解，并且對(duì)癥下藥。草地上，大樹下，走廊邊常看到他和同學(xué)談心，看到同學(xué)在懺悔、悟道……正所謂“事實(shí)勝于雄辯”，經(jīng)過一年的努力，本班班風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)煥然一新。有幾位同學(xué)，本來(lái)是學(xué)校的老調(diào)皮，他們有的受社會(huì)影響，有的受家庭影響，無(wú)心向?qū)W，經(jīng)常進(jìn)入電子游戲機(jī)室，在校常違反校紀(jì)，為了改變他們頑劣的思想和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度，他不厭其煩地做他們的思想工作，循循善誘，發(fā)現(xiàn)他們有閃光點(diǎn)及時(shí)表?yè)P(yáng)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。“工夫不負(fù)有心人”經(jīng)過努力，他們好像脫胎換骨，在校園里經(jīng)常看到他們做好事的身影，修水龍頭、修門窗、桌椅，他們一力承擔(dān)，老師們都說(shuō)這幾個(gè)調(diào)皮鬼變乖了，家長(zhǎng)也說(shuō)他們變好了，他們的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)也突飛猛進(jìn)，由三四十分升到七八十分。為了全面提高學(xué)生的思想素質(zhì)，他還經(jīng)常開展豐富多彩的活動(dòng)，開闊學(xué)生的視野，活潑他們的身心，做到寓教育于娛樂之中，增強(qiáng)了班集體的凝聚力。

三、刻苦鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，勇于探索，努力提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量。當(dāng)一名受學(xué)生歡迎、信賴和尊敬的教師是他多年的追求。因此，他十分重視自身的思想道德修養(yǎng)，利用課余時(shí)間刻苦鉆研大綱和教材，積極參加教改實(shí)踐，為了推動(dòng)素質(zhì)教育，他化盡心思，努力向四十分鐘要質(zhì)量，做到“活教樂學(xué)”，致力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生動(dòng)腦、動(dòng)手、動(dòng)口的能力，調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣和積極性，同時(shí)文道結(jié)合，提高學(xué)生的思想素質(zhì)。利用課余時(shí)間“培優(yōu)扶差”，對(duì)作業(yè)精批細(xì)改，一學(xué)期精改作文十多篇，在學(xué)校組織檢查中受到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的表?yè)P(yáng)。

他是畢業(yè)班的語(yǔ)文老師，同時(shí)負(fù)責(zé)小學(xué)的教學(xué)工作，除了畢業(yè)班繁重的教學(xué)工作外，他還負(fù)責(zé)著小學(xué)教科研工作、班主任工作，任務(wù)多工作煩瑣，他從不計(jì)較，為了完成學(xué)校交給的任務(wù)，他每天早到學(xué)校，假日少休息，最后，出色完成任務(wù)。在他的帶領(lǐng)和幫助下，學(xué)校教育教學(xué)成績(jī)穩(wěn)步提高，全校師生正以飽滿的熱情迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)。“欲窮千里目，更上一層樓。”為了祖國(guó)的明天，他一定會(huì)繼續(xù)努力，在教學(xué)工作中再創(chuàng)佳績(jī)。

不知不覺中我從事教育事業(yè)也有十六個(gè)年頭了，從1996年畢業(yè)走上三尺講臺(tái)那天起，我就暗暗下定決心：要在自己所鐘愛的教育崗位上用心耕耘，無(wú)悔奉獻(xiàn)，來(lái)報(bào)答黨多年來(lái)對(duì)自己的培養(yǎng)，來(lái)回報(bào)生我養(yǎng)我的這塊土地。

畢業(yè)16年來(lái)，一直在鄭樓中學(xué)工作，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，用心靈守護(hù)著這份平凡而又神圣的事業(yè)，以對(duì)黨和人民滿腔的熱忱積極工作，扎根于義務(wù)教育的這一方沃土，在自己平凡的崗位上恪盡職守，無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)。

一、熱愛崗位，傾心工作

我愛我所選擇的教育事業(yè)，更愿為這份平凡的選擇傾注一生。所以，不管做班主任工作、任課教師工作，還是目前的政教工作，我都是盡職盡責(zé)，想方設(shè)法地去做好，始終以積極的心態(tài)，飽滿的熱情投入其中，從不言悔，要求自己無(wú)愧于“人類靈魂工程師”的稱號(hào)。

2008年，由于工作需要，我從任職多年的班主任崗位上調(diào)任到教務(wù)處工作，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校功課安排、學(xué)分管理、校本博客、學(xué)生考試安排等事務(wù)。置身教務(wù)處，我看到的是學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們緊張、忙碌的身影，也體驗(yàn)到了教務(wù)處工作的艱辛：從這條戰(zhàn)線上來(lái)看，工作的負(fù)荷遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出班主任工作量。而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子竟能十分投入、忙而不亂，有條不紊地開展工作。他們追求的是敬業(yè)與奉獻(xiàn)，是對(duì)事業(yè)的不懈追求與執(zhí)著。榜樣的力量是無(wú)窮的，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們這種精神感染著我，激勵(lì)著我，在工作上也更加嚴(yán)格要求自己。每天早半個(gè)小時(shí)到校，晚半個(gè)小時(shí)離校，甚至更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。工作性質(zhì)的變化常常要求我們臨時(shí)加班加點(diǎn)，平時(shí)干不完就利用雙休日。工作中我始終以大局為重，個(gè)人服從組織。政教工作的性質(zhì)使我認(rèn)識(shí)到，即使會(huì)分身法，也得拿出百倍的干勁來(lái)，才能不辜負(fù)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任，才能讓老師信服。

二、從零開始，邊學(xué)邊干

工作伊始，全新而陌生的政教處工作使我感到從未有過的壓力。

經(jīng)過思考，我把分管的工作分了類：協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作我心里有底，校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)抓業(yè)務(wù)個(gè)個(gè)都是行家里手，跟他們學(xué)，只要肯出力，虛心學(xué)習(xí)，一定不成問題。可搞班級(jí)考核、整理檔案和校園文化建設(shè)工作我是一點(diǎn)底也沒有，只有從零開始，邊學(xué)邊干。

“只要思想不滑坡，辦法總比困難多”，這是校長(zhǎng)掛在嘴邊的話，我覺得很有道理，也常以此鼓勵(lì)自己。為了搞好檔案管理、班級(jí)考核、報(bào)表等工作，我認(rèn)真查閱了每一本檔案資料，通過研究一些原始數(shù)據(jù)，很快掌握了整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法。兩年來(lái)工作從未出過任何問題。我們的工作成果經(jīng)受住了一次又一次，一項(xiàng)又一項(xiàng)的檢查與考評(píng)，為學(xué)校爭(zhēng)得了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的榮譽(yù)。

三、服從安排，盡職盡責(zé)

聽從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指揮，哪里需要就出現(xiàn)在哪里，并且盡職盡責(zé)，不講條件和代價(jià)。我是這樣說(shuō)的，也是這樣做的。班級(jí)量化考核，學(xué)生養(yǎng)成教育，學(xué)生德育活動(dòng)，上級(jí)安排的各種競(jìng)賽，迎接相關(guān)教育工作檢查等，我隨叫隨到，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真。近年來(lái)，上級(jí)部門復(fù)查驗(yàn)收、德育示范校檢查、省級(jí)依法治校達(dá)標(biāo)校驗(yàn)收、安全工作檢查等任務(wù)接踵而至，分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因病不在，我就主動(dòng)和政教處同事按規(guī)程把相關(guān)的檔案整理好，又利用晚上時(shí)間充實(shí)各項(xiàng)檢查資料。最終學(xué)校順利通過以上各項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收。

四、關(guān)愛學(xué)生，呵護(hù)心靈

我們政教處經(jīng)常要跟學(xué)生打交道，處理一些矛盾糾紛，有時(shí)候難免偏聽偏信，處理問題有失偏頗，造成學(xué)生的心理問題，影響政教辦公室的形象，為此，我在處理一些學(xué)生的問題的時(shí)候，更注重對(duì)他們心理上進(jìn)行溝通和疏導(dǎo)，教學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)換位思考，最終使問題得到圓滿解決，學(xué)生心悅誠(chéng)服，家長(zhǎng)而歸。因此有的學(xué)生喜歡和我多接觸，有時(shí)候也把心里話講給我聽，我一方面感動(dòng)于學(xué)生對(duì)我的信任，一方面放平姿態(tài)，和他們站到相同的位置，如同輩一樣來(lái)交流看法，今年秋天我在臨時(shí)擔(dān)任中三語(yǔ)文的教學(xué)工作時(shí)，語(yǔ)文課代表的異常表現(xiàn)引起了我的關(guān)注，我及時(shí)向班主任反映了問題，班主任要我協(xié)作他解決班里類似的情況，我知道，初中生正處在感情朦朧的年齡階段，這樣上課時(shí)神情恍惚，多半都是因?yàn)樵鐟僖鸬摹Ｎ以谂c這樣的學(xué)生接觸的時(shí)候，經(jīng)常會(huì)語(yǔ)帶雙關(guān)的教育學(xué)生，冰雪聰明的課代表領(lǐng)會(huì)到了我的用心，給我寫了好幾封信訴說(shuō)內(nèi)心苦悶，我及時(shí)回復(fù)，耐心分心，打消她內(nèi)心的焦慮與壓力，鼓勵(lì)她輕裝上陣，幾番交流后，她的精神狀態(tài)有了很大改變，盡管學(xué)業(yè)落下不少，可她還是鼓起勇氣戰(zhàn)勝了自我，努力為明年的中招改變著自我，她的同班學(xué)生有好幾個(gè)上課情況也發(fā)生了明顯改變。想到我的努力有了收獲，我更加覺得我的工作是那么重要，又那么光榮！

五、顧全大局，寧舍小家

幾年來(lái)，為了沉甸甸的責(zé)任，為了xx十中教育的輝煌明天，為了政教工作，我做到了顧全大局，寧舍小家。近年來(lái)學(xué)校曾兩次組織義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血，我兩次都報(bào)名參加。家人知道后打電話說(shuō)我傻，體質(zhì)本來(lái)就不好，怎么能吃得消!當(dāng)我終于通過檢查時(shí)，我內(nèi)心十分快樂、自豪，我認(rèn)為我不但為學(xué)校爭(zhēng)了光，也為社會(huì)做了貢獻(xiàn)。

有付出才有回報(bào)，有工作才有快樂。因?yàn)樵诠ぷ髦形业玫搅艘淮斡忠淮蔚腻憻挘辉诠ぷ髦形覒?zhàn)勝了一個(gè)又一個(gè)困難；在工作中，我感到從未有過的充實(shí)和喜悅；在工作中，我實(shí)現(xiàn)著自我的人生價(jià)值。

我常常借用雷鋒同志的一句話：一滴水只有融入大海才不會(huì)干涸；一個(gè)人只有融入集體中才能發(fā)出自身的光和熱。我將一如繼往地從事所鐘愛的政教工作，辛勤耕耘下去，為黨的教育事業(yè)無(wú)悔奉獻(xiàn)，直到永遠(yuǎn)。

主要事跡

——與學(xué)生同生長(zhǎng)，與教育共前進(jìn)

xx老師是XX學(xué)校語(yǔ)文教師，團(tuán)總支書記工作。在政治上能堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則，自覺學(xué)習(xí)三個(gè)代表的先進(jìn)思想。業(yè)務(wù)理論扎實(shí)，為人誠(chéng)懇無(wú)私，工作踏實(shí)細(xì)致，有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和管理能力。更重要的是她有一顆為教育事業(yè)傾情奉獻(xiàn)的心，言傳身教，教書與人。正是因?yàn)橛辛诉@種勤懇敬業(yè)的精神，所以她在工作中取得了一定的成績(jī)，并得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的一致好評(píng)。

一、嚴(yán)愛相濟(jì)，學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的引路人

在學(xué)校教育中，育人是首要任務(wù)，xx深深地體會(huì)到嚴(yán)愛相濟(jì)是教書育人取得良好效果的重要一環(huán)。當(dāng)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)和生活的過程中遇到困難或一時(shí)迷茫的時(shí)候，她都會(huì)適時(shí)出現(xiàn)在學(xué)生的身邊，以自己無(wú)私的愛和極大的耐心給予最合適的幫助和關(guān)懷。

在xx擔(dān)任班主任的XX班，班級(jí)秩序井然，學(xué)習(xí)氛圍濃厚，學(xué)生專業(yè)基本功扎實(shí)，受到了用人單位的好評(píng)。憑著扎實(shí)的班主任工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，xx獲得了2010年首屆XX班主任基本功大賽一等獎(jiǎng)。

第四篇：先進(jìn)教育工作者個(gè)人事跡

一、為學(xué)校現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)作出很大的努力

我剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)，來(lái)到三墩中學(xué)工作的時(shí)候，我就擔(dān)當(dāng)起多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的工作。那時(shí)，學(xué)校的每個(gè)辦公室和每個(gè)教室，線是布好的，但是只有部分辦公室和教室網(wǎng)絡(luò)是通的，也就是說(shuō)交換機(jī)下的連線數(shù)字是沒連好的，當(dāng)時(shí)留下的是一份網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖紙，圖中表明每個(gè)辦公室連通的數(shù)字，可是我們按照數(shù)字上來(lái)連，結(jié)果是有部分是通的，有部分是不通的，不通的怎么辦?連線一個(gè)一個(gè)連過去進(jìn)行測(cè)試，這項(xiàng)工作花了我們一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間來(lái)完成，終于我們學(xué)校所有的教室和辦公室都能上網(wǎng)了，為以后的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)工作帶來(lái)了很大的方便。因?yàn)檫@是一些工作的前提，很多工作沒了網(wǎng)絡(luò)，什么都做不成。

多媒體教室就兩個(gè)，教師想用多媒體課件的時(shí)候，就到兩個(gè)多媒體教室進(jìn)行上課，后來(lái)學(xué)校里購(gòu)買了背投電視機(jī)，購(gòu)買了計(jì)算機(jī)和實(shí)物投影儀，于是全校的每一個(gè)普通教室都有多媒體了。

由于學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)不全連通，學(xué)校的ftp服務(wù)沒有，教室通過優(yōu)盤進(jìn)行文件傳輸，同時(shí)沒有資源共享。所以后來(lái)購(gòu)買了ftp服務(wù)器，每一位教師都有自己的空間存放自己的資料，同時(shí)劃分公共區(qū)，進(jìn)行資源共享，教師無(wú)論在校內(nèi)還是校外，文件傳輸都用ftp服務(wù)，大大方便了教師，而且使用更加廣泛，現(xiàn)在學(xué)校里的教師已經(jīng)離不開ftp了。

學(xué)校網(wǎng)站是有的，只是靜態(tài)網(wǎng)站，花點(diǎn)錢掛在外面的靜態(tài)頁(yè)面，內(nèi)容從來(lái)不更換，幾個(gè)頁(yè)面，同時(shí)學(xué)校沒有域名，而且學(xué)校上網(wǎng)是通過西湖區(qū)代理上的，這樣也就是說(shuō)我們連自己的空間也沒有了。通過代理上網(wǎng)，沒有自己的主動(dòng)權(quán)，后來(lái)提出整改方案，引進(jìn)中國(guó)聯(lián)通10m光纖上網(wǎng)，這樣我們就有自己的外網(wǎng)ip地址了，可以有多個(gè)應(yīng)用，而且空間也有了，同時(shí)也購(gòu)買了域名，也能通過自己上外網(wǎng)了，這是一大進(jìn)步。至于網(wǎng)站，我到網(wǎng)上下載了網(wǎng)奇cms進(jìn)行免費(fèi)建站，使得學(xué)校有自己的網(wǎng)站了，至少網(wǎng)站的新聞系統(tǒng)是能用的。如今學(xué)校決定投入一筆資金來(lái)建設(shè)自己的網(wǎng)站了，所以我決定首先做好需求分析，如何能讓網(wǎng)站更好的為我們的學(xué)生，為我們的教育教學(xué)服務(wù)，可以更好的宣傳我們的學(xué)校。

學(xué)校的廣播系統(tǒng)可能是因?yàn)榫€路比較舊了，開家長(zhǎng)會(huì)的時(shí)候，廣播聲音比較輕，效果也不好，所以由于學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)到位，考慮用電子教室控制軟件的視頻直播功能進(jìn)行家長(zhǎng)會(huì)，這樣雖然聲音又延遲，但是效果卻不錯(cuò)的。同時(shí)我們也將音頻傳播的功能用到英語(yǔ)聽力的播放，而不用一個(gè)一個(gè)教室進(jìn)行播放，但這有個(gè)缺陷，在于依賴性，非常依賴學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性，否則中間也會(huì)出亂的。

二、曾經(jīng)修改過區(qū)信息技術(shù)考試系統(tǒng)，增加部分統(tǒng)計(jì)功能，并且設(shè)計(jì)過區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報(bào)系統(tǒng)，為暑假的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報(bào)進(jìn)行服務(wù)。

三、設(shè)計(jì)成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件，為西湖區(qū)新生素質(zhì)測(cè)試提供成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

每次學(xué)期末，學(xué)校教導(dǎo)處進(jìn)行成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方面總要花非常多的時(shí)間，這樣也會(huì)延遲學(xué)校的后期工作，于是在進(jìn)行需求分析的情況下，利用excel的vba實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)校的成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件，目前用到現(xiàn)在都是比較方便的。后來(lái)西湖區(qū)需要進(jìn)行對(duì)小學(xué)升初中的學(xué)生進(jìn)行新生素質(zhì)考試，考試完后要對(duì)每個(gè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，于是我花了很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，在原有學(xué)校的成績(jī)分析統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行修改，使得適用于新生素質(zhì)測(cè)試成績(jī)分析。

四、在第xx屆中國(guó)兒童青少年威盛中國(guó)芯計(jì)算機(jī)表演賽中，所帶的四位學(xué)生中，其中獲浙江省二等獎(jiǎng)一個(gè)，浙江省三等獎(jiǎng)的三個(gè)。

他叫杜月明，現(xiàn)任嘉峪關(guān)市峪泉鎮(zhèn)教委業(yè)務(wù)輔導(dǎo)員兼黨支部書記，并兼任學(xué)校少先大隊(duì)總輔導(dǎo)員。他是一個(gè)有著在農(nóng)村任教 30 年教齡的優(yōu)秀教育工作者。從參加工作那一天，他秉承真抓實(shí)干的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)，堅(jiān)持踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的做人態(tài)度，保持勤勞質(zhì)樸的本色。他像一頭默默耕耘的老黃牛，在他所摯愛的教育熱土上，播撒汗水和希望，換來(lái)滿園春色。他就是社會(huì)、家長(zhǎng)、師生心目中的“實(shí)干家”——杜月明。

抓教研，從不放松。

他擔(dān)任后，發(fā)現(xiàn)在工作上缺乏進(jìn)取心，沒有創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，整個(gè)學(xué)校工作恰似一潭死水，看不到一點(diǎn)活力。為盡快扭轉(zhuǎn)這一局面，決心以“科研興校”為突破口，以校本教研為切入點(diǎn)，開展一系列的教學(xué)活動(dòng)，使教研與教學(xué)做到有機(jī)結(jié)合，推動(dòng)教師在教中研，研中學(xué)，學(xué)中用，從而有效地調(diào)動(dòng)了教師從事教科研工作的積極性，教師的工作熱情也空前高漲。

?為使學(xué)校的教科研工作真正深入人心，身為責(zé)任，首先起表率作用，凡事都要親自抓，掌握第一手材料，在“十五”科研規(guī)劃的執(zhí)行工作中，作為課題組組長(zhǎng)，全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)

驗(yàn)課題的全面運(yùn)作工作。立項(xiàng)的“十五”級(jí)科研課題——《》對(duì)課題研究的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，都親自過問，親自安排。為使實(shí)驗(yàn)工作落到實(shí)處，并早出成果、多出成果，在對(duì)課題進(jìn)行深入研究的基礎(chǔ)上，認(rèn)為學(xué)校的課題相對(duì)于教師來(lái)說(shuō)還比較大，為此，讓教師結(jié)合各自的學(xué)科特點(diǎn)，從而形成了人人有專題，全員都參與的科研氛圍，有利地推進(jìn)了學(xué)校教科研工作的順利運(yùn)行。

學(xué)校課題的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究貴在堅(jiān)持，重在跟蹤、指導(dǎo)，成在總結(jié)、推廣。為使科研工作能夠順利進(jìn)行，定期召開調(diào)會(huì)，及時(shí)總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，查找不足，把問題解決在基層，消滅在萌芽之中。同時(shí)，為使實(shí)驗(yàn)教師的科研成果能夠及時(shí)地應(yīng)用并服務(wù)于一線教學(xué)，年來(lái)，我校開展了“五個(gè)一”和“教師講壇”等一系列活動(dòng)，讓所有的教師都緊緊圍繞自己的科研課題或教研專題去進(jìn)行教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、出課、撰寫論文、開展論壇。這既是對(duì)教師科研成果的檢驗(yàn)，同時(shí)也為教師之間的相互交流提供了平臺(tái)，教師的科研成果也得到了推廣。、在思想上，愛國(guó)愛黨，積極上進(jìn)。

學(xué)習(xí)了黨章，為了提高自己的思想覺悟，認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)x 主席《在會(huì)上的講話》，并思考“如何在自己的崗位上實(shí)踐”,還深知要教育好學(xué)生，教師必須身先，時(shí)時(shí)做到教書育人、言傳身教、為人師表，以自己的人格、行為去感染學(xué)生，努力使學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)能接受、喜歡。年新課程改革，為了適應(yīng)新形式，認(rèn)真拜讀了《新課程》等文章，努力使自己不被新課改的浪潮所淹沒。作為一名教師自身的師表形象要時(shí)刻注意，我在注意自身師表形象的同時(shí)非常重視對(duì)的全面培養(yǎng)。因?yàn)樯钚帕己玫钠沸惺敲總€(gè)人身上最美的東西，針對(duì)社會(huì)這一大氣候和學(xué)生這一小氣候我把學(xué)生的德育、工作放到了最重要的地位。在工作中，積極、主動(dòng)、勤懇、責(zé)任性較強(qiáng)，樂于接受布置的各項(xiàng)工作；注重文化學(xué)習(xí)，參加了“”的本科進(jìn)修。在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)中，努力使自己的思想覺悟、理論水平、業(yè)務(wù)能力都得到較快的提高。

把學(xué)生教好，讓學(xué)生成功，是每位教師最大的心愿、最高的榮譽(yù)。作為一名教師，最緊迫的問題是具有新的教學(xué)理念，刻苦鉆研如何把文化與校本課程達(dá)到有機(jī)的融合，從而顯現(xiàn)出我的校本特色。在中，教師在課堂教學(xué)過程中堅(jiān)決貫徹的教育理念，課堂教要以“一本”、“兩式”、“三點(diǎn)”、“四以”、“五讓”的教學(xué)理念為主。“一本”即以學(xué)生為本，教師的“教”必須服務(wù)于學(xué)生的“學(xué)”；“兩式”即教學(xué)活動(dòng)始
