一、報(bào)盤文體介紹
1、報(bào)盤(offer)也叫報(bào)價(jià),是賣方主動(dòng)向買方提供商品信息,或者是對詢盤的答復(fù),是賣方根據(jù)賣方的來信,向買方報(bào)盤,其內(nèi)容可包括商品名稱、規(guī)格、數(shù)量、包裝條件、價(jià)格、付款方式和交貨期限等。報(bào)盤有兩種:
2、虛盤(non-firm offers)即無約束力的報(bào)盤。一般情況下,多數(shù)報(bào)盤均為虛盤,虛盤不規(guī)定報(bào)盤的有效日期,并且附有保留條件,如:The offer is subject to our final confirmation/prior sale.該報(bào)盤已我方最后確認(rèn)為準(zhǔn)/是否事先售出為準(zhǔn)。
3、實(shí)盤(firm offers)則規(guī)定有效日期,而且賣盤一旦被接受,報(bào)盤人就不能撤回。
二、訂貨文體介紹
訂貨(order)是買方為要求供應(yīng)具體數(shù)量的貨物而提出的一種要求。此時(shí),交易雙方之間的陌生感已消除,可以說已經(jīng)度過了接觸障礙和難關(guān)。寫定貨信時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn):
(1)開頭就直接說明訂購的意圖。
(2)訂貨信一般應(yīng)包括:商品的名稱、品質(zhì)、數(shù)量、包裝、價(jià)格條件、支付條件以及需要對方提供的單據(jù)等。
(3)內(nèi)容必須準(zhǔn)確、清楚。不論是商品的價(jià)格還是商品的規(guī)格都應(yīng)做到準(zhǔn)確無誤,否則會帶來不必要的損失與麻煩。
賣方收到訂貨電子郵件后必須進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。如果賣方無法提供買方所需要的貨物,則最好介紹一些合適的替代品;如果買方所需貨物的價(jià)格和規(guī)格發(fā)生了變化,賣方則提出還價(jià)并勸買方接受,但要注意:寫拒絕接受訂貨的信時(shí),必須非常謹(jǐn)慎,應(yīng)為日后有可能的交易留下余地。

通知

商務(wù)報(bào)告是商貿(mào)公司、企業(yè)為交流信息而使用的一種文書形式,它以書面形式給閱讀者提供有關(guān)信息和數(shù)據(jù),以供參考。
商務(wù)報(bào)告的應(yīng)用廣泛,內(nèi)容包羅萬象,主要包括財(cái)務(wù)(Finance)、審計(jì)(Audit)、損益(Profits &Losses)、投資(Investment)、(Annual)、生產(chǎn)(Production)、銷售(Sales)、市場分析(Market Analysis)、人事(Personnel)等。
商務(wù)報(bào)告的寫作目的通常不止一個(gè),主要可以歸納為以下幾點(diǎn):1)提供信息;2)記錄備查;3)提出建議;4)說服勸導(dǎo)。
商務(wù)報(bào)告的分類方法多種多樣,目前最通行的劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是根據(jù)其正式程度將商務(wù)報(bào)告劃分為非正式報(bào)告(Informal Report)和正式報(bào)告(Formal Report)。
按照不同的格式,非正式商務(wù)報(bào)告可以分為便函體報(bào)告(Memo Report)、書信體報(bào)告(Letter Report)、簡短的文件體報(bào)告(Short Document Report)。按照不同的內(nèi)容,非正式商務(wù)報(bào)告又可以分為可行性報(bào)告(Feasibility Report)、事故報(bào)告(Incident Report)、調(diào)查報(bào)告(1nvestigative Report)、進(jìn)度報(bào)告(Progress Report)、公差報(bào)告(Trip Report)及建議報(bào)告(Proposal Report)等。
便函體報(bào)告與書信體報(bào)告的主要區(qū)別在于兩者流通的領(lǐng)域不同,前者主要在公司內(nèi)部使用,而后者一般是寫給公司以外的人或機(jī)構(gòu)。與便函體報(bào)告相比,書信體報(bào)告比較正式些,這主要是因?yàn)闀朋w格式要比便函體格式正式。
正式商務(wù)報(bào)告一般篇幅較長(5頁以上),牽涉的問題復(fù)雜、棘手,包含的信息量很大,流動(dòng)的方向包括內(nèi)向型,即在公司內(nèi)部流通,和外向型,即流通到公司外部的機(jī)構(gòu)或個(gè)人手中。

Introduction On June 10,2003,while Thomas Taylor was operating a grinding machine, a flying particle from the machine part that was being ground hit his left eye.If Mr.Taylor had put on the safety goggles, this accident would have been prevented.But Mr.Taylor did not wear the safety goggles.To prevent further such accidents, I have explained the cause of this accident to all grinding machine operators.Accident Description On June 10, 2003, at 10:5 p.m., Thomas Taylor, operating grinding machine # 16, accidentally saw a chisel on the ground.As he was stooping down to pick it up, he got close to the machine part that was being ground and a heavy flying particle from the machine part hit his left eye.The cornea of the eyeball was slightly injured.While an ambulance was being called, Susan Wilkins, R.N., administered first aid at the plant dispensary.There were no witnesses to the accident.The ambulance from Peace Hospital came at 10 : 45 p.m., and Taylor was admitted to the emergency room at the hospital at 11 p.m..He was treated and kept overnight for observation, then released the next morning.Taylor returned to work one week later, on June 17.He has been given temporary duties in the tool room until his injury heals.Conclusions About the Cause of the Accident All grinding machines are equipped with shield guards, which cover the upper parts of the machines to eliminate the possibility that heavy flying particles injure the eyes of the workers who operate these machines, If the workers stand operating these machines, there should be no injuries to the eyes of the workers.In addition to the protection of the shield guards for the eyes from heavy flying particles, all grinding machine operators are provided with safety goggles and are requested to wear them while working.However.Taylor ignored the safety regulations and did not put on these goggles while he was working on June 10.This accident of course, could have been prevented if Taylor had not stooped down to pick up the chisel while the machine was working.To prevent a recurrence of this accident,I have conducted a brief safety session with all grinding machine operators, at which I described Taylor's experience, cautioned them against breaking the safety regulations and getting close to the machine parts that are being ground, and stressed that all grinding machine operators must wear the safety goggles while working.[譯文)

I.Terms of reference To investigate the possibility of the firm working 'flexi-time', and to make a report on the findings.II.Procedure A.All staff were interviewed on their needs for various time bands.Staff were then interviewed on their preferences for various time bands.B.A questionnaire was issued to all staff asking them to state which time band they wanted.C.The work done by the staff was observed to see if it was necessary for all staff to be present during 'core times' , and to ascertain when precisely these core times are.III.Findings
A.Staff Needs and Preferences
Staff needs:
1.The major finding from interviewing staff on their needs was that most of the working mothers needed to be free from 3 : 30 in the afternoons.The reasons given were(arranged in order of priority): Collection of young children from school;
Being at home when their children arrived home from school;
Preparing meals for the family between the hours of 5 and 7p.m.;
19% of the staff are working mothers.2.Staff who had recently moved or who had lived far away from the firm for some time, needed extra time to arrive punctually in the morning.Staff preferences:
1.Approximately 60% of the staff interviewed would prefer to arrive later in the mornings.The periods ranged from 30 minutes to 3 hours later.2.25% of the staff interviewed would prefer to finish work earlier than at present.This ranged from 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.B.The firm has close communication with other firms, departments and local offices which do not operate flexitime.The firm relies heavily on banking and post office services.C.Core Times
1.Checking on the validity, accuracy and urgency of forms, documents and applications sent to the firm requires an efficient and streamlined operation.Some members of staff need to be on hand to verify, cross-check and revise communications ready for signing and despatch.This contingency did not depend on all office staff being present for consultation.2.The greatest volume of telephoned requests for information and advice was between the hours of 10 a.m.and 3 p.m..3.The least busy period was from 3 to 5 p.m., when business calls fell away, and some work was left for the following morning.IV.Conclusions A.There is a conflict between the 23% of staff who need to arrive earlier in the day.and the 60% who would prefer to arrive later.Most of the paperwork needs to be done earlier to be filed, signed and despatched while senior staff are available and also to catch the earlier postal collections.B.The 19% of staff—the working mothers—who need to arrive earlier and leave earlier would help to clear the backlog of work from the previous day, but they would need to be helped by extra staff.C.There would need to be heavy discouragement of staff wishing to arrive 2 hours and more later than at present.D.We would need to test the degree of certainty about late arrivals.Some staff are obviously not sure yet when they would prefer to arrive.V.Recommendations A.There should be the following time-bands:

The following courses will be offered to members of our sales staff on a regular basis each business quarter.A.Customer Contact Course The course is designed for existing sales personnel trained before 2000 Selection of participants is determined by the district manager.The length of the course is 23 hours in three consecutive days.The course's objective is to train sales personnel to recognize and communicate with various types of customers, to deal with difficult customers using a business-like attitude, and to provide customers the best rate and service.The course consists of formal classroom training using lecture, programmed instruction, and sound recordings with heavy emphasis on role playing.This course is modeled on the highly successful Customer Contact Course used in our West Coast division.All participants are required to complete a written evaluation of the course after they return to their sales districts.B.Sales Training Course The course is designed for new sales representatives and those with one to three months field experience.The length of the course is approximately 72 hours.The objective is(1)to increase product knowledge and(2)to increase client contact effectiveness when calling on accounts.The course will focus on the ability to initiate customer contact, to sell our products successfully, and to maintain long-term customer satisfaction.The course employs a substantial variety of training techniques.In addition to lecture and demonstration by instructors, major objectives are met through competitive teamwork, hypothetical sales projects, role playing, and group discussion.And participants are required to complete a written evaluation of the course upon completion.C.District Sales Manager The course is designed for existing and about-to-be promoted district sales managers.The course length is undetermined at this time, but will probably run three days.Its objective is to deal with problems of transition encountered by those assuming new and diverse responsibilities.Also, the course stresses methods for implementing company sales policy and procedures, as well as ways of handling field representatives' problems and needs.The course will consist of instruction and discussion, as well as role-playing exercise.All participants are required to complete a written evaluation of the course upon conclusion.D.Management Training The course will instruct about-to-be promoted line managers in operational functions and management techniques.Its goals are to develop individual management skills and expand existing management capabilities.Duration of the course is two weeks, and instruction focuses on developing management-related skills and techniques.Through programmed instruction, general discussion, and on-the-job training, management trainees will learn all facts of corporate operations.In addition to a written evaluation at the end of the course, participants will review the course content through correspondence with the Training Department.II.CONCLUSION The implementation of the training courses will fulfill these corporate objectives;
1.Standardize wherever possible all divisional sales training to achieve maximum employee motivation performance at the least possible cost.2.Decrease employee turnover.3.Effect better communication between corporate management and sales representatives.III.RECOMMENDATIONS
In view of the importance of these training courses to our corporate goals, I recommend the following:
1.The Training Department should initiate these courses as soon as possible.2.The training program should be expanded to include post-class instruction.3.All courses should be evaluated on a regular basis to ensure quality instruction and up-to-date content.4.The Training Department should publish and distribute to all employees notification of new courses and programs.譯文:

引言
培訓(xùn)部的目的在于為新雇員和即將提升的雇員提供做好本職工作的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。本報(bào)告將介紹為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)而開設(shè)的有關(guān)課程。
I.課程介紹:
定期地為每個(gè)商務(wù)區(qū)的銷售人員開設(shè)下列課程。
A.與顧客打交道課程
這一課程是為2000年參加過培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)職銷售人員設(shè)計(jì)的,學(xué)員將由地區(qū)經(jīng)理挑選決定。該課程為期3天,共設(shè)23個(gè)學(xué)時(shí),目的在于訓(xùn)練銷售人員認(rèn)識不同類型的顧客并與他們打交道,用認(rèn)真的態(tài)度對待最難對付的顧客,以最快的速度和最好的服務(wù)接待顧客。
課程為正式的課堂教學(xué),采用講座、課堂教學(xué)和錄音的教學(xué)方法,突出強(qiáng)調(diào)模擬實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)。我們在西海岸地區(qū)舉辦的此類課程獲得了極大成功,本課程就是參照他們的經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)置的。

B.銷售培訓(xùn)課程

1.培訓(xùn)部應(yīng)該盡早開課;
2.培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃應(yīng)該包括課程結(jié)束后的指導(dǎo);
3.所有課程都應(yīng)該定期進(jìn)行評估,以確保教學(xué)質(zhì)量,保證教學(xué)內(nèi)容跟得上潮流;
4.培訓(xùn)部應(yīng)該向所有職員印發(fā)新課程與計(jì)劃的通知。

一、調(diào)查報(bào)告的概念和特點(diǎn)
調(diào)查報(bào)告是對某一事物或問題進(jìn)行實(shí)際調(diào)查、分析、研究后寫成的反映調(diào)查研究成果的書面報(bào)告。它具有敘述的客觀性、范圍的廣泛性、強(qiáng)烈的針對性、內(nèi)容的典型性、問題的提示性、結(jié)構(gòu)的完整性等特點(diǎn)。
二、調(diào)查報(bào)告的作用
1.調(diào)查報(bào)告可為制定方針、政策及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的正確決策提供依據(jù)。它能通過真實(shí)地反映社會實(shí)際情況和問題,使政府各部門制定的方針政策更符合實(shí)際同時(shí),也為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)正確決策和執(zhí)行政策提供參考和依據(jù)。
2.調(diào)查報(bào)告可通過典型調(diào)查,宣傳、介紹先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和先進(jìn)人物事跡,借以指導(dǎo)全面工作。例如:《首都鋼鐵公司是怎樣實(shí)行經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任制的》。
3.調(diào)查報(bào)告可通過典型調(diào)查,揭露社會問題,鞭撻不良傾向,改正工作中的失誤。從而引起有關(guān)部門的注意和重視,起到解決問題,教育廣大干部群眾的作用。例如,《中國首例特大有害化工廢料進(jìn)境事件追蹤調(diào)查》。
4.調(diào)查報(bào)告可通過調(diào)查揭露事實(shí)真相,說明和回答社會問題。社會上和組織中往往會對某一事件、某一問題爭論不休或眾說紛紜,在真相不清,謠傳離奇的情況下,就需要用調(diào)查報(bào)告來澄清事實(shí)真相,幫助群眾分清是非和真?zhèn)巍1热纭洞笄袂f事件的前前后后》。
三、調(diào)查報(bào)告的類型和基本內(nèi)容 日常工作中,常見的調(diào)查報(bào)告主要有以下幾種:
(一)典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)性調(diào)查報(bào)告
這類調(diào)查報(bào)告主要是反映先進(jìn)單位或先進(jìn)個(gè)人的典型經(jīng)驗(yàn)。具有較強(qiáng)的示范引路作用。如《關(guān)于任昌霞同志先進(jìn)事跡的調(diào)查報(bào)告》。這種調(diào)查報(bào)告的內(nèi)容一般包括調(diào)查目的、情況和經(jīng)驗(yàn),及推廣經(jīng)驗(yàn)的意義。其中情況和經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主要內(nèi)容,可以分條論述。
(二)綜合分析調(diào)查報(bào)告
這類報(bào)告是就一個(gè)單位的多方面情況進(jìn)行較全面的調(diào)查,或圍繞一個(gè)問題進(jìn)行多方面的普遍調(diào)查,或就某個(gè)問題對許多單位進(jìn)行廣泛調(diào)查,然后加以綜合分析的報(bào)告。綜合分析調(diào)查報(bào)告的內(nèi)容一般包括調(diào)查目的、概況,重點(diǎn)問題綜合分析,提出建議等。如《一個(gè)辦得較好的外向型工業(yè)區(qū)——蛇口經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展調(diào)查》。
(三)揭露問題性調(diào)查報(bào)告
這類調(diào)查報(bào)告是對現(xiàn)實(shí)社會中某些丑惡現(xiàn)象、惡劣行徑和社會弊端進(jìn)行揭露,并分析和歸納出教訓(xùn),以引起有關(guān)部門及社會的關(guān)注和重視。基本內(nèi)容除分條列舉事實(shí)外,還要分析原因,說明后果。如《關(guān)于劣質(zhì)奶粉殘害嬰兒事件的調(diào)查報(bào)告》。
(四)探討、研究性調(diào)查報(bào)告
這類調(diào)查報(bào)告主要是針對某一領(lǐng)域或某一方面工作中存在的帶有普遍性影響的社會矛盾或問題的具體表現(xiàn),透徹分析其產(chǎn)生的原因,提出解決這些矛盾和問題的意見、建議設(shè)想、措施等,從而為各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)關(guān)或有關(guān)部門制定決策和加強(qiáng)管理提供依據(jù)和參考。如《農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的剩余及其出路》。
(五)介紹新生事物的調(diào)查報(bào)告
這類調(diào)查報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容是反映現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中涌現(xiàn)出來的新生事物,以及新生事物產(chǎn)生背景、情況、特點(diǎn)和產(chǎn)生發(fā)展的過程,并提示它成長的規(guī)律,闡明它的作用和意義,借以促進(jìn)新生事物的成長和推廣。比如《杭州萬向節(jié)廠創(chuàng)辦農(nóng)業(yè)車間的調(diào)查》。
四、調(diào)查報(bào)告的格式
調(diào)查報(bào)告的格式一般由標(biāo)題和正文兩部分構(gòu)成。
(一)標(biāo)題 調(diào)查報(bào)告的標(biāo)題有兩種形式:單行標(biāo)題、雙行標(biāo)題。
1.單行標(biāo)題 一般有兩種寫法:一種是公文式,通常由“事由+文種”組成。如《關(guān)于××制藥廠挖掘人才的調(diào)查報(bào)告》等。另一種是文章式,通常由調(diào)查報(bào)告的基本內(nèi)容概括而成。如《耕地減少,“經(jīng)驗(yàn)”何在》。
2.雙行標(biāo)題 由正題和副題組成,正題突出主題,副題標(biāo)明調(diào)查對象和內(nèi)容及文體名稱。如《不要讓子孫后代埋怨我們——關(guān)于北京河流污染情況的調(diào)查》。
(二)正文
調(diào)查報(bào)告的正文一般分為導(dǎo)語、主體和結(jié)尾三部分。
1.導(dǎo)語 導(dǎo)語的文字一定要高度概括,提綱挈領(lǐng),簡明扼要,緊扣主題。這部分側(cè)重說明調(diào)查的目的、對象、經(jīng)過、時(shí)間方法、范圍、結(jié)果和意義等。其目的主要是便于讀者了解整個(gè)調(diào)查報(bào)告的概況和基本內(nèi)容。
2.主體 這是調(diào)查報(bào)告的核心部分。這部分的內(nèi)容包括作者所要報(bào)告的調(diào)查事實(shí)、作者的觀點(diǎn)或調(diào)查結(jié)論。
主體的結(jié)構(gòu)形式多種多樣,常見的有如下幾種:
(1)橫式結(jié)構(gòu),也叫并列式。即按主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)或問題及各部分之間的邏輯關(guān)系安排層次??偨Y(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和反映、分析情況的調(diào)查報(bào)告常常采用這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。(2)縱式結(jié)構(gòu)。即按事件、問題的發(fā)生、發(fā)展和結(jié)局的先后順序進(jìn)行敘述和議論。這種縱式結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,所以內(nèi)容單一集中的調(diào)查報(bào)告常用這種形式。(3)對比式。即把兩個(gè)不同對象加以對比來寫。它用對比的方式組織和安排材料。

經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告是以經(jīng)濟(jì)理論和經(jīng)濟(jì)政策為指導(dǎo),根據(jù)會計(jì)、統(tǒng)計(jì)、業(yè)務(wù)核算資料及調(diào)查研究所掌握的情況,運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法,對企業(yè)或單位的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)展情況和效果如何進(jìn)行分析研究后所寫出的書面材料。在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析成為一種能動(dòng)地認(rèn)識經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的手段和加強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理的重要方法。特別在經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革中,企業(yè)由單純的生產(chǎn)型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯a(chǎn)經(jīng)營型,進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻?jīng)營開拓型,客觀上要求經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析承擔(dān)起了解環(huán)境信息、尋求最佳經(jīng)營決策、挖掘生產(chǎn)潛力、謀求最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的功能。因此,要求經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析由服務(wù)上級向服務(wù)內(nèi)部管理,重心由計(jì)劃指標(biāo)完成情況的評價(jià)轉(zhuǎn)向經(jīng)營決策的效益分析。這就要求跳出單純財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表分析的圈子,重視對社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的研究,注意分析經(jīng)營環(huán)境、經(jīng)營能力和經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的適應(yīng)性,科學(xué)地謀劃經(jīng)營。這樣形成的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告有著重要的作用:
(一)有助于企業(yè)改善經(jīng)營管理,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益
經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告,是加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理的一項(xiàng)重要依據(jù)。企業(yè)管理的決策、計(jì)劃、控制、總結(jié)評價(jià)等基本職能都離不開經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析。通過分析,由現(xiàn)象到本質(zhì),發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,找出差距,提出改進(jìn)措施,便于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)部門改善經(jīng)營管理,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
(二)能幫助財(cái)政、銀行等部門更好地發(fā)揮職能作用
經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的一些職能部門也廣泛地使用著。財(cái)政、稅務(wù)、審計(jì)、銀行、統(tǒng)計(jì)等部門都經(jīng)常進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析。通過分析,能幫助這些部門執(zhí)行國家政策法令和財(cái)經(jīng)紀(jì)律,促進(jìn)和監(jiān)督企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的正常進(jìn)行,充分發(fā)揮這些經(jīng)濟(jì)部門的職能作用。
二、經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告的種類和文體格式
(一)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告的種類
經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域十分廣泛,經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告使用也十分頻繁。因此經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告種類繁多,且有著不同的層次級別和種類形式。歸納起來,主要的類型有: 1.按分析內(nèi)容的廣度劃分,經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告可分為綜合分析報(bào)告和專題分析報(bào)告。綜合分析報(bào)告是對某一部門或某一單位一定時(shí)期內(nèi)的各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo),作全面系統(tǒng)分析的報(bào)告,其目的是全面檢查各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的完成情況,找出帶有普遍性、關(guān)鍵性的問題進(jìn)行分析,從總體上認(rèn)識生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動(dòng)的成績、問題和原因,對經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)作出總的評價(jià),提出改進(jìn)工作的全面措施。
專題分析是指對某一具體的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)或經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的某個(gè)具體方面進(jìn)行深入詳細(xì)的專門分析。這種分析報(bào)告重點(diǎn)突出,針對性強(qiáng),反饋迅速,可以及時(shí)指導(dǎo)工作。
2.按照時(shí)間和內(nèi)容劃分,可分為決策分析、控制分析、評價(jià)分析。
決策分析是在選擇方案過程中,對各種方案預(yù)期經(jīng)濟(jì)效果的分析。通過分析,選出最佳方案。這是事前的分析。
控制分析是在計(jì)劃執(zhí)行過程中,為了全面控制企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),以保證計(jì)劃達(dá)到既定目標(biāo)所進(jìn)行的分析。這是事中的分析。
評價(jià)分析是總結(jié)性分析,通過分析,全面評價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng),找出成績、問題,提出對策,使新一輪次的工作更好地展開。這是事后的分析。
傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析側(cè)重于事后分析,這種分析有滯后的弊病,若有問題不能起到“防患于未然”的作用,所以現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析正向事前、事中發(fā)展,以求形成全面經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析體系。
3.按照形式劃分,可分為文字分析報(bào)告和表格分析報(bào)告。實(shí)際使用時(shí),常采用文字與表格相結(jié)合的方式表述。
(二)文體格式
1.標(biāo)題 經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告的標(biāo)題,一般要標(biāo)明被分析單位、分析期限、分析對象和文種,如《紅日旅游公司2003經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)分析報(bào)告》、《大地旅游產(chǎn)品公司2004年財(cái)務(wù)分析報(bào)告》。
除此以外,也可以將分析報(bào)告的主要內(nèi)容加以高度概括,或用分析得出的主要結(jié)論及建議作標(biāo)題,如:《電視機(jī)庫存結(jié)構(gòu)的分析》,《關(guān)于迅速整頓成品資金的建議》。也可以用提問方式指示分析的內(nèi)容,再以單位、分析期限、文種作為副標(biāo)題,如:《財(cái)政收入為什么不能與生產(chǎn)同步增長——近三年財(cái)政收入分析》。2.正文 正文開頭可安排一個(gè)導(dǎo)語。這是全文的開頭,常用的方式有以下幾種:有的點(diǎn)明形勢,指明所要分析的問題;有的介紹分析的時(shí)間、范圍、對象有的簡述分析的原因、目的,這些方法可以交叉使用。也有的分析報(bào)告開門見山寫主體部分,不寫導(dǎo)語。
正文主體部分主要寫三個(gè)內(nèi)容:
(1)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)基本情況。這一部分主要根據(jù)會計(jì)核算、統(tǒng)計(jì)資料以及調(diào)查研究所掌握的情況,用對比分析法列出分析指標(biāo),指出成績或問題,這一部分是分析的基礎(chǔ)。為了保證分析的準(zhǔn)確度和報(bào)告質(zhì)量,文中的數(shù)字要準(zhǔn)確,要能全面反映某一問題的全貌。
(2)成績或問題的分析。這一部分主要分析經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)“為什么這樣”的問題,這是全文的重點(diǎn),主要是根據(jù)前一部分的數(shù)字和數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,分析應(yīng)形成結(jié)論。這一部分一般采用分條列項(xiàng)寫法。
(3)提出建議。這一部分要提出解決問題的辦法,回答“怎么辦”的問題。應(yīng)注意在得出科學(xué)結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,針對存在的問題,提出具體可行的意見和措施,落實(shí)到下期經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的實(shí)踐中去。
三、分析經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的基本方法
1.比較分析法。比較分析法又叫對比分析法,就是將同一基礎(chǔ)上(時(shí)間、內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目和條件等)可比的數(shù)字資料進(jìn)行對比,根據(jù)比較的結(jié)果來研究經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的情況和不同結(jié)果。
2.因素分析法。因素分析法是研究各種因素變動(dòng)對總體指標(biāo)影響程度的定量分析方法。就是將經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)按照分析目的的不同分解為若干因素,按順序依次將因素的計(jì)劃數(shù)替換為實(shí)際數(shù),分別測定各個(gè)因素變動(dòng)對經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)影響程度的一種分析方法。
