TOEFL二戰(zhàn)感想

自我介紹：

我叫，在2015年7月6日至7月12日期間，參加了杭州新航道學(xué)校的托福寫作口語強(qiáng)化班，學(xué)習(xí)期間，很感謝杭州新航道學(xué)校老師給我提供了許多學(xué)習(xí)上的技巧和如何學(xué)習(xí)英語的能力，經(jīng)過6天的在校學(xué)習(xí)，我于7月16日參加了托福考試，取得了TOEFL IBT總分105、閱讀30，聽力27，口語20，寫作28的好成績，其中口語提高兩分，寫作提高一分。下面，我來和大家分享一下我在托福中取得高分的心得體會。

一、上課感受

我曾于去年三月份參加過托福考試，但是時隔一年有余，對考試感覺十分生疏。而且在那次考試中，我的口語僅僅只有18分，成為了拉分的大項，況且許多學(xué)校有小分的要求，我自己感覺不是很滿意，于是決定在考試前參加新航道的集中培訓(xùn)。在培訓(xùn)中，寫作老師循循善誘，幫助我迅速回憶起寫作的套路。寫作老師有一套行之有效的方法，從題型入手，讓我們逐步了解托福寫作并不是那么難，極大地增強(qiáng)了我的信心，而且之前我一直在語言運用上面感覺有瓶頸，提升不上去，通過學(xué)習(xí)老師所寫的例文，也掌握了許多地道的固定搭配，使我獲益匪淺。并且之前我的綜合寫作并不是很好，總是感覺聽到了一大堆東西卻抓不住重點，寫作老師幫我們理清了聽力材料的思路，并著重強(qiáng)調(diào)得分點，使我在考試中迅速在十分鐘之內(nèi)就完成了綜合寫作，并贏得了寶貴的檢查時間。

口語模塊向來是我的短板，大三上半學(xué)期我曾經(jīng)在德國交流過半年，所以我與人溝通的能力是具備的，但缺乏在極短的時間內(nèi)迅速總結(jié)分析自己想法并用正確語句表達(dá)出來的能力。口語老師鼓勵我們多多表達(dá)，并跳出模板的局限，將有限的時間全部用來表述內(nèi)容極大的激發(fā)了我，雖然最后只提高了兩分，但我仍感到獲益匪淺。

另外，我感到托福的出題越來越靈活，特別是一二題，如這次考試我就遇到了對整形手術(shù)有什么看法的題，所以在平常生活中多鍛煉自己在短時間內(nèi)思考不同問題的能力十分重要，可以多與同學(xué)，家長交流。學(xué)校的英語角也是一個鍛煉口語的好去處，并且要隨時注意總結(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)別人有沒有用什么好詞好句等好的表達(dá)方式。

閱讀和聽力是我的強(qiáng)項，本次閱讀也比較簡單。但是聽力出現(xiàn)了一些新的問題，主要是題目與問題的同義替換較多，可能要注意一下。

二、寄語

希望大家勇于挑戰(zhàn)自己，特別是敢說敢于表達(dá)是最關(guān)鍵的，記住，以后的競爭者會來自全球，不表達(dá)別人永遠(yuǎn)不會知道我們的優(yōu)秀。珍惜每一次小的進(jìn)步，因為那都是來之不易的。祝杭州新航道學(xué)校越辦越好！就是不要再排連著五小時的課了。

Some high schools require all students to wear school uniforms.Other high schools permit students to decide what to wear to school.Which of these two school policies do you think is better?

While in most present day high schools it is controversial that whether students should wear uniforms, most elementary schools have adopted uniform policy with wide support.Uniforms serve students
