怎樣訓練學生的英語聽力

高考聽力語速較快，語言清晰，具有很強的口語特點，而且，旨在測試考生理解口頭英語的能力。提高英語聽力，要從精聽和泛聽兩個方面入手：

一、一心兩用法

一心兩用是泛聽的方法。就是說你聽的時候，精神要分散，一邊干著其他事，一邊有一搭沒一搭地聽著。泛聽要有一定量的保證，要多聽，一有機會就聽著，最好耳機不離耳朵。泛聽的內容最好是精聽已經聽過的。比如精聽聽到了第二盤磁帶，那么泛聽就聽第一盤磁帶，把精聽的內容重新再聽一遍，主要把握好語速和語調。

二、階梯式前進法

精聽可以采用從易到難循序漸進地進行訓練。比如，先用一個禮拜聽初級聽力，先聽一遍材料，再好好看聽力原文，然后再聽材料，直到一字一詞都聽清楚為止。把初級的聽力材料都聽一遍，覺得基本上90%到95%都聽得懂，再接著聽中級材料。可以每天一次安排固定時間訓練，或者每隔天一次，每次聽的時間不用太長，可以20到30分鐘，但一定要持之以恒。

三、做題訓練法

除了聽訓練材料之外，還要適當做一些聽力題目：

1、注重聽力解題技巧，聽前略讀題干與選項，預測聽力內容，分析對比各個選項的不同之處，集中精力抓住要信息；對較長的對話或獨白，要隨手用數字符號或單詞開頭字母記錄信息，以加深印象，有助于判斷。

2、保持良好的心態，克服緊張情緒，及早沉入題中，聽不懂的題目要先跳過，切記因此產生的急躁情緒而影響聽清后面的內容。

第二篇：怎樣提高學生的英語聽力

學好英語非常重要。因為英語已經成了事實上的全球通用語言，每年最出科研成果的兩個國家是美國和英國，因為他們的母語就是英語，他們的科研人員可以方便直接地閱讀全球最新的科技論文，直接從中受益。但是對于我們，卻是不得不拿出很多很多的精力來面對英語學習的問題。奇怪的是，這么多年來，平均智商93％的中國人卻怎么也學不好平均智商只有83％的美國人使用的英語。

為什么我們的英語總是學不好？最重要的就是方法不對。看一下我們的聽力和詞匯量為什么不好？初中的時候聽的是最慢語速的磁帶，高中的時候聽的是稍慢語速的磁帶。大學四級考試聽的是四級要求語速的磁帶，六級考試聽得是六級要求語速的磁帶。詞匯量的掌握也是這樣的分級。而且，你在學初中英語的時候肯定不會去聽四六級的磁帶，你在學四級的時候也不會去聽六級或者IELTS的磁帶，因為你學習壓力太大，作業太多，完成老師留下的作業基本上都很艱難，根本不會有時間去學習更高一級的東西。

學習英語應該從聽、說、讀、寫四個方面的基本功開始訓練，而IELTS也正是考核這四方面的綜合能力。本文將談一些我對提高英語聽說能力的看法。

我覺得要提高聽力，首先應從多聽教學聽力錄音帶入手，如所學的課本錄音帶，口語教材錄音帶，也可以選聽適合或略高于自己水平的有趣的材料。無論是精聽或是泛聽，開始都不要看文字材料。精聽應先把錄音內容從頭至尾聽一遍，再把聽不懂的地方一遍又一遍地反復聽。若有些地方實在聽不懂，也應盡量聽清各個音節，然后再翻開書看一看，有些影響理解的生詞可查一下詞典。接著再合上書從頭至尾聽，直到能夠聽懂全部內容為止。通過這樣的聽力訓練，可促使自己提高辨音及聽力理解能力。如果讀過書面材料再去聽錄音，往往就不是耳朵在辨音，而是大腦在思索和背誦，如果看著書面材料聽，則往往是自己的默讀，這樣達不到提高聽力的目的，遇到新材料的時候就又會聽不懂

聽力訓練是一個長期的訓練過程，科學的訓練直接關系到聽力訓練的效果。在聽力訓練過程中，我們要做到如下幾點：1.加強學生語言基礎知識的學習，增加學生英語詞匯量。英語詞匯量是聽力學習的基礎，沒有一定的詞匯量，學生就不能聽懂，無法理解句子、文章的含義，當然正確解答聽力題目也就無從談起。語言基礎知識的學習包括對語法內容的學習，這對于提高答題的準確率也是至關重要的。2.鼓勵學生多看課外書，注重學科滲透，擴大自身知識面，這有助于學生更加容易理解聽力材料的內容。3.重視聽力訓練與文化背景的教學關系。我們在聽力教學過程中要重視文化差異教學，確保學生在聽力過程中不會出現由于文化差異而導致理解的偏差。4.重視聽力訓練形式的豐富性。聽力教學過程中，為了預防學生聽覺疲勞的情形，我們要避免利用整堂課訓練聽力的做法，應該結合教學目標，合理安排聽力教學活動。

二、選好聽力訓練材料

聽力材料是進行學生聽力訓練的前提條件，是提學生聽力能力的重要載體。目前，聽力訓練的材料可謂豐富多彩，諸如各類英語報刊所附聽力材料，各種英語聽力專項訓練，各地模擬試題聽力材料等等。但是，簡單的“拿來主義”達不到提高學生聽力水平的目的。選取聽力訓練材料，我們應該遵循如下原則：首先，結合文本教學內容原則。這樣往往可以引起學生的重視，并讓學生在聽力訓練過程中能夠運用所學知識，提高正確率，樹立學生的信心，并從根本上解決學生的聽力心理障礙。其次，迎合學生心理需求原則。聽力材料的選擇必須能有效吸引學生注意力，符合學生的心理需求，這樣才能激發學生的聽力學習熱情。因此，聽力材料應盡量具有趣味性和新穎性。

三、調節學生聽力心態

聽力理解過程是一個相對復雜的心理活動過程，學生只有在相對輕松的氛圍中才能夠有效發揮自己的聽力水平，提高自己的聽力效果。因此，我們教師應該以創設和諧教學氛圍為起點，運用下列積極的心理干預措施。首先，正確認識聽力中的緊張心理。學生在英語聽力過程中由于注意力高度集中，而表現出一定的緊張心理屬于正常情況。但是，對聽力學習總是抱有患得患失的心理不可取，它不僅會使自己產生莫名的焦慮、恐慌，甚至還會由于過重的心理壓力而影響聽力水平的正常發揮。其次，不斷增強聽力學習的信心。聽力教學中，我們要鼓勵學生對自己充滿信心，相信自己通過平時卓有成效的英語學習，并輔之以正確的聽力方法，就能夠獲得聽力學習的成功。因此，只要學生以平常心態對待聽力學習，就可以在很大程度上提高聽力能力。

我們必須重視英語新課程標準對聽力教學的要求，明確聽力教學目標，重視學生聽力的培養，不能急于求成，要從學生的實際水平出發，有計劃、有目的地加強聽力訓練，切實提高英語教學整體質量。
