各位老師下午好！今天能和大家坐在一起，共同探討關于英語寫作訓練這一話題感到非常榮幸。下面談談自己在對學生進行寫作訓練時的一點粗淺的認識與做法。
考試說明中對寫的技能是這樣規定的。著重考查學生以書面形式
1學生應能夠運用語言知識，表達真實意義或信息傳遞的能力。○較為
恰當地對所熟悉的周圍的人或事物進行簡單地描述，就所熟悉的話題
2能根據文字、圖畫、圖表等信息提示，按要求發表自己的觀點等。○
寫出意思連貫、語言符合邏輯的書面表達。在寫的過程中，能使用常見的連接詞表示順序和邏輯關系。
書面表達的形式多種多樣，中考英語試題共分為三類：應用文、看圖作文和提示作文。應用文要求能夠掌握常見的寫作技巧；看圖作文要求能夠根據圖畫和詞語提示，明確考查意圖，弄清圖畫內容，把握情節線索，完整表達思想；提示作文要求能夠根據所給的提示寫出意思連貫，符合邏輯的短文。要注意語言準確，行文連貫，表達清楚，字跡工整。
1具有教育意義②貼近學生生活中考書面表達試題有三個特點：○
③熱點問題。
按內容分為以下幾類：小作文包括招聘啟事、尋物啟事、贈言、慰問卡、通知、家規、校規、興趣、愛好、感謝信、描述物品、假期計劃、介紹朋友、老師等。大作文包括：介紹初中生活、詢問學生的英語學習情況、描述獻愛心活動（到養老院、兒童福利院獻愛心；為災區、貧困地區兒童獻愛心）、描述業余生活、做一名文明市民、健康問題、環境問題、幫同學排憂解難、如何緩解壓力等。這些作文都給出提示，如背景材料、漢語提示、英文詞組、句子、開頭、結尾、圖片這種保證了作文的規范性，學生也有話可寫。實際上就是按照時
間、答問或邏輯順序把漢譯英的句子組合到一起，最后加上自己的感受。
目前學生在寫作上存在的問題有以下五個方面：
1）人稱時態混亂。人稱混亂問題主要是沒有理解題意，如這周我們訓練的一個作文題：假如你是某國際會議的接待人員，請根據所給明片提供的信息，進行介紹。開頭已給出This is Chang，此篇作文應用第三人稱，結果有一部分學生寫成了第一人稱，變成了自我介紹。時態混亂，表現為一會過去時，一會現在時，說明學生最基本的時態的知識沒有掌握。
2）沒有用英語思維。有些孩子基礎不太好，沒有養成用英語思維的習慣，如要求學生寫一個通知，其中有這樣一句話：“請學生們按時到”，有些學生答成了Please students will get there on time.有些學生答成了Please get on time.九年四班寫成了Grade 9, class 4.今天下午2點在大廳舉辦了一個報告，寫成了There is going to a talk this afternoon at two o’clock in the hall.完全按照漢語的思維習慣。
3）單詞拼寫錯誤。單詞拼寫錯誤，單詞拼寫不太規范，如有學生把g寫成了q，字母i沒寫.，v寫成了r，e寫成了o, f寫成了t，就是因為平時沒有養成好習慣，考試答題速度一上來，字母書寫就不規范了。結果無形中扣了許多不該扣的分，詞組也不規范書寫every day 寫成everyday。
4）字跡潦草。字跡潦草、勾抹，出現這些問題，基本上都出在男孩身上，寫文章前，他們沒有進行充分的審題與思考，拿起筆來就答，檢查時發現不合要求，亂勾一氣，卷面非常不整齊，另外學生的答題紙版面有限，勾抹之后沒地方可寫，給學生的作文帶來沒必要的失分。
5）遺漏要點。最大的問題就是遺漏要點，即要求寫四點，由于沒有認真審題，結果寫出了三點。如2009年本溪市英語試題中的作
文題：我市正在開展“創建文明城市”活動。創建文明城市應該從我做起，從小事做起，文明禮貌待人，遵守交通規則，保護身邊環境——請你圍繞這方面內容寫一篇短文，談談文明應該怎樣做。結果有的同學把從小事做起這一點漏掉了，還有不少同學把這幾點都談出來，但是沒有寫出自己的感想。如I think we should try our best to make hometown more beautiful.It’s our duty to m make our hometown more beautiful.這樣這篇文章就不完整了。2009年錦州市作文題：擁有了健康，就擁有了一切？為了預防疾病，保持身體健康，請結合實際，從學習、運動、飲食和衛生習慣等方面，談談你有哪些好的做法與建議？但是有些學生只談了學習、運動、衛生這三點。結果不但漏點了，字數也不夠了，作文的分數大打折扣。
針對學生的現狀，在較短的時間內怎樣訓練學生呢？首先應訓練學生答題的方法與技巧。
1、認真審題。審題是寫作的前提，是決定寫作成功的關鍵一環。考試時必須仔細閱讀寫作要求和所給的提示（包括漢語、英語短語、句子提示及圖畫）這些提示為學生寫作提供了思路，讓學生有話可說，有話想說，有話能說，也可適當發揮想象，使內容連貫豐富。
2、確定時態。根據題意選擇正確的時態，這是寫作文的關鍵，否則影響全篇。應該給學生歸納：描述事物，主要用現在時；描述經歷，主要用過去時；描述計劃，主要用將來時；健康問題、環境問題用should / be supposed to.3、組織句子。在弄清題目所要表達的主要意思后，便可根據內容組織句子，考生應選擇自己最熟悉，最有把握的詞語、句型姜要點表達出來，特別是要學會避難就易。盡量使用簡單詞句，如果有可能，要注意運用多種表達方式。因為不是我們自己批卷，恐怕在作文方面要求嚴一些，但切不可生搬硬套，按漢語意思，逐字逐句翻譯，出現漢語式英語，導致所寫的東西表達不清楚，意思不連貫。要注意時態，人稱及書寫規范，盡量避免單詞拼寫錯誤，還要注意一些關聯詞的使用如but, and, so, so?that, because等，使文章連貫、自如、流暢（多媒體呈現作文題，邊呈現邊講解）。
4、反復檢查。①要點有無遺漏，尤其是給了3點提示，但每一點中不只涉及一項內容，學生容易忽視，造成丟分。②語法、與子結構有無問題（時態、語態、主謂一致、冠詞、介詞、單復數、比較級、大小寫、代詞等用法是否有不當現象）。③拼寫、標點是否正確。④格式是否標準（如書信、日記、通知等），現在基本上格式已給出，但也要讓學生了解這些。⑤字數是否符合要求。
5、卷面整潔工整，卷面整潔與否也是能否得分的主要因素之一，所以學生在時間允許的情況下，應該打草稿，檢查無誤后，認真書寫，力求規范工整，給閱卷老師留下良好的印象，爭取在此題上少丟分。
在此基礎上，通過熟讀范文，讓學生記寫作中一些常用的句型，記一些過渡用語，集中寫作。當堂寫作，面批面改。當堂寫作，共同批改，啟發學生進行寫作等幾個環節對學生進行作文的訓練
1、區檢測的試題代表了中考試題的方向，作文非常具有典型性。我把每次區大型檢測的作文整理到一起，上下學期一共檢測了五次，或到中考必備中查找一些比較適合我們考試說明的作文題。把題與標準答案打印出來，發給學生共同分析后，讓學生反復閱讀，直到熟練掌握為止。這樣學生對規范的作文有個感性的認識，為進一步進行寫作訓練打下了基礎。
2、記一些關鍵的句型：
a體育鍛煉方面：It’s adj for sb to do sth, such as?,?so on, I think, ?so that?.b關于學生學習方面：not only?but also?, I don’t know how to do?, with one’s help?, we should try out best to do sth?, There’s nothing difficult if you put your heart into it, I have
trouble doing sth?
c關于排憂解難方面: I’m sorry to hear that?, You should learn to forget?, You’d better?, You should learn to relax.You should see a doctor.d關于獻愛心方面：Now they are in trouble.Some of them are even homeless.They don’t have enough school things.We should help them as possible as we can.I hope they will return to school as soon as they can.e關于環境方面：There is only one earth.We must do sth to protect the environment.Everyone pays more attention to our environment, there will be less pollution and our life will be better.f關于健康方面：We should get enough sleep during the night.We can go to bed early and get up early.We should eat more fruit and vegetables.We should take more exercise to keep healthy.3、教給學生一些過渡的語言。
a表示時間順序：first, then, after that?
b表示空間順序：near, next to for from , on the left, in front of.c表示轉折關系：but, however, yet.d表示因果關系：so, because.e表示目的：in order to, so that.f表示列舉：for example, such as.g表示總結性： in a word, in all.4、在大量的規范的語言輸入后，集中進行寫作的訓練。比較容易的題目，當堂布置，當堂完成，當堂評價，提高了訓練效率，學生印象深刻。批改分兩種形式①面批面改，把學生逐個叫到前面，當面
指出其錯誤，必要時讓他造一些類似的句子。如有必要再讓他重新寫一篇作文。②找一些基礎知識掌握不太扎實的學生，讓其在黑板上寫作，然后大家共批共改，這樣效果也非常好。
5、對于學生不太會寫的文章，采取兩種辦法①通過在課堂上設置問題為學生提供獲取信息的渠道，幫助他們拓展思路，讓學生有話可說，如2009年某市的作文題：假如你是李華剛剛收到一封邀請信，請以“I’ll tell the good news to ?“為題，寫一篇文章，與你的師長，親人或朋友分享這一喜訊。有些學生不知道寫什么，這時我設置了幾個問題。1）What’s your feeling when you hear the news?
2)Why do you want to tell the good news to him? 3)What will you do for the coming trip? 4)What’s your plan after you return?
5)What do you think of your trip? 以聊天的方式和學生一邊說一邊寫，和學生進行了大量的語言交流后，信息量不斷增加，同時板書關鍵詞，學生連詞成句，連句成段，最后成篇，由詞到句，由句到段，由段到篇，循序漸進，最后水到渠成，這樣激活了學生的思維，激發了其寫作興奮點，降低了難度，學生也體驗到成功的快樂。②直接給出重點句型，引導學生運用這些詞組、句型寫出要點。然后對照范文，和學生逐句分析句子結構、時態、習慣表達方式，開頭及結尾。然后再讓學生進行仿寫練習，學生們互批互改，這樣會收到事半功倍的效果。
以上只是談了我在作文訓練方面一些不成熟的做法，望大家批評、指正。謝謝！

第三篇：初三英語應用文寫作
中考寫作題，題材一般是寫人、寫事、寫景，日記，書信，通知，廣告，便條等文體。題型基本是：命題作文，應用文寫作，看圖寫話。
提高寫作能力，要做到以下幾點：
■平時注意日常生活觀察，關注社會熱點，關心周圍的人和事。
■如果平時能有心及時寫下所見所聞，或有寫日記的習慣，寫作水平會提高更快。動筆過程
■細心審題，細讀題目中每一項提示，或觀察每一幅畫，弄清題意，明確中心，確定體裁。特別是對于我們看來非常熟悉的內容，更要仔細推敲，有自己獨特的立意。
■根據所給的提示，按照一定的規律，如事件的先后順序，地點的更換等內在的聯系排序，分出層次。如果是看圖說話，注意文在圖中，意在圖外，抓住每一要點，使表達的內容有條理性。
■理清篇章結構，構成短文的整體框架。
文章要素起——它是文章的主旨，或提出主題句，列出事情的要點
對主題開展敘述，討論收——是對全文的總結和概括
■有了框架，就可以收集積累的材料，用最恰當的短語、句型把你要表達的意思逐句表達出來，多用簡單句和有把握的復合句。
■為了使短文有渾然一體的感覺，優秀作文少不了的是恰當采用遞進、讓步、轉折、因果等連詞。
■及時檢查，時態的前后呼應，人稱與動詞的變化，單詞拼寫，標點符號，規定字數等，所有這些都可以通過仔細檢查，避免低級錯誤出現。
英語短文的提高，需要組詞、造句語言基本能力的提高，多讀文章，多加思考，就能取得理想的成績。
一、寫信
1.信頭：信頭是指寫信人的地址及日期，位于信箋的右上方。順序是先寫地址，后寫日期。地址由小寫到大，即門牌號→街名→城市→省份→國名，由小到大的順序書寫。如“江西省萬載縣康樂鎮田下路159號”，英文寫法是：159 Tianxia Road, Kangle Town, Wanzai County, Jiangxi Province；日期可按“日—月—年”的順序或“月—日—年”的順序寫。
2.信內地址：它是指收信人的姓名和地址，寫在信箋的左上方，稍低于信頭一至二行，在稱呼語上方。順序是先寫收信人姓名，后寫職務，再寫地址(由小到大)。商業往來信件及公函必須寫信頭和信內地址。但親友、熟人之間的信可不寫信內地址，信頭處只寫發信日期。
3.稱呼：收信人的稱呼，寫在信紙的左邊，低于信內地址。
4.正文：是寫信者所要說的話，正文信的內容，從左向右橫寫，低于稱呼語，常在縮進四、五個字母處起筆。寫信與寫文章一樣，要分段寫，每段有一個中心思想，內容要表達清楚，語言要簡單明了，態度要誠懇禮貌。給親友的信還應親切熱情。考試時必須把規定的內容寫清楚。正文結束時，還可寫一兩句表達心愿的話，如：Best wishes to you /Remember me to your family /Hoping to hear from you soon等。
5.結束語：發信人表示自己對收信人的一種客套稱呼，寫在書信正文結尾下面。結束語的第一個字母必須大寫，后面須加上逗號。常用：Yours,/Yours ever,/Ever yours,/Always(Sincerely)yours, 等等。
6.簽名：發信人自己的姓名，寫在結束語的下面一行。可與結束語齊頭或略向右靠一點兒。在這里介紹一些關于書信的開頭和結尾的寫法：

1.Thank you for your letter.2.You letter come to me this morning.3.I was delighted to receive your letter.4.I am writing to you tell that ……

二、日記
1.格式：英文日記和中文日記的寫法大致相同。一般是第一行寫上日期、星期、天氣狀況。日期通常頂格寫，后面是星期，天氣狀況寫在右上角。表示天氣情況的詞一般用形容詞，如：fine, cold, rainy, windy, cloudy, sunny, snowy, foggy等。正文部分另起一行。
2.人稱：日記要用第一人稱寫。
3.時態：寫日記的時間一般是在下午或晚上，有時也有在第二天補記的。所記敘的事情通常發生在過去，所以常用一般過去時態。但如果要記敘天氣、描寫景色、展望未來、議論某事或對話引語等，可以使用一般現在時或一般將來時，以生動再現當時的情景。
4.日記的寫作順序：日記一般按照時間順序或事情的經過來寫。語言要清楚、自然，內容要連貫、完整。
5.類型：日記可分為記事型、議論型、描寫型以及抒情型等類型。記事型日記，就是學生用所學英語詞匯記述當天自己生活中所發生的事情。議論型，就是對生活中的某一事情或情況、現象發表自己的看法。描寫型就是對某人、某物的特征進行細致的描述，或對某事物抒發自己的感情。
Eg：假設今天是六月十日(星期一)，天氣晴朗。請根據以下提示，用英語寫一則日記。
1.全世界人民熱愛足球，我也最喜歡足球；
2.今天下午一位有名的足球運動員張林，來我校給我們作了“足球與中國”的報告；
3.報告結束后，他和我們一起在學校操場踢了半小時足球；
4.今天過得很愉快。我一定要更加努力學習，將來當一名像張林一樣的優秀足球運動員。

通知屬于應用文，通常是上級對下級、組織對成員布置工作、召開會議、傳達事情所用的一種應用文。通知包括口頭通知和書面通知。
1.口頭通知
口頭通知是面對面地把事情傳達給對方。在發布口頭通知時，應該注意以下幾個問題：
開頭應有稱呼語：Boys and girls 或 Ladies and gentlemen等。
應有引起聽眾注意的開場白：Attention, please!或Be quiet, please!
結尾應給聽眾結束通知的信號：That’s all.Thank you.或 So much for this.Thank you.口頭通知的內容要講清楚時間、地點、活動內容及注意事項。
2.書面通知
書面通知是以布告、張貼的形式出現，為醒目起見，標題的每個字母都常大寫。
格式包括：
標題：在正文的上面寫“NOTICE”。
正文：包括具體的時間、地點、活動內容及注意事項。
單位：一般寫在右下角，有時放在標題的上面。
時間：發出通知的時間一般寫在左下角。若右下角無發通知單位的名稱，也可以寫在右下角。
人稱：發通知的單位和被通知的對象均用第三人稱，但如果正文前已有稱呼語，就用第二人稱表示被通知的對象。
Eg:請按以下要求擬定一份通知：
1.為了提高口語水平，學校準備舉辦英語口語競賽。
2.時間：2005年6月13日。
3.地點：二樓會議大廳。
4.參加對象：初三年級學生。
5.前三名發獎。
6.本周到王老師那兒報名(sign up)。
7.通知人：校長辦公室。
8.歡迎初三學生參加。

四、電話留言
英語電話留言條包括五部分：發話者；收話者；日期；時間；留言內容。有時，最后可以出現記錄人簽名。電話留言條最根本的特點就是內容必須言簡意賅，切忌冗長。即寫電話留言條時，行文要簡明扼要，通俗易懂，將發話者的意思清楚明白地表達出來。

五、請假條
請假條寫作需注意三點：
1)英文中請假條的寫法和漢語請假條相同，它一般由四部分組成，即時間、稱呼、正文和簽名。
2)一般而言，可認定請假條是一種簡單的書信文體。請假條一般寫在紙上，不用信封。其書寫格式與書信有很多相似之處，是書信的大大簡化。
3)請假條的特點是要求開門見山、內容簡短、用詞通俗易懂。
Eg：假如你是王立。昨天你和同學們去農場幫助農民們摘蘋果，不幸(unluckily)從梯子上摔下來傷了腿，但傷得不重。醫生讓你在家里好好休息。因此，你向高老師請假兩天(ask for leave for two days)。

六、賀卡（考試一般不會出現）
賀卡的格式一般有三部分組成：稱呼、賀詞、祝賀人簽名
1.稱呼：指祝賀人對受賀人的稱呼，如To dear teacher, To my dearest father and mother ,To my dear friend 等。也有前面不加to的，如Mr and Mrs Green.稱呼一般寫在賀卡的左上方。
2.賀詞：通常寫一些固定的賀節用語，如Merry Christmas.Many happiness returns of the day.(恭賀圣誕，歲歲似今朝。)；With best wishes for a happy New Year!(祝新年快樂，并致以良好的祝福。)，這一部分也可根據實際情況寫一些簡短的表示感謝和良好祝愿 的話。
3.祝賀人簽名：寫在賀卡的右下方。姓名的前面通常要加from，如From your student Lily, From Mr and Mrs Green，但前面也有不加from的。
Eg：9月10日(September 10th)是我國的教師節。在教師節這一天，請你用英語給辛勤培育你們的老師們寫張賀卡，祝他們節日快樂。
