如今，社交媒體已經成為我們生活中的重要組成部分，它覆蓋到我們日常生活的各個方面。不僅如此，社交媒正快速轉變著企業與客戶之間的交流方式，成為越來越重要的傳播渠道和平臺。我們可以明顯注意到，社交媒體正快速而廣泛地滲透進中國企業，成為他們進行營銷的有力武器。

根據我自己所在的公司辦公空間創新性解決方案供應商雷格斯最新進行的一項全球調查，去年利用社交網絡、博客、微博和論壇開發新業務的中國企業不斷增長。2010年，有44％的中國企業借助商業社交網絡活動成功贏得了新客戶。一年后，該比例提高了20個百分點，達到65％。調查還發現，與一年前相比，全球范圍內越來越多的公司開始使用社交媒體與現有客戶保持溝通聯絡。

社交網絡已完全從一種有了更好的工具，發展成為一種必不可少的工具。大部分中國企業(76％)和國際企業(74％)認同以下觀點：如沒有社交媒體活動，則營銷策略難以取得成功。不過，中國企業(72％)和全球企業(61％)也強調了不同營銷媒體之間的協調平衡性，傳統營銷活動與數碼技術營銷活動應當有效配合。

以廣受歡迎的微博營銷為例，經過一年多的發展，這個工具儼然已經成為各大小企業的新寵，越來越多的企業開始投入重金進行微博營銷，試圖從中尋找出發展的新機遇。在網絡上流傳著這么一種說法：如果你的粉絲超過1000，那你就是一本周刊。如果你的粉絲超過1萬，那你就是一本雜志。如果你的粉絲超過10萬，那你就是一份報紙。如果你的粉絲超過100萬，那你就是一本讀者。如果你的粉絲超過1000萬，那你就是中央電視臺。由此可見微博產生的巨大影響力。對企業來說，每個微博用戶的背后，都可能是活生生的消費者，通過官方微博，企業能夠與粉絲進行互動，通過策劃活動提升品牌知名度，調動粉絲的積極性，拉近消費者與企業之間的距離，由此取得理想的營銷效果。

需要注意的是，有61％的受訪者表示，如果企業光采用社交網絡和在線推銷方式，不使用其他營銷方式，則不太可能取得成功。雖然35％的企業表示，社交網絡方面計劃投入更多預算，但這只是少數企業的做法。此外，同樣有34％的企業表示不會投資社交網絡。兩者幾乎勢均力敵。

調查結果讓我確信，社交媒體雖然很流行，但決不能解決所有問題。

社交媒體存在的一個問題是，難以控制，如同我們無法預測其造成的反響一樣。中國是一個例外。中國政府對互聯網使用以及社交媒體仍實施高度的管制。不過，中國現在有了人人網，在學生中間備受追捧，現在已經在紐約證券交易所上市交易，公司取得了巨大成功。此外，開心網主要以白領為目標客戶群。雖然這些網絡禁止有關天安門事件以及其他敏感的話題，但社交網絡正在中國蓬勃興起。

對于全球企業，網絡管制不是一個大問題。那么，我們應該怎么辦?我們必須人人開通Facebook?我們都要使用微博?我們要求所有經理和管理人員加入Linkedln或類似的網絡?合作是現今經營業務的唯一方式?

新媒體充斥著我們的生活的今天，我們總是能通過很多渠道看到人們對新媒體的批判。然而批判的內容，有一條是新媒體讓人們的時間碎片化從而使人的長篇閱讀減少。但是在我看來，新媒體在一定程度上集中了我們碎片化的時間。

如今，“低頭黨”充滿了我們的生活，上學的路上、地鐵公交上、醫院里甚至是課堂上。想想一下，如果沒有手機網絡這一類的新媒體，這些碎片化的時間我們在干什么，一個人獨自發呆？看一會兒報紙？還是思考人生？大多數人的這個時間往往是緊張的，他們并沒有時間去悠閑的買一份報紙，踩著鈴聲進教室，扣著時間上公交才是現在大多數人的現狀。有了新媒體，這些時間我們可以做些什么呢？

拿坐地鐵舉例，在地鐵上，新媒體隨處可見，車廂內的電視可以讓我們獲取最新的新聞內容，通過手機，我們可以查看我們的朋友在做什么我們，我們可以上微博查看我們關心的內容，再有無線網絡的情況下，我們可以看昨天更新的電視劇或是我們想看的電影，如果想閱讀，手機或是電子書就能很好地隨處閱讀。

通過新媒體，原本的碎片時間，經過整合后，我們可以看一部電影，閱讀一篇短篇小說，長期的積累甚至可以讓我們看完一篇長篇。如果沒有新媒體，這些時間很有可能是被浪費掉的。所以我認為，新媒體并沒有碎片化我們的時間，相反的，他整合了我們的時間。

雖說在碎片化時間內人們的閱讀多是碎片化的，但是在零散的時間內的閱讀即使是碎片的，那畢竟也是一種閱讀，相較于浪費時間，碎片的閱讀我認為也是有益的。其實從根源上講，人們閱讀耐性的減弱，在一定程度上也并不是新媒體所造成的，而是人們的普遍的素質造成的，如今人們的文化學歷越來越高，受教育的人的比例越來越高，生活條件越來越好，人們耐不住寂寞受誘惑也是現實造成的，難道沒有了新媒體，人們就會閱讀嗎？

在新媒體的時代，每個人都可以是信息的發布者而不單單只是信息接收的終端，但是由于網民人數的不斷擴大和網民素質的參差不齊，新媒體上也存在很多不良信息，在微博這個新媒體的媒介上，拜金主義的案例有許多，很多微博的用戶喜歡在自己的微博上曬自己消費高檔場所，買各色的包包鞋子，更有甚者就像郭美美以炫富為榮。使用微博的網民不論年齡大小都能夠看到一樣的內容，這一現象對于價值觀尚未確立的未成年人來說是十分不利的。

信息通過新媒體的傳播速度大大超過傳統媒體，但是信息量大，傳播速度快就會面臨一個信息真實性和可靠性的問題，尤其是對于很多的公眾人物來說，他們往往是不實消息的受害對象。而且在有時候，一些官方微博為了加強自己的競爭力博取關注往往會夸大事實，或是混淆觀眾試聽。并且在新媒體上，為了迎合線下受眾的需要，消息的傳播多以小而精為主，但是小而精的語言往往不能夠表達一件事的含義，這樣的語言再通過第三方甚至是第四方的轉述之后往往就會改變原來的的調子，往另一個方向偏離。這樣不實消息也就產生了，而且現在的媒體往往會運用斷章取義來通過誤導觀眾來博取關注度。這些新媒體的營銷宣傳方法雖然也有一定的成效，但是卻是為人所不齒的。

信息化的時代里，每個人時時刻刻都接受著新媒體傳來的知識。新媒體有利自然也有弊，但是新媒體的有利的遠遠大于新媒體的弊端，出行時，“滴滴打車”等app可以方便的給我們打車，當我們肚子餓時，使用“餓了吧”app可以方便的訂外賣，當我們想出去旅行時“途牛網”等網站可以幫我們報旅游團，當我們想要購物時“天貓”“淘寶”點擊鼠標就能夠完成。新媒體在我們的生活中無處不在。我們的生活也變得越來越離不開新媒體。
