城市里那些五顏六色的單車大家都不陌生，它們有一個共同的名稱：“共享單車”。更有人稱之為“中國新四大發明之一”。近一年的時間，共享單車幾乎以一種狂飆突進的姿態闖入了多個城市居民的視線。從一種顏色的出現到五顏六色搶占地盤，再到被吐槽“橫行霸道、泛濫成災”，從大家享受共享單車帶來的最后一公里的“通”，到遭遇共享單車堵住地鐵口、堵住公共通道的“堵”；從上上下下的叫好到多個城市的叫停投放，共享單車這個剛剛出爐的新生事物帶來了便利，也帶來了諸多意想不到的問題。

2015年3月17日，ofo進行第一輪天使輪融資，獲得唯獵資本的數百萬人民幣投入；2016年10月10日，ofo進行C輪融資，獲得各投資方約1.3億美元的投入；2016 年 11 月 17 日，ofo 宣布進入城市。至此，“共享單車”正式進入我們的生活。

目前，國內共享單車累計投放量超過1600萬輛。為了更快的占領市場，不考慮合理布局，超出城市非機動車可停放區域承載能力,不僅導致了大量共享單車的浪費，更嚴重影響了城市交通秩序和形象。更有甚者因共享單車解鎖技術的漏洞擅用單車導致身亡命殞。

共享單車行業在經歷了爆發期后，開始逐步走入下半場。因共享單車引發的社會問題，各界關注和呼聲不斷。

進入6月，共享單車行業先后至少3家小型企業宣布倒閉，規模較大的第二梯隊企業也不時傳出押金難退等問題。從7月10日杭州率先宣布暫停共享單車投放開始，兩個月之間，福州、鄭州、南京、廣州、上海、深圳、武漢、北京等12個城市，先后宣布暫停共享單車新增投放。

暫停共享單車新增投放的背后，引發的是社會各界的深思。為什么看似方便人們日常出行的綠色交通工具到頭來走到如此地步？

在共享單車創業公司還在跑馬圈地之際，資本間的較量則更顯膠著。Ofo和摩拜單車投資人更是隔空喊話。ofo單車投資方聲稱會和拼車、代駕、專車一樣在90天內結束戰斗，而摩拜投資人霸氣回應，年內若ofo能超過摩拜將在國貿裸騎。擁堵城市中的單車使用是剛需，所以不存在細分市場，但最后誰是真正的贏家，取決于城市鋪設速度和成本，這二者又以矛盾的形式存在。各共享單車的創始人為了能讓自己在市場有自己的“一席之地”，瘋狂投入，后果不言而喻。

亂停亂放，使用秩序混亂：各大公交、地鐵、醫院、超市等公共聚集場所，五顏六色的共享單車隨意停放，盡管有的地方已經張貼“不要亂停自行車”等提示標語，但還是無法阻止一些人的違停亂放行為。很多用戶為了自身的利益，把共享單車私藏在家里或辦公樓內以便自己獨用。此外，上私鎖、毀壞和肢解共享單車的行為也時有發生，更有一些不法分子更換車上的二維碼，借機進行詐騙。這些行為又間接造成了找車難的問題。于是，形成了一個惡性循環。共享單車如火如荼發展的同時，所折射出的人性的弱點更值得大家反省與深思。

投入與實際需求不匹配，共享單車行業的“搶灘登陸”： 據ofo公司上海片區相關負責人介紹，上海“小黃車”的運維人員人數在1000人左右，與目前上海所投放的60多萬輛“小黃車”的比例約為1：600。共享單車的線下運維人員有相當數量為兼職，流動性較大，直接性導致線下運維人員在對車輛進行調度、管理及維修時出現時間滯后，進而影響了車輛的使用和新車的不斷投入來彌補之前的空缺，如此惡性循環。

共享單車出現的問題還有很多，諸如權責不明，不滿12周歲的用戶違規使用導致事故頻發；早晚上下班的高峰之后，這樣的“潮汐效應”應該何如合理規避或者說規劃......小鳴單車CEO陳宇瑩曾表示，剛加入到這個行業時，并沒有想到共享單車行業的競爭這么慘烈。“我們想把共享單車當做一個平臺打造，有了用戶，才有更多的可能。現在互聯網獲取用戶的成本太高了，通過共享單車獲取用戶的成本相對較低。”陳宇瑩表示，行業的激烈競爭，讓各家企業無暇考慮盈利模式，能活下來就已很不容易。
