逸夫小學英語教學的校本研修之路

為了全面提升教師的素養，促進教育教學質量的提高，我們逸夫小學以學校為主陣地，以學校教師為主體，以解決教育教學中的問題為主要目的在校內開展了一系列的要本研修活動。

我們根據英語教學的現狀，總結出英語教學存在的兩大問題：一是教師教學觀念落后，教學方法陳舊；二是課堂教學效率低下，靠大量占用課余時間完成教學任務。其結果是教師教得累，學生學得苦，學生學習的興趣逐漸消失，最后得到事倍功半的不良結果。針對以上現象，我校通過加強校本教研活動，提升教師的教學技能，提高課堂教學效率，從而促進教學質量的提高，有了了一定的收獲。具體做法如下：

一、團隊研討

合作團隊是教師成長的搖籃，團隊研討活動的質量和整個學科教學的質量是密切相關的。因此，我校把英語教師組織起來，成立了由我為組長的英語校本研修團隊。我們安排每月一次的英語校本研修團隊研修活動，主要進行理論學習和課堂研討。

1、積極開展理論學習

每學期開學之前，我都會組織教師學習《中小學英語課程標準》和英語教學的相關理論，使每位教師明確課改在英語教學中的要求。在集體學習的基礎上，再人手一份材料進行仔細學習和研究，深入領會主要精神，確保每位教師擁有正確的教學觀念，明確教學常規。

2、資源共享

資源共享是我們團隊研討活動的又一重要內容。團隊規定，凡外出聽課或學習的教師必須在團隊研討活動時把所獲得的先進經驗向組內老師傳達，具體包括介紹先進的教育教學經驗和方法及專家所作講座的主要內容等。

比如，上學期姜威娜老師到哈爾濱去聽課學習，回來說收獲甚大。于是，在回來后的研討會上，姜老師就把她學到的核心內容向大家作了詳細的匯報，并結合教學實際進行分析，使團隊的其他老師充分理解和吸收新課程下的新的教育教學理念。

3、課堂研討

本學期，我們提出了“抓常貴，重實效”的口號，號召全體老師在常規教學中改進教學設計和方法，引導教師有效教學，從而提高課堂教學效率，最大限度地培養學生聽、說、讀、寫等多方面能力，促進教學質量的提高。為此，我們每個年級組都安排了“一邊實踐，一邊反思”的常規課。其操作流程為：（1）設計教學預案；（2）一教師上課，團隊其他老師及相關老師聽課并作好課堂記錄和分析，反饋意見；（3）團隊全員參與修改教學預案；（4）教師二度上課，團隊其他老師及相關老師再次聽課并作好課堂記錄和分析，反饋意見；（5）團隊再次全員參與修改教學預案；（6）教師三度上課，整個團隊其余所有老師進行聽課并作好記錄和分析；（7）所執教的三位教師進行說課及教后反思，全體老師評課。

二、課前有效備課

集體的力量大，團隊成員在一起備課，更容易發揮群體優勢，切實有效的課前有效備課活動對提高學科質量起著直接的推動作用。為此，我校英語教學團隊安排了兩周一次的課前有效備課活動，主要完成以下幾件工作：

1、分析和研究《英語課程標準》及教材。

學期初，我都召集隊員仔細深入研究和分析《英語課程標準》及教材，明確本學段的要求，理清本冊教材的重點和難點，安排好教學進度，并制定出教學計劃。平時兩周一次的團隊活動時，再對近兩周要教的內容作詳盡的分析。明確教學目標，把握重點和難點。

2、共同商討教學方法，進行集體研修。

課前有效備課是提高備課質量的重要途徑，也是落實教學常規、提高課堂教學效率的必要措施。我校英語教學團隊結合學生的年齡特點，貫徹“實效為主、激趣為輔”教學活動原則，團隊成員群策群力，運用有效的教學方法、設計生動的教學活動，提高了課堂教學效率。

3、更新教學方法。隨著課改的不斷深入，課堂結構和教學方法也隨著在不斷更新，這就需要教師進行不短的學習。然而由于多種原因，教師不可能有很多機會外出聽課學習，那么采用觀看課堂錄像進行學習和研究也不乏是一種切實可行的好方法。我們挑選一些示范課進行觀看。觀看時要求教師作好筆記，記錄新穎有效的方法活動，并寫出自己的感悟等，以便更新、充實日常教學。

三、團隊成員間的互助

這是一種由教師自主進行的活動，因此教師間必須有一種團結協作的良好氛圍。為此，我經常倡導大家發揚團結友愛、互幫互助的團隊精神，以他人之長補己之短，使整個隊伍均衡發展。

為了保證活動的時間，我把英語教學團隊老師基本安排同一時間段上課。其活動內容主要有以下幾方面：

1、對教育教學中產生的問題及時進行商討，最后達成共識，尋求最佳答案。

2、教師間傳遞教育教學信息，交流介紹好的教學方法和經驗。

3、發揚團結、協作的精神，共同承擔上級安排的任務。這種同伴互助式活動因不受時空影響，特別容易操作，是一種最直接、最見成效的活動。

以上便是我校英語教學團隊校本研修的幾點做法。通過一段時間的實踐和探索，已初見成效，無論是教師的業務能力，還是學生的知識水平都有較明顯的提高。近兩年來，我校多名英語教師承擔縣、鎮級以上的公開課，姜威娜老師多次承擔縣級公開課。另有多名學生獲縣級以上學科競賽獎，如顧思琪獲小學生英語奧利匹克國家級三等獎，劉佳慧獲省級一等獎。還有多名老師所寫論文在省市級刊物上發表。多名教師的多篇論文獲國家、省市級獎勵。

可見，行之有效的校本研修對提升教師教育教學能力有極大的好處，也是學校可持續發展的重要保證。雖然我校英語學科的校本研修還不十分成熟，但我深信，只要我們齊心協力，我們的未來會越來越
