我們生活在一個信息科技發達的時代，網絡的應用已經逐漸取代電話和電視，給我們的生活帶來了許多的方便，已然成為我們的生活中不可或缺的一部分。然而隨著網絡科技的逐步發展，網絡的應用逐漸普及，以網絡為載體的犯罪行為也逐漸出現。企業電腦安全受到侵犯的比例為50%，1998年我國公安部破獲黑客案件近百起，其中以經濟為目的的計算機犯罪占70%，計算機犯罪能使一個企業倒閉，個人隱私的泄露，或是一個國家經濟的癱瘓，這些絕非危言聳聽。因而網絡安全的維護變的越來越重要。

計算機網絡犯罪的原因多種多樣。

（一）計算機使用者安全意識淡薄。很多計算機并沒有安裝殺毒軟件或防火墻，或者不能保證殺毒軟件的每天更新，這就給計算機犯罪人員以可乘之機。

（二）網上貪圖非法錢財。實施網絡犯罪的動機多種多樣，但從數量上分析，貪圖錢財、牟取私利占大多數。

（三）取證困難，證據有限網絡犯罪留下的最多也僅有電磁紀錄，而不會有指紋、DNA等證據，而且這些證據十分容易毀滅。

（四）多數國家對計算機打擊力度不大。大多數國家的法律對防治網絡犯罪沒有做大的努力，其現有的法律不足以對互聯網犯罪構成真正的威脅。

在我看來，預防網絡犯罪我們首先應該從在日常生活中建立一個健全的人生觀價值觀開始，而不是隨性而為。網絡在我們日后的生活肯定會占據越來越重要的位置，我們應該應用在學校學習的知識和生活中的經驗，積極地預防和避免上當受騙。在平時積攢足夠的網絡使用經驗和網絡犯罪防范意識，充分的保護自己，遠離網絡犯罪的侵犯。
