在我校，許許多多的老師在教育這塊園地上默默地耕耘，辛勤地勞作，他們用心血和汗水詮釋著對(duì)教育事業(yè)的無(wú)限熱愛(ài)，無(wú)愧“人類(lèi)靈魂工程師”這一光榮稱(chēng)號(hào)，而陳程老師也是其中之一。

一、志存高遠(yuǎn)，忠于職守

作為一名教師、一名教學(xué)工作者，陳老師深知學(xué)習(xí)是終身的事，只有不斷學(xué)習(xí)才能在思想上與時(shí)俱進(jìn)、在業(yè)務(wù)上強(qiáng)人一籌，才能做一名合格的教師。在工作中，陳程老師一貫認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)馬列主義毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論及“三個(gè)代表”重要思想，在大是大非面前立場(chǎng)堅(jiān)定、旗幟鮮明，忠實(shí)于黨的教育事業(yè)。在五尺講臺(tái)上，陳老師以高度的責(zé)任感和事業(yè)心將全部的熱情投入到工作中去，以培養(yǎng)有理想、有道德、有紀(jì)律、有文化的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)接班人為已任，志存高遠(yuǎn)、愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)、樂(lè)于奉獻(xiàn)，自覺(jué)履行教書(shū)育人的神圣職責(zé)。

二、學(xué)高為師 德高為范

陳程老師總是堅(jiān)信:“教師要給學(xué)生一杯水，你就不能只是一桶水。教師本身就得是川流不息的河、容納百川的海。教師也不能僅僅給學(xué)生一杯水，而是教會(huì)他們?nèi)绾稳ト∷?，成為河、成為海?！币虼怂粩嗉訌?qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)，在知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)上，不斷補(bǔ)充，積極參加各級(jí)各類(lèi)機(jī)構(gòu)組織的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師培訓(xùn)；業(yè)余期間通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)了解教育界的新動(dòng)向和英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的新觀念，并在自己的課堂教學(xué)中根據(jù)課堂實(shí)際運(yùn)用一些新的教學(xué)方法。同時(shí)，通過(guò)大量觀摩其他教師的課堂教學(xué)，陳老師從中汲取教習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)提高教學(xué)能力。不斷更新觀念，以現(xiàn)代教育觀、教師觀、學(xué)生觀、課程觀、人才觀，來(lái)指導(dǎo)自己的教學(xué)，取得了很好的效果?！敖逃裏o(wú)小事，處處是教育”為人師表尤顯重要。在對(duì)待學(xué)生的問(wèn)題上，不以成績(jī)定優(yōu)劣，對(duì)每一位學(xué)生都給以他應(yīng)得的關(guān)注。公正、公平、真誠(chéng)、無(wú)私與愛(ài)心，讓陳老師贏得了學(xué)生的欽佩、喜愛(ài)、尊重與親近。

三、投身教育 揮灑教壇

從教以來(lái)，陳程老師結(jié)合英語(yǔ)學(xué)科自身的規(guī)律特點(diǎn)，大膽地進(jìn)行課堂教學(xué)改革，不斷改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法。上課時(shí)既注意根據(jù)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力，又注重向?qū)W生展示知識(shí)的形成過(guò)程，鼓勵(lì)質(zhì)疑問(wèn)難，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)，形成了自己獨(dú)特的教學(xué)風(fēng)格。她始終堅(jiān)持以一顆愛(ài)心去感染每一個(gè)學(xué)生，與孩子們交朋友，去觸摸孩子們的心靈，愛(ài)學(xué)生，要以尊重和依賴(lài)為前提，要做到嚴(yán)中有愛(ài)、嚴(yán)中有章、嚴(yán)中有信、嚴(yán)中有度。她從小處著手，從學(xué)生關(guān)心的事尋求最佳教育時(shí)機(jī)，給學(xué)生春風(fēng)沐浴般的教育。從點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴的小事做起，尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)性發(fā)展。讓學(xué)生在積極向上，和諧的班級(jí)氛圍中健康成長(zhǎng)。

四、作風(fēng)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn) 求真務(wù)實(shí)

登臺(tái)講課以來(lái)，陳程老師一直以?xún)?yōu)秀教師的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來(lái)要求自己。為了從各方面提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)素養(yǎng)，并結(jié)合兒童心理發(fā)展的不同過(guò)程，在低年級(jí)的教學(xué)中，陳老師注重以身示范、讓學(xué)生在愉悅的氛圍中學(xué)習(xí)；在高年級(jí)的教學(xué)中開(kāi)展“即興演講”、“一人一句”等活動(dòng)，既增強(qiáng)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，又鍛煉了他們的口語(yǔ)能力。這一系列活動(dòng)的開(kāi)展，大大鍛煉了學(xué)生的各方面能力，全班同學(xué)的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)普遍提高。平時(shí)，她還經(jīng)常與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流，進(jìn)行換位思考，了解他們的想法，通過(guò)這些辦法，學(xué)生的各方面能力和成績(jī)都有了一定的進(jìn)步。

付出就有回報(bào)。陳程老師刻苦鉆研業(yè)務(wù)，大膽創(chuàng)新，開(kāi)出一節(jié)縣級(jí)公開(kāi)課，得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的一致好評(píng)。她所帶班級(jí)學(xué)生的成績(jī)總名列前茅，她也在不斷學(xué)習(xí)和探索中收獲一些成就：1.2016年6月，陳程老師開(kāi)出一節(jié)縣公開(kāi)課《recycle2 read a loud》;2.2016年5月，陳程老師執(zhí)筆市課題《小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的多媒體合理應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究》并順利結(jié)題；2017年1月，陳程老師主持縣課題《九年一貫制學(xué)校中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)銜接問(wèn)題及策略研究》并順利結(jié)題；2016年11月，陳程老師參加天臺(tái)縣小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師口語(yǔ)大賽，獲縣三等獎(jiǎng)。這些成績(jī)的獲得都是陳程老師辛勤的成果。

五、履職盡心，恪盡職守

陳程老師不僅是教學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)能手，也是學(xué)校工作的一員大將。擔(dān)任校辦主任兩年以來(lái)，所做的一切有目共睹。她業(yè)務(wù)水平較高，能積極完成校辦各項(xiàng)工作和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)，為保障學(xué)校工作正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)揮了積極的作用。

作為校辦主任，她在做好日常工作的同時(shí)，精心籌劃，周密部署，盡心盡力地組織好每一個(gè)會(huì)議，協(xié)調(diào)好每一次活動(dòng)。服務(wù)于大局是做好辦公室工作的基本條件。陳老師始終在工作中樹(shù)立大局觀念，正確處理大局和小局，全局利益與局部利益的關(guān)系，善于從大局的角度思考問(wèn)題，使辦公室工作與學(xué)校工作大局協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一。在兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的工作中也取得了驕人的成績(jī)：2016年6月陳程老師被評(píng)為“天臺(tái)縣教育系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀信息員”；2017年1月，陳程老師被評(píng)為泳溪鄉(xiāng)“先進(jìn)工作者”；2017年6月陳程老師榮獲“天臺(tái)縣優(yōu)秀導(dǎo)讀員”的光榮稱(chēng)號(hào)。

一切成績(jī)的取得都不是偶然，正是陳程老師嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)務(wù)實(shí)的教學(xué)態(tài)度和恪盡職守的敬業(yè)精神讓她在年輕教師中脫穎而出，愿陳程老師在今后的業(yè)務(wù)道路上能走得更遠(yuǎn)，取得更大的成就！

不知不覺(jué)中我從事教育事業(yè)也有十六個(gè)年頭了，從1996年畢業(yè)走上三尺講臺(tái)那天起，我就暗暗下定決心：要在自己所鐘愛(ài)的教育崗位上用心耕耘，無(wú)悔奉獻(xiàn)，來(lái)報(bào)答黨多年來(lái)對(duì)自己的培養(yǎng)，來(lái)回報(bào)生我養(yǎng)我的這塊土地。

畢業(yè)16年來(lái)，一直在鄭樓中學(xué)工作，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，用心靈守護(hù)著這份平凡而又神圣的事業(yè)，以對(duì)黨和人民滿腔的熱忱積極工作，扎根于義務(wù)教育的這一方沃土，在自己平凡的崗位上恪盡職守，無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)。

一、熱愛(ài)崗位，傾心工作

我愛(ài)我所選擇的教育事業(yè)，更愿為這份平凡的選擇傾注一生。所以，不管做班主任工作、任課教師工作，還是目前的政教工作，我都是盡職盡責(zé)，想方設(shè)法地去做好，始終以積極的心態(tài)，飽滿的熱情投入其中，從不言悔，要求自己無(wú)愧于“人類(lèi)靈魂工程師”的稱(chēng)號(hào)。

2008年，由于工作需要，我從任職多年的班主任崗位上調(diào)任到教務(wù)處工作，負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)校功課安排、學(xué)分管理、校本博客、學(xué)生考試安排等事務(wù)。置身教務(wù)處，我看到的是學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們緊張、忙碌的身影，也體驗(yàn)到了教務(wù)處工作的艱辛：從這條戰(zhàn)線上來(lái)看，工作的負(fù)荷遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出班主任工作量。而領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子竟能十分投入、忙而不亂，有條不紊地開(kāi)展工作。他們追求的是敬業(yè)與奉獻(xiàn)，是對(duì)事業(yè)的不懈追求與執(zhí)著。榜樣的力量是無(wú)窮的，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們這種精神感染著我，激勵(lì)著我，在工作上也更加嚴(yán)格要求自己。每天早半個(gè)小時(shí)到校，晚半個(gè)小時(shí)離校，甚至更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間。工作性質(zhì)的變化常常要求我們臨時(shí)加班加點(diǎn)，平時(shí)干不完就利用雙休日。工作中我始終以大局為重，個(gè)人服從組織。政教工作的性質(zhì)使我認(rèn)識(shí)到，即使會(huì)分身法，也得拿出百倍的干勁來(lái)，才能不辜負(fù)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信任，才能讓老師信服。

二、從零開(kāi)始，邊學(xué)邊干

工作伊始，全新而陌生的政教處工作使我感到從未有過(guò)的壓力。

經(jīng)過(guò)思考，我把分管的工作分了類(lèi)：協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工作我心里有底，校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)抓業(yè)務(wù)個(gè)個(gè)都是行家里手，跟他們學(xué)，只要肯出力，虛心學(xué)習(xí)，一定不成問(wèn)題。可搞班級(jí)考核、整理檔案和校園文化建設(shè)工作我是一點(diǎn)底也沒(méi)有，只有從零開(kāi)始，邊學(xué)邊干。

“只要思想不滑坡，辦法總比困難多”，這是校長(zhǎng)掛在嘴邊的話，我覺(jué)得很有道理，也常以此鼓勵(lì)自己。為了搞好檔案管理、班級(jí)考核、報(bào)表等工作，我認(rèn)真查閱了每一本檔案資料，通過(guò)研究一些原始數(shù)據(jù)，很快掌握了整理、統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法。兩年來(lái)工作從未出過(guò)任何問(wèn)題。我們的工作成果經(jīng)受住了一次又一次，一項(xiàng)又一項(xiàng)的檢查與考評(píng)，為學(xué)校爭(zhēng)得了一個(gè)又一個(gè)的榮譽(yù)。

三、服從安排，盡職盡責(zé)

聽(tīng)從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指揮，哪里需要就出現(xiàn)在哪里，并且盡職盡責(zé)，不講條件和代價(jià)。我是這樣說(shuō)的，也是這樣做的。班級(jí)量化考核，學(xué)生養(yǎng)成教育，學(xué)生德育活動(dòng)，上級(jí)安排的各種競(jìng)賽，迎接相關(guān)教育工作檢查等，我隨叫隨到，認(rèn)認(rèn)真真。近年來(lái)，上級(jí)部門(mén)復(fù)查驗(yàn)收、德育示范校檢查、省級(jí)依法治校達(dá)標(biāo)校驗(yàn)收、安全工作檢查等任務(wù)接踵而至，分管領(lǐng)導(dǎo)因病不在，我就主動(dòng)和政教處同事按規(guī)程把相關(guān)的檔案整理好，又利用晚上時(shí)間充實(shí)各項(xiàng)檢查資料。最終學(xué)校順利通過(guò)以上各項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收。

四、關(guān)愛(ài)學(xué)生，呵護(hù)心靈

我們政教處經(jīng)常要跟學(xué)生打交道，處理一些矛盾糾紛，有時(shí)候難免偏聽(tīng)偏信，處理問(wèn)題有失偏頗，造成學(xué)生的心理問(wèn)題，影響政教辦公室的形象，為此，我在處理一些學(xué)生的問(wèn)題的時(shí)候，更注重對(duì)他們心理上進(jìn)行溝通和疏導(dǎo)，教學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)換位思考，最終使問(wèn)題得到圓滿解決，學(xué)生心悅誠(chéng)服，家長(zhǎng)而歸。因此有的學(xué)生喜歡和我多接觸，有時(shí)候也把心里話講給我聽(tīng)，我一方面感動(dòng)于學(xué)生對(duì)我的信任，一方面放平姿態(tài)，和他們站到相同的位置，如同輩一樣來(lái)交流看法，今年秋天我在臨時(shí)擔(dān)任中三語(yǔ)文的教學(xué)工作時(shí)，語(yǔ)文課代表的異常表現(xiàn)引起了我的關(guān)注，我及時(shí)向班主任反映了問(wèn)題，班主任要我協(xié)作他解決班里類(lèi)似的情況，我知道，初中生正處在感情朦朧的年齡階段，這樣上課時(shí)神情恍惚，多半都是因?yàn)樵鐟僖鸬?。我在與這樣的學(xué)生接觸的時(shí)候，經(jīng)常會(huì)語(yǔ)帶雙關(guān)的教育學(xué)生，冰雪聰明的課代表領(lǐng)會(huì)到了我的用心，給我寫(xiě)了好幾封信訴說(shuō)內(nèi)心苦悶，我及時(shí)回復(fù)，耐心分心，打消她內(nèi)心的焦慮與壓力，鼓勵(lì)她輕裝上陣，幾番交流后，她的精神狀態(tài)有了很大改變，盡管學(xué)業(yè)落下不少，可她還是鼓起勇氣戰(zhàn)勝了自我，努力為明年的中招改變著自我，她的同班學(xué)生有好幾個(gè)上課情況也發(fā)生了明顯改變。想到我的努力有了收獲，我更加覺(jué)得我的工作是那么重要，又那么光榮！

五、顧全大局，寧舍小家

幾年來(lái)，為了沉甸甸的責(zé)任，為了xx十中教育的輝煌明天，為了政教工作，我做到了顧全大局，寧舍小家。近年來(lái)學(xué)校曾兩次組織義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血，我兩次都報(bào)名參加。家人知道后打電話說(shuō)我傻，體質(zhì)本來(lái)就不好，怎么能吃得消!當(dāng)我終于通過(guò)檢查時(shí)，我內(nèi)心十分快樂(lè)、自豪，我認(rèn)為我不但為學(xué)校爭(zhēng)了光，也為社會(huì)做了貢獻(xiàn)。

有付出才有回報(bào)，有工作才有快樂(lè)。因?yàn)樵诠ぷ髦形业玫搅艘淮斡忠淮蔚腻憻?；在工作中我?zhàn)勝了一個(gè)又一個(gè)困難；在工作中，我感到從未有過(guò)的充實(shí)和喜悅；在工作中，我實(shí)現(xiàn)著自我的人生價(jià)值。

我常常借用雷鋒同志的一句話：一滴水只有融入大海才不會(huì)干涸；一個(gè)人只有融入集體中才能發(fā)出自身的光和熱。我將一如繼往地從事所鐘愛(ài)的政教工作，辛勤耕耘下去，為黨的教育事業(yè)無(wú)悔奉獻(xiàn)，直到永遠(yuǎn)。

第三篇：先進(jìn)教育工作者事跡

主要事跡

——與學(xué)生同生長(zhǎng)，與教育共前進(jìn)

xx老師是XX學(xué)校語(yǔ)文教師，團(tuán)總支書(shū)記工作。在政治上能堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則，自覺(jué)學(xué)習(xí)三個(gè)代表的先進(jìn)思想。業(yè)務(wù)理論扎實(shí)，為人誠(chéng)懇無(wú)私，工作踏實(shí)細(xì)致，有較強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力和管理能力。更重要的是她有一顆為教育事業(yè)傾情奉獻(xiàn)的心，言傳身教，教書(shū)與人。正是因?yàn)橛辛诉@種勤懇敬業(yè)的精神，所以她在工作中取得了一定的成績(jī)，并得到領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事們的一致好評(píng)。

一、嚴(yán)愛(ài)相濟(jì)，學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)的引路人

在學(xué)校教育中，育人是首要任務(wù)，xx深深地體會(huì)到嚴(yán)愛(ài)相濟(jì)是教書(shū)育人取得良好效果的重要一環(huán)。當(dāng)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)和生活的過(guò)程中遇到困難或一時(shí)迷茫的時(shí)候，她都會(huì)適時(shí)出現(xiàn)在學(xué)生的身邊，以自己無(wú)私的愛(ài)和極大的耐心給予最合適的幫助和關(guān)懷。

在xx擔(dān)任班主任的XX班，班級(jí)秩序井然，學(xué)習(xí)氛圍濃厚，學(xué)生專(zhuān)業(yè)基本功扎實(shí)，受到了用人單位的好評(píng)。憑著扎實(shí)的班主任工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，xx獲得了2010年首屆XX班主任基本功大賽一等獎(jiǎng)。

二、愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，教育教學(xué)改革的探索者

作為團(tuán)總支書(shū)記的xx，始終將團(tuán)結(jié)廣大團(tuán)員青年積極投身團(tuán)組織的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中而努力。她努力完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的各項(xiàng)任務(wù)，積極組織學(xué)校和部門(mén)舉辦的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)都在學(xué)校中名列前茅。xx團(tuán)的工作也得到肯定，獲得2009年團(tuán)縣委授予的“優(yōu)秀團(tuán)干”稱(chēng)號(hào)。

第四篇：先進(jìn)教育工作者個(gè)人事跡

一、為學(xué)校現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)作出很大的努力

我剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)，來(lái)到三墩中學(xué)工作的時(shí)候，我就擔(dān)當(dāng)起多媒體和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的工作。那時(shí)，學(xué)校的每個(gè)辦公室和每個(gè)教室，線是布好的，但是只有部分辦公室和教室網(wǎng)絡(luò)是通的，也就是說(shuō)交換機(jī)下的連線數(shù)字是沒(méi)連好的，當(dāng)時(shí)留下的是一份網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖紙，圖中表明每個(gè)辦公室連通的數(shù)字，可是我們按照數(shù)字上來(lái)連，結(jié)果是有部分是通的，有部分是不通的，不通的怎么辦?連線一個(gè)一個(gè)連過(guò)去進(jìn)行測(cè)試，這項(xiàng)工作花了我們一個(gè)多月的時(shí)間來(lái)完成，終于我們學(xué)校所有的教室和辦公室都能上網(wǎng)了，為以后的現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)工作帶來(lái)了很大的方便。因?yàn)檫@是一些工作的前提，很多工作沒(méi)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)，什么都做不成。

多媒體教室就兩個(gè)，教師想用多媒體課件的時(shí)候，就到兩個(gè)多媒體教室進(jìn)行上課，后來(lái)學(xué)校里購(gòu)買(mǎi)了背投電視機(jī)，購(gòu)買(mǎi)了計(jì)算機(jī)和實(shí)物投影儀，于是全校的每一個(gè)普通教室都有多媒體了。

由于學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)不全連通，學(xué)校的ftp服務(wù)沒(méi)有，教室通過(guò)優(yōu)盤(pán)進(jìn)行文件傳輸，同時(shí)沒(méi)有資源共享。所以后來(lái)購(gòu)買(mǎi)了ftp服務(wù)器，每一位教師都有自己的空間存放自己的資料，同時(shí)劃分公共區(qū)，進(jìn)行資源共享，教師無(wú)論在校內(nèi)還是校外，文件傳輸都用ftp服務(wù)，大大方便了教師，而且使用更加廣泛，現(xiàn)在學(xué)校里的教師已經(jīng)離不開(kāi)ftp了。

學(xué)校網(wǎng)站是有的，只是靜態(tài)網(wǎng)站，花點(diǎn)錢(qián)掛在外面的靜態(tài)頁(yè)面，內(nèi)容從來(lái)不更換，幾個(gè)頁(yè)面，同時(shí)學(xué)校沒(méi)有域名，而且學(xué)校上網(wǎng)是通過(guò)西湖區(qū)代理上的，這樣也就是說(shuō)我們連自己的空間也沒(méi)有了。通過(guò)代理上網(wǎng)，沒(méi)有自己的主動(dòng)權(quán)，后來(lái)提出整改方案，引進(jìn)中國(guó)聯(lián)通10m光纖上網(wǎng)，這樣我們就有自己的外網(wǎng)ip地址了，可以有多個(gè)應(yīng)用，而且空間也有了，同時(shí)也購(gòu)買(mǎi)了域名，也能通過(guò)自己上外網(wǎng)了，這是一大進(jìn)步。至于網(wǎng)站，我到網(wǎng)上下載了網(wǎng)奇cms進(jìn)行免費(fèi)建站，使得學(xué)校有自己的網(wǎng)站了，至少網(wǎng)站的新聞系統(tǒng)是能用的。如今學(xué)校決定投入一筆資金來(lái)建設(shè)自己的網(wǎng)站了，所以我決定首先做好需求分析，如何能讓網(wǎng)站更好的為我們的學(xué)生，為我們的教育教學(xué)服務(wù)，可以更好的宣傳我們的學(xué)校。

學(xué)校的廣播系統(tǒng)可能是因?yàn)榫€路比較舊了，開(kāi)家長(zhǎng)會(huì)的時(shí)候，廣播聲音比較輕，效果也不好，所以由于學(xué)校的網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)到位，考慮用電子教室控制軟件的視頻直播功能進(jìn)行家長(zhǎng)會(huì)，這樣雖然聲音又延遲，但是效果卻不錯(cuò)的。同時(shí)我們也將音頻傳播的功能用到英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力的播放，而不用一個(gè)一個(gè)教室進(jìn)行播放，但這有個(gè)缺陷，在于依賴(lài)性，非常依賴(lài)學(xué)校網(wǎng)絡(luò)的穩(wěn)定性，否則中間也會(huì)出亂的。

二、曾經(jīng)修改過(guò)區(qū)信息技術(shù)考試系統(tǒng)，增加部分統(tǒng)計(jì)功能，并且設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報(bào)系統(tǒng)，為暑假的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上報(bào)進(jìn)行服務(wù)。

三、設(shè)計(jì)成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件，為西湖區(qū)新生素質(zhì)測(cè)試提供成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

每次學(xué)期末，學(xué)校教導(dǎo)處進(jìn)行成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方面總要花非常多的時(shí)間，這樣也會(huì)延遲學(xué)校的后期工作，于是在進(jìn)行需求分析的情況下，利用excel的vba實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)校的成績(jī)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件，目前用到現(xiàn)在都是比較方便的。后來(lái)西湖區(qū)需要進(jìn)行對(duì)小學(xué)升初中的學(xué)生進(jìn)行新生素質(zhì)考試，考試完后要對(duì)每個(gè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，于是我花了很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，在原有學(xué)校的成績(jī)分析統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行修改，使得適用于新生素質(zhì)測(cè)試成績(jī)分析。

四、在第xx屆中國(guó)兒童青少年威盛中國(guó)芯計(jì)算機(jī)表演賽中，所帶的四位學(xué)生中，其中獲浙江省二等獎(jiǎng)一個(gè)，浙江省三等獎(jiǎng)的三個(gè)。

他叫杜月明，現(xiàn)任嘉峪關(guān)市峪泉鎮(zhèn)教委業(yè)務(wù)輔導(dǎo)員兼黨支部書(shū)記，并兼任學(xué)校少先大隊(duì)總輔導(dǎo)員。他是一個(gè)有著在農(nóng)村任教 30 年教齡的優(yōu)秀教育工作者。從參加工作那一天，他秉承真抓實(shí)干的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)，堅(jiān)持踏踏實(shí)實(shí)的做人態(tài)度，保持勤勞質(zhì)樸的本色。他像一頭默默耕耘的老黃牛，在他所摯愛(ài)的教育熱土上，播撒汗水和希望，換來(lái)滿園春色。他就是社會(huì)、家長(zhǎng)、師生心目中的“實(shí)干家”——杜月明。

但是在不斷的工作實(shí)踐中，深深地認(rèn)識(shí)到，課程的改革需要不斷的加強(qiáng)學(xué)習(xí)、反思，提高自身的素養(yǎng)。在條線管理中也暴露出不足，如何做到科學(xué)計(jì)劃、科學(xué)落實(shí)、科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生和教師，如何作好條線管理，這些還需不斷地努力批評(píng)。
