考核辦法

由指導教師根據學生實踐的參與程度、實際動手動口的操作情況，實踐任務的完成情況以及實踐報告撰寫情況綜合評定，具體參照以下評定方法評定：

（1）根據小組的實際完成情況：包括餐廳菜單設計的質量，及旅游景點介紹宣傳單的翻譯質量，等，對開發小組的整體工作有一個評判，以此鼓勵學生發揚的團隊合作精神，和相互協作能力。此項成績占學生最后成績的40％。

（2）根據學生個人在團隊中所承擔的任務，進行個人評分，包括一封家書匯報的完成質量和提交的實踐報告完成質量，此項成績占學生最后成績的60％。

《關于軟件性質、規模、目標的報告書》

一、軟件名稱：

網上外賣訂餐系統

二、軟件性質：

本軟件系統實現的是網上外賣的應用系統。使用面向對象的開發過程。開發中使用java語言。本軟件主要使用了UML進行面向對象的設計和建模。利用面向對象的思想，從項目需求分析到系統設計，畫了大量UML模型。更加直觀具體地體現了本系統的功能亮點。

三、軟件規模：

本系統的開發人數為四人，屬于小型的軟件系統，開發目標代碼在兩千~五千行。開發周期為兩周。

四、軟件要實現的目標：

本系統主要針對高校的外賣訂餐流程和對訂單處理實行信息化而構建出來的網絡平臺，學生通過瀏覽器上網訪問訂餐網站可以實現網上瀏覽菜式和訂餐功能，店員通過后臺管理登陸實現對訂單的處理，通過信息化處理給學生訂餐帶來方便更給外賣店管理人員帶來了長遠利益。

五、題目來源、選題背景

進入21世紀以來，餐飲行業以年均20%的增長速度，成為國民經濟中的發展最快的行業之一。隨著人們生活水平的不斷提高，人們甚至想要不出門就能吃到可口的飯菜——這就是外賣。在我國高校內餐飲行業外賣行業更是發展最快的一個行業，在內蒙古科技大學每年都有幾間新的外賣店的產生。外賣訂餐已經成為內蒙古科技大學學生生活中不可缺的一部分，而訂餐的方式也隨著學生們的要求提高，不斷的多樣化和成熟化。

依靠電話訂餐是目前最主要的訂餐方式，使用電話訂餐方式有不少的缺陷，比如：時效問題、打電話的成本等等。目前內蒙古科技大學外賣訂餐行業的現狀分析如下：

1)外賣店數量眾多，各店競爭較大。

2)外賣店多數實行人工方式訂餐，即打電話訂餐登記。這種訂餐方式造成訂餐很不方便特別在訂餐高峰期，經常出現打電話打不通的現象。

3)外賣店多數沒有實行市場分析，一些菜式在頂峰期出現缺菜現象，而一些菜式卻出現積累現象，造成了資源的浪費和經濟損失。

4)外賣店沒有對外賣進行財務管理，造成對店內資金管理不明確和店員濫用資金的可能。

5)無法為店內管理層提供準確的決策信息，掌握及時的市場消息。

通過分析外賣行業的現狀，不難發現國內高校的外賣店大多數都是依靠手工的管理方式，沒有實行外賣訂餐管理的信息化，所以造成了不少問題。
