感謝信寫作指導

感謝信是感謝個人或單位對自己或本單位的關心、幫助和支持的一種書信。格式：

標題：“感謝信”或“致某某（某單位）的感謝信”寫在第一行正中，字體要大些。

開頭：頂格寫感謝對象的單位或姓名。

正文：即感謝信的內容。另起一行空兩格寫。要寫清表揚的是誰，要寫清何時何地因何事受到對方怎樣的幫助。結尾：寫上表示感謝的話。

祝語：正文寫完后，應另起一行空兩格寫“此致”，再換行頂格寫“敬禮”。

署名：在祝語下面一行偏右位置寫明寫信人的姓名或單位名稱，然后在下面寫上年、月、日。

（三）道歉信

道歉信是指因過失或疏忽做錯了事，給別人帶來了麻煩或損失，發覺后要立即寫信給對方賠禮道歉時寫的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫得坦率，誠懇。

道歉信通常包括三部分內容：

1、表示歉意，道歉的原由；

2、出現差錯的原因，提出彌補措施；

3、請求原諒。語言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實。好的道歉信不僅會
