任何一件事情要想成功都要有一個過程，而托?？谡Z亦是如此，積累中達到從量變到質變的突破，本文為考生們介紹托福口語的練習技巧。

托?？谡Z目的是提高口語，不是積累段子，而真正的要想達到從量變到質變的突破，就要不斷的練習和完善，并最終把這些積累的段子都化為自己的語言，真正的掌握其中的技巧。練習托?？谡Z時，你要看著題目，想象你正在考試，就開始計時說，這樣才能達到好的效果。頭幾遍肯定結結巴巴，時間都不夠用。但是多說幾遍，就會越來越好。舌頭都會覺得越來越靈活。腦子里組織句子也會越來越快。但是如果每次遇到你說不順暢的題目你都馬上就寫一段話背下來的話，你就算準備的題目再多，你的口語水平提高的還是會很有限。反倒是你會發現，你寫下來的小段子越來越多。這就成了積累段子了。

“念”本身不是問題。問題的關鍵是你念的段子寫得好不好，你的語音別人聽不聽得懂，你的輕重緩急和停頓做得到不到位等等。如果你備考期間練習的是口語，你肯定會發現這些問題你已經注意過，練過了。但是如果你備考期間準備的是段子，那你就會發現，你可以語速很快，甚至可以背誦或者念出很精彩的段子，但是上面的那些問題，你還是做得不好。因為你根本就沒有注意過。你注意過的只是怎么通過背段子讓自己不至于沒話可說。

學術類的東西，也就是后面幾題，本來就沒有段子可言。臨場的時候主要還是純粹現場發揮的。但是，如果你復習前兩題的時候把口語練好了，后面的題也不會是太大的問題。至少你就不會面臨沒話可說的問題了，問題只是怎么說得更好。所以后面幾個學術型的題真的沒有什么訣竅。純粹靠水平了。

如果說獨立寫作是閉卷考試，那么你花上3～5分鐘的時間去審題，去構思，是很必要的。但是，實際情況是，獨立寫作是開卷考試，首先題庫公開，它的題型和題材都不會超出題庫的范圍，你總會在題庫中找到類似的題目，加之機經的強大力量，使得TOEFL獨立寫作真的成了開卷考試。既然是開卷考試，大家就應該把審題的工作放到考試之前做，爭取在1分鐘之內完成，不要浪費時間，把時間用來打字，而不是思考上面。那些思維風暴、切題思路之類的，應該是事先已經準備過，訓練過的。如果考到了你從來沒接觸過的題，只能說明你沒有準備到位，如果你的審題時間超過了2分鐘，那么你的準備也沒有到位，這就是開卷考試的備考思維，滿分不是臨場發揮出來的，而是準備出來的。而我們的備考資料就是ETS發布的185題庫。

如果不能保證文章的質量，可以從數量入手，記住我在課上講過的托福寫作黃金法則“the longer, the better”!學生中曾經有位寫作30分的獲得者，獨立寫作30分鐘寫了600字，拿了滿分。當然他肯定有一些不足和錯誤，可是仍然不影響滿分?？梢娙绻荒馨盐恼聦懙煤芷?，不能寫出亮點，那就多寫點吧，字數多也是亮點。只要大家按照我上課講授過的方法來擴充論據，寫出“長篇大論”是很容易的事。

3、提煉自己的模板

假設你的文章字數是400字，那么你大概要寫40～50個句子。把這40～50個句子，排成編號，從第一個到第40個，也就是從文章的第一句話到最后一句話，你都知道要寫什么，并且知道怎么寫，甚至每個句子你都掌握了2～3個漂亮的句式，那么你還怕自己不拿高分么?再假設，這40～50個句子，你有50%都已經是固定句式了，也就是成了自己的寫作套路，那么你還愁文章寫不完么?比如說，我總是喜歡在文章最后一句話說：In a word, it is rather superficial to simply say that.........+觀點，給個真題例子：In a word, it is rather superficial to simply say that parents are the best teachers.用一句話說，簡單地認為父母是最好的老師是相當膚淺的。大家想一想，任何事情simply say都可以說是相當膚淺的。因此這句話就是一句比較萬能的結束語。這句話怎么來的呢?這是官方題庫里的第2篇，是我和大家在課上積累來的。只要大家一起努力，我們一定會成功提煉出自己的高分模版。

4、壓縮題庫

題庫中一共有185個題目，如果說每個題目都準備一篇范文是相當不可取的，效率太低，完全沒有必要，壓縮題庫的方法主要有2種：

A.將題庫分類。每個分類寫1～2篇就可以解決這個類的題目。

太原新東方寫作教研組的老師們在一起整理出了托福寫作的17大分類，也就是說，大家只要完成25篇左右的文章寫作，就可以“考試無憂”了。

最后，如果大家的準備時間只?？蓱z的不到2個月，別急，嚴格按照以下的計劃進行也是很有考出高分的可能的：

第一階段(1周)：隨機閱讀10-15篇官方范文，每天2-3篇。做筆記，背誦其中有用的詞匯以及句型。

第二階段(2周)：改寫10-20篇范文。每天1-2篇。每天睡覺前背誦當天改寫過的作文，這個階段沒必要限定每篇完成的時間。

第三階段(1周)：不限時練習5-10篇，每天1-2篇。一定要不限時，這樣才能保證質量。多查字典，反復修改。如果時間充裕，應該多練 5-10篇。

第四階段(2周)：限時練習10篇，每天練習一次，每次限時25分鐘完成--只有這樣才能在考場上游刃有余。
