由于外六集箱碼頭橋吊被風造成碰撞事故影響，外六碼頭已不能保證所有外貿(mào)船舶班輪要求，為此集團要求內(nèi)貿(mào)碼頭張華浜、軍工路要分擔解憂，根據(jù)集團要求，部分中集船舶停靠到張華浜作業(yè)，公司領(lǐng)導相當重視，并做了精心準備，從8月13日第一班外貿(mào)船舶到9月10日最后一班外貿(mào)船舶，經(jīng)過各班組的共同努力，保質(zhì)保量完成了集團交給公司的任務(wù)，根據(jù)班組實際情況現(xiàn)做一下小結(jié)。

一． 宣傳動員階段

班組得到外貿(mào)船舶要到碼頭作業(yè)，既興奮又擔憂，興奮的是以前中集船舶在去年在碼頭作業(yè)的一切的一切又浮現(xiàn)在眼前，長期與船公司達成的默契是一種財富，所以我們很高興為船公司服務(wù)，也愿意服務(wù)好船公司，擔憂的是今年由于公司體制整合，人手缺乏，已制約了碼頭生產(chǎn)，橋吊司機的缺乏，控制員經(jīng)驗、道口文員業(yè)務(wù)的缺乏，已很難滿足船公司要求，為此我們深感憂慮，經(jīng)過碼頭領(lǐng)導多次動員，生產(chǎn)會多次宣傳動員，把有經(jīng)驗的橋吊司機、控制員及配載人員，根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需要全面服務(wù)好中集外貿(mào)船舶，再加上碼頭領(lǐng)導值班，思想上、工作上做好相應(yīng)的準備。

二． 組織與實施

根據(jù)領(lǐng)導布置，結(jié)合班組實際情況，結(jié)合船舶計劃要求，班組做了如下安排：①、班組船舶配載員只有一名，外貿(mào)船舶在港不安排休息；②、有外貿(mào)船舶經(jīng)驗的控制員，有外貿(mào)船舶在港也要服從班組安排；③、現(xiàn)場機械特別是鏟車司機，有外貿(mào)船舶在港，必須二人上班，保證鏟車用車；④、道口文員在給進港箱要保證質(zhì)量，并要求當班做第二次校驗，確保進港信息的正確，杜絕由于業(yè)務(wù)上的差錯造成錯箱、漏箱，由于機械、人員配備上的合理性，保證了本班組所有外貿(mào)船舶準點開船。

三． 問題與不足

中集船舶臨時到碼頭作業(yè)，有偶然的因素，實際上也暴露出一些實際問題需要解決：①、道口部分文員業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)差，需要培訓提高；②、部分控制員船期意識需要進一步提高，特別是船舶配載，外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)知識有待提高；④、現(xiàn)場司機人手嚴重不足，普遍反映相當疲勞，當然橋吊司機、輪吊司機正在培訓，有望以后解決，但鏟車司機培訓工作未跟上，需落實；⑤、由于外貿(mào)船舶專業(yè)要求較多，需要有專人負責，如以后再作業(yè)外貿(mào)船舶，增加一名或培養(yǎng)一名船舶配載也有相當必要。
