一、競賽命題題目 題目1:商務客人
某咖啡公司總裁一行到某地考察并計劃開拓市場,當?shù)啬持髽I(yè)非常有興趣進行合作,該企業(yè)為其在某酒店預訂了房間,并計劃在酒店的中餐廳和西餐廳宴請該總裁和他的助手(中餐宴請共10人,西餐宴請共6人),請針對此次入住和宴請設計接待方案。
題目2:旅游客人
德國某高校歷史文化專業(yè)部分師生來到中國某城市進行有關中國傳統(tǒng)文化的專題研究,入住某酒店后,當?shù)匚幕块T在此酒店宴請部分師生(中餐宴請共10人,西餐宴請共6人),請針對此次入住和宴請設計接待方案。
題目3:休閑度假客人
馬先生獲得公司獎勵的家庭度假游,他帶領妻子和5歲的兒子來到某地度假,入住某酒店,朋友為了表示歡迎之情,在酒店的中餐廳和西餐廳進行宴請(中餐宴請共10人,西餐宴請共6人),請針對此次入住和宴請設計入住和宴請接待方案。
題目4:會議客人
某汽車集團是你所工作的某五星級酒店的協(xié)議客戶,該集團決定在你酒店在酒店入住,同時舉行年終總結大會,宴請和嘉獎集團先進個人和銷售能手。(中餐宴請共10人,西餐宴請共6人),請針對此次入住和宴請設計接待方案。
二、競賽說明
1.各參賽隊根據(jù)所抽取的題目設計符合主題的前廳、中餐、西餐以及客房接待方案,對方案進行闡述,并實施中餐宴會擺臺、西餐宴會擺臺、中式鋪床以及夜床比賽項目。
2.競賽項目共分為四個部分:第一部分是接待方案設計、闡述及答疑。參賽隊根據(jù)所抽取題目設計接待方案,該工作在各自校內(nèi)完成,并于正式比賽前一天,上交電子版及打印版;賽時,各參賽隊以PPT的方式對方案展開闡述,裁判進行提問,選手予以答辯,闡述方案時間總共為7-12分鐘,選手答辯時間3分鐘;第二部分是方案實施階段,根據(jù)接待方案的設計,進行客房中式鋪床、夜床、中餐宴會擺臺、西餐宴會擺臺項目的比賽;第三部分是英語口語測試,該項比賽穿插進行,選手在現(xiàn)場抽選試題,進行對話交流;第四部分是行業(yè)應知應會測試,該項比賽在正式比賽前一晚進行,請選手自備2B鉛筆。
三、競賽要求
1.根據(jù)國家旅游局頒布的《旅游飯店的星級劃分與評定》以及《星級飯店訪查規(guī)范》,接待方案要做到全面、規(guī)范、符合行業(yè)實際。
2.方案闡述階段要求參賽選手能夠正確流利的將接待方案闡述出來,并能夠靈活應答評委的提問,能反映出酒店服務人員的專業(yè)能力和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
3.英語測試部分是測驗參賽選手的英語溝通能力,要能準確理解客人的訴求,能夠熟練運用英語交流。英語比賽采用考官與選手問答的形式。每位選手考試時間約為5分鐘,每人需回答六個問題,其中中譯英、英譯中各兩個,情景對話一個,專業(yè)知識問答一個。
4.方案實施階段主要反映了參賽選手的專業(yè)技能,按照全國旅游院校飯店服務技能大賽的標準執(zhí)行,同時能根據(jù)客人類型和特點在客房夜床、中餐宴會擺臺和西餐宴會擺臺項目中進行針對性的設計。
5.參賽選手的儀容儀表要符合星級酒店從業(yè)人員的崗位要求。

1.王先生欲報名參加某旅行社的西藏旅游團,在咨詢時旅行社提供給王先生一張宣傳單,看到宣傳單上寫明住宿標準為三星級飯店時,王先生決定參團。隨后旅行社拿出合同請王先生簽字,王先生沒有仔細閱讀合同就簽了字。到達拉薩后,王先生發(fā)現(xiàn)其入住的并不是三星級飯店,而是普通的經(jīng)濟型飯店。王先生遂電話至旅行社核實,旅行社回復稱,合同上寫明該團住宿標準為經(jīng)濟型飯店,旅行社沒有違反合同約定。試分析該案例中涉及的法律問題。

為貫徹落實教育規(guī)劃綱要,深入推進高教強省建設和職業(yè)教育大省建設,進一步深化全省職業(yè)院校教育教學改革,切實加強技能人才的培養(yǎng),提升高職院校學生職業(yè)技能,根據(jù)《關于建立全省職業(yè)院校技能大賽制度的意見》(教職成〔2009〕9號),省教育廳、省經(jīng)濟和信息化委員會、省財政廳、省人力資源和社會保障廳決定共同舉辦2012年安徽省職業(yè)院校技能大賽(以下簡稱“大賽”)。現(xiàn)將《2012年安徽省職業(yè)院校技能大賽(高職組)方案》印發(fā)給你們,并就有關事項通知如下:
一、為加強對技能大賽的領導,全面提升技能大賽質量,大賽組委會將邀請有關專業(yè)教育教學和行業(yè)領域的專家組成專業(yè)委員會進行點評,并組織有關高職院校現(xiàn)場觀摩。請各地各校認真組織好參賽工作。
二、高職院校經(jīng)校內(nèi)選拔后以校為代表隊直接參加省大賽。
三、各地各校要以技能大賽為契機,加強學校實訓基地建設,不斷深化教學改革,特別要注重加強學生專業(yè)技能訓練。技能訓練和比賽過程中要加強紀律和安全教育,要求師生規(guī)范操作,確保安全,保證本次大賽順利進行。大賽期間,學校要為選手和指導老師購買意外傷害保險和醫(yī)療保險。
四、大賽通知、相關附件、比賽規(guī)程、大賽動態(tài)將在安徽高教網(wǎng)(http://)“技能大賽”專題欄目及時發(fā)布。各有關高職院校應充分利用網(wǎng)絡信息平臺,加強交流,跟蹤比賽動態(tài),提高參賽組織工作的效率和管理水平。

一、大賽宗旨
舉辦省級職業(yè)院校技能大賽,是為了適應產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調(diào)整對高端技能型人才的需要,培養(yǎng)學生技術創(chuàng)新意識
及能力,充分展示安徽高等職業(yè)教育改革發(fā)展的豐碩成果,努力營造全社會關心、支持職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的良好氛圍,進一步促進高職院校與行業(yè)企業(yè)的產(chǎn)教結合,推動高職院校校企合作、工學結合人才培養(yǎng)模式改革,更好地為安徽經(jīng)濟建設和社會發(fā)展服務。
省級職業(yè)院校技能大賽重在參與交流,同臺競技,共同提高。通過大賽活動,展現(xiàn)職業(yè)院校學生良好的精神風貌和嫻熟的職業(yè)技能。
二、主辦和承辦單位
大賽由省教育廳、省經(jīng)濟和信息化委員會、省財政廳、省人力資源和社會保障廳等四部門聯(lián)合主辦;高職組大賽項目由安徽職業(yè)技術學院、安徽工商職業(yè)學院等14所高職院校承辦。

2012年4月7日-8日。
五、參賽對象
在籍的高職院校學生。
六、大賽項目
(一)高職項目
設測繪勘探、資源環(huán)境、電子信息、信息技術、工業(yè)控制、交通運輸、物流、農(nóng)林、食品、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生、現(xiàn)代制造、石化、財會、國際貿(mào)易、新能源、外語、現(xiàn)代服務等17個專業(yè)類別的44個項目。省賽設置的項目全部為國賽項目。
各賽項組織單位可根據(jù)預報名情況自行設定各校報名限額,以確保賽事正常進行。賽項不足三個代表隊報名的,取消該項目。

1.蕪湖職業(yè)技術學院承辦“芯片級維修與信息服務”、“農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全檢測”、“植物組織培養(yǎng)”、“園林景觀設計”、“新城疫抗體測定”、“數(shù)控機床調(diào)試與維修”、“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術應用”等7個項目;
2.安徽職業(yè)技術學院承辦“智能樓宇安防布線與調(diào)試”、“自動化生產(chǎn)線安裝與調(diào)試”、“機器人技術應用”、“服裝設計”、“總控”、“化學檢驗”、“儀表維修”、“檢修鉗工”、“橡膠作業(yè)”、“有機合成”等10個項目;3.安徽水利水電職業(yè)技術學院承辦“二等水準測量”、“測繪計算器編程”、“數(shù)字測圖”、“水環(huán)境監(jiān)測與治理技術”等4個項目;

七、大賽報名
本次大賽分為預報名和正式報名。預報名請登錄安徽高教網(wǎng)下載預報名表(附件1),填寫后在3月8日前將電子版報送ahgzjy@ahedu.gov.cn。正式報名時間為3月22日—25日,各校請登陸安徽高教網(wǎng)高職技能大賽專欄填報。網(wǎng)報期間,允許更改報名信息;超過截止日期,不允許更改。參賽選手參賽時需攜帶學生證、身份證和選手報名表(附件2)交由賽項組織單位查驗。
各院校應指定1名負責人任賽項領隊,全權負責參賽事務的組織、協(xié)調(diào)和領導工作。
八、大賽競賽規(guī)程
各承辦高校編寫大賽規(guī)程等具體信息要密切關注全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽官方網(wǎng)站,盡可能將全國職業(yè)院校技能大賽各賽項有關信息納入省賽中。
九、有關費用
大賽不收取參賽費用與報名費用。大賽期間食宿統(tǒng)一安排,費用自理。
十、獎勵辦法
(一)參賽選手
每個競賽項目設一、二、三等獎和優(yōu)秀獎。前三個獎項數(shù)量分別按本項目參賽選手人數(shù)的10%、20%、30%確定,其余為優(yōu)秀獎。對于成績優(yōu)異者,省教育廳將結合全國大賽要求組織集訓,再遴選出參加全國大賽的選手。
(二)指導教師
輔導學生獲省級以上大賽等級獎的指導教師,頒發(fā)證書,教育和人社部門在職稱評定、骨干教師培養(yǎng)、專業(yè)帶頭人遴選和名師評選等方面,同等條件下優(yōu)先。
(三)省級大賽按各代表隊獲等級獎的數(shù)量統(tǒng)計總分,項目一、二、三等獎分別計5、3、1分,總分前6名的頒發(fā)獎牌。承辦院校和代表隊按一定比例設優(yōu)秀組織獎。
