1)級(jí)別概況

相信大部分人都知道了,會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所有很規(guī)律的升級(jí)時(shí)間,通常是一年升一級(jí),沒出太 大的錯(cuò)誤的話,級(jí)別低的時(shí)候升級(jí)都沒有什么問題。到了senior升manager就不一定了,升

成manager之后再想往上升就更難了。

外資銀行的級(jí)別非常細(xì),不管是普通員工還是經(jīng)理,都有很多級(jí)別,特別是經(jīng)理的級(jí)別就 更細(xì)(但是說實(shí)話目前大陸人還很少有能到達(dá)很高級(jí)級(jí)別的經(jīng)理),升級(jí)的具體時(shí)間是不 一定的,受很多因素影響。總的來說級(jí)別低的時(shí)候有一個(gè)大概的升級(jí)時(shí)間,級(jí)別高了就不 一定了,每個(gè)人不太一樣。會(huì)影響升級(jí)的因素譬如:不同的部門升級(jí)情況可能不同;你的 老板怎么樣,是不是會(huì)想著提出要給你升級(jí);你上面的職位是不是有空缺等等。

2)升級(jí)的條件

第一,會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所

我個(gè)人認(rèn)為,會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所已經(jīng)基本過了大規(guī)模擴(kuò)張的階段,現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展已經(jīng)趨于成熟,六七年的時(shí)間也已經(jīng)積累了一定數(shù)量的專業(yè)人員。說實(shí)話前幾年畢業(yè)進(jìn)事務(wù)所的,工作五 六年后升到經(jīng)理是很順理成章的。可能我不是什么牛人,我是覺得現(xiàn)在還想升到經(jīng)理,真 的是非常難的一件事情。

一般來說,在會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所想要升級(jí),每年的評(píng)估得分要不錯(cuò)。需要注意的是,上面的人 怎么評(píng)估你,除了看你干得好不好之外,更重要的是大家對(duì)你的印象怎么樣。由于是很多 人一起評(píng)價(jià)一個(gè)人,但是你主要跟著幾個(gè)人做,所以運(yùn)氣在這個(gè)時(shí)候顯示了作用,首先要 看主管你的人是不是欣賞你的這種性格,其次要看主管你的人的性格,他是不是愿意在大 家面前幫你說話,為你爭(zhēng)取top pay和升職。

會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所都要填一個(gè)類似于時(shí)間表的東西,要填上你為哪些客戶做了多少時(shí)間,想要

升值的話,為客戶工作的時(shí)間最好不要太少。

另外,你自己的qualification要不錯(cuò),包括注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師,注冊(cè)稅務(wù)師或者其他什么職業(yè)資 格,最好別什么都沒有。

最后的一點(diǎn),也是想要升經(jīng)理最重要的一點(diǎn),就是你和合伙人的關(guān)系。因?yàn)榻?jīng)理是要合伙 人來評(píng)估的,也是由合伙人提名升職的。只要有合伙人肯為你說話,你升位經(jīng)理的機(jī)會(huì)就 有。會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所里上層的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈,每個(gè)合伙人帶一些經(jīng)理,如果你跟著做最多客戶的 人職業(yè)發(fā)展的好,那你的職業(yè)發(fā)展就有優(yōu)勢(shì)。

第二,外資銀行

外資銀行的升級(jí)首先要看主管你的人怎么樣,他是不是想著推薦你升級(jí)。其次要看你工作 的時(shí)間。因?yàn)殂y行一般不給壓力讓無法升職的員工離開(因?yàn)榇蟛糠秩瞬荒艹3S袡C(jī)會(huì)升 級(jí)),所以只要努力工作,到了一定的時(shí)間,總是有機(jī)會(huì)升的,只是像前面的說的,升到 一定級(jí)別后,作為大陸人,想做高級(jí)別的經(jīng)理目前還是很難的。

但是WTO后,外資銀行可以經(jīng)營的范圍越來越大,更為廣闊的業(yè)務(wù)范圍需要更多的專業(yè)人士,因而外資銀行的生職空間還是有的。

雖然升職有很多人為的因素,但是說到底你的能力是最重要的,沒有老板想要找一個(gè)無法 出色完成工作的人做助手。重要的是如果你周圍的人都很優(yōu)秀,你怎么能夠在眾多優(yōu)秀的 人中脫穎而出。
