初三一模家長會后感想

十天前學校組織初三一?？荚?奇怪的是平時學校一直非常積極的是第一時間開家長會,這次是在左顧右盼等待十天后才進行.首先是校長解讀今年的中考政策,然后是認課老師講解了各門課的具體情況.時間已經是晚上七點(下午四點開始),不忍心再去麻煩老師.我們幾個家長在路上聊起了自己的孩子,到家已經很晚了.從家長會后,我的感想是:

1.誰家家長覺悟的早,孩子培養的習慣好,高分就越有把握.理由:早在女兒七年級,女兒經常回來告訴我:在做試卷分析時,好多人提到要減少弱智性錯誤,我當時還和女兒說:錯就錯了,還說什么弱智性錯?

豈不知,這時候家長是在有意訓練孩子“會的不錯”.2.家長對孩子考試心態的關注,鍛煉有一顆平常心.學會放松.理由:孩子畢竟是孩子,由于學校的排名,孩子不管是那種性格都是很在乎分數的,如果家長知道這點,在沒出現緊張的時候就有意訓練學會如何放松心態,可能對孩子懂事后的學習是有幫助的.3.堅持堅持再堅持.理由:學習是一個連續的過程,只要堅持堅持再堅持,不斷的了解自己知識的薄弱點(因為中考大綱已定),并且在了解自己的薄弱點,通過不斷的學習把知識弄懂搞清,就會有高分.中考是比誰分高,而不是比誰滿分或誰零分.只要堅持到最后,薄弱點就會降到最少,分就會越有可能越高.4.錘煉考試技巧.理由:在進入初三,大大小小的考試會有很多,而每次的考試學生都會應老師的要求做考試后的總結,怎么總結?怎樣總結有效果?

最近在網上不斷的學習,對女兒的關注也比較多.發現除了總結知識薄弱點外,更重要的是考試技巧總結,如我女兒考試老是怕時間不夠,可能和女兒性格也有關,急!好強!

這次一模考試后她自我反省,不能聽信別人的感覺,因為是急慢性子是不一樣的.不需要怕時間不夠的.因為平時做作業就比別人快,考試是考大多數人的,不可能做不完了.這樣不擔心時間,審題就會仔細點,也不需要趕急,在做題時因為跳步而錯誤,因為計算而錯誤.我說:你能這樣總結就很好啊,中考前多次考試,對你是很有幫助,讓你不僅總結了知識的薄弱點也總結了考試的技巧啊.在總結考試技巧后,又小考了一次,雖說沒有滿分還是犯了一個弱智錯誤,可是是好多了,97分(滿分100).我說:再總結總結,錘煉錘煉,百煉才能成鋼啊!

考試時間如何安排,確切的說,如何考試?如何考高分?要不斷總結,開考卷面要大概看看,考試要帶手表掌握時間,不需要心急,重要的是做對得分,而不是快做完.呵呵,開始了家長的嘮叨,總之在初三一模家長會后有許多感想,有來自老師的,有來自家長的,有來自孩子的.讓我們共同努力為孩子經歷中考經歷磨難長大成材!

一、考試情況總結：

一模考試結束了，我班有24人取得了進步，總體成績保持了原有的狀態，位居平行班第一，各學科較上學期期末均有一定的進步。特別是本次考試班級的及格率有了很大的突破，300分以下的人員減少到4人。

非常遺憾的是班級的優秀率仍然沒有提高，除了李爽、李明洋兩個學生的成績能夠躋身年級前50外，其他學生離優秀還有很大的差距。從成績上看，多數學生集中在340分—380分段，處于年級的中等或偏下的位置。

二、開展的工作及學生的變化：

進入初三第二學期，學習壓力增大，四班的學生明顯變得緊張而焦慮?？紤]到學生的實際情況，我首先與各學科教師進行了碰頭，將學生．．

分類進行分析，對于不同的學生將進行怎樣的工作與各位任課教師協商。全員參與學生的管理，特別是幫助學生管理自己的情緒，面對知識漏洞及檢測的失敗或是學習上的壓力，要進行情緒的疏導。第二步，堅持目．．．

標管理措施，每個月月初制定個人月目標，月底進行自我反思總結。第．三，班會時間、自習課時間、午休時間與學生談心，了解他們的學習狀．

態及困難，幫助他們緩解壓力。同時，將談話內容反饋給家長，做到雙方合力，以達到效果。

值得欣慰的是，四班學生的情緒基本上保持了穩定，班級狀態的穩定是促使班級學習風氣日益濃厚，一模考試多數學生能夠取得進步正是源于良好的風氣。

學生的變化有一下幾個方面的體現：

1、出現了一批好學的學生，帶

動班級整體學習風氣的變化。除了李爽、王雅琪等學生保持一貫的努力外，還有一些中等偏上的學生例如趙昕童、陳曉雨等也表現得非常努力。這些孩子在一模考試中都取得了進步。

2、晨檢及自習課多數學生都能夠自己安排時間，有效學習。

3、一部分學生表現出了積極向上的狀態，如袁浩皓、高林等因為有強烈的入團要求，在行為、學習上都有了明顯的轉變。

4、對于即將面臨的中考，雖然每個人都有焦慮，但是學生之間能夠互相鼓勵，沒有保留的給予幫助，秉承了四班一貫的“相親相愛”的風格，這是我非常愿意看到的。

三、反思與下階段工作：

從一?？荚嚨那闆r看，班級仍然存在一些不和諧現象：有一部分學生沒有學習動力，學習效率低；有個別學生仍在擾亂課堂秩序；有一部分學生心理出現問題，需要加強關注。

下一階段對于重點學生要開展一系列的工作。課堂紀律仍然存在問題的李沅杰，需要從感情上拉攏，從常規上嚴格要求；學習缺乏動力的張犇原野，需要做好家長的工作，對孩子多關心；疏于家庭管理的閆紹蒙，對其常規要常抓不懈，曉之以情；自我控制能力較差的孟啟東，恩威并用，時常對其施加一定的壓力；有早戀問題的王婉童，從家長到學校都嚴格控制他的時間，給予他更多的關注。心理壓力過大，家長不知道怎樣教育的張鈺，幫她聯系心理老師，對其進行考前心理指導。
