初三一模家長(zhǎng)會(huì)后感想
十天前學(xué)校組織初三一模考試,奇怪的是平時(shí)學(xué)校一直非常積極的是第一時(shí)間開家長(zhǎng)會(huì),這次是在左顧右盼等待十天后才進(jìn)行.首先是校長(zhǎng)解讀今年的中考政策,然后是認(rèn)課老師講解了各門課的具體情況.時(shí)間已經(jīng)是晚上七點(diǎn)(下午四點(diǎn)開始),不忍心再去麻煩老師.我們幾個(gè)家長(zhǎng)在路上聊起了自己的孩子,到家已經(jīng)很晚了.從家長(zhǎng)會(huì)后,我的感想是:
1.誰(shuí)家家長(zhǎng)覺(jué)悟的早,孩子培養(yǎng)的習(xí)慣好,高分就越有把握.理由:早在女兒七年級(jí),女兒經(jīng)常回來(lái)告訴我:在做試卷分析時(shí),好多人提到要減少弱智性錯(cuò)誤,我當(dāng)時(shí)還和女兒說(shuō):錯(cuò)就錯(cuò)了,還說(shuō)什么弱智性錯(cuò)?
豈不知,這時(shí)候家長(zhǎng)是在有意訓(xùn)練孩子“會(huì)的不錯(cuò)”.2.家長(zhǎng)對(duì)孩子考試心態(tài)的關(guān)注,鍛煉有一顆平常心.學(xué)會(huì)放松.理由:孩子畢竟是孩子,由于學(xué)校的排名,孩子不管是那種性格都是很在乎分?jǐn)?shù)的,如果家長(zhǎng)知道這點(diǎn),在沒(méi)出現(xiàn)緊張的時(shí)候就有意訓(xùn)練學(xué)會(huì)如何放松心態(tài),可能對(duì)孩子懂事后的學(xué)習(xí)是有幫助的.3.堅(jiān)持堅(jiān)持再堅(jiān)持.理由:學(xué)習(xí)是一個(gè)連續(xù)的過(guò)程,只要堅(jiān)持堅(jiān)持再堅(jiān)持,不斷的了解自己知識(shí)的薄弱點(diǎn)(因?yàn)橹锌即缶V已定),并且在了解自己的薄弱點(diǎn),通過(guò)不斷的學(xué)習(xí)把知識(shí)弄懂搞清,就會(huì)有高分.中考是比誰(shuí)分高,而不是比誰(shuí)滿分或誰(shuí)零分.只要堅(jiān)持到最后,薄弱點(diǎn)就會(huì)降到最少,分就會(huì)越有可能越高.4.錘煉考試技巧.理由:在進(jìn)入初三,大大小小的考試會(huì)有很多,而每次的考試學(xué)生都會(huì)應(yīng)老師的要求做考試后的總結(jié),怎么總結(jié)?怎樣總結(jié)有效果?
最近在網(wǎng)上不斷的學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)女兒的關(guān)注也比較多.發(fā)現(xiàn)除了總結(jié)知識(shí)薄弱點(diǎn)外,更重要的是考試技巧總結(jié),如我女兒考試?yán)鲜桥聲r(shí)間不夠,可能和女兒性格也有關(guān),急!好強(qiáng)!
這次一模考試后她自我反省,不能聽信別人的感覺(jué),因?yàn)槭羌甭宰邮遣灰粯拥?不需要怕時(shí)間不夠的.因?yàn)槠綍r(shí)做作業(yè)就比別人快,考試是考大多數(shù)人的,不可能做不完了.這樣不擔(dān)心時(shí)間,審題就會(huì)仔細(xì)點(diǎn),也不需要趕急,在做題時(shí)因?yàn)樘蕉e(cuò)誤,因?yàn)橛?jì)算而錯(cuò)誤.我說(shuō):你能這樣總結(jié)就很好啊,中考前多次考試,對(duì)你是很有幫助,讓你不僅總結(jié)了知識(shí)的薄弱點(diǎn)也總結(jié)了考試的技巧啊.在總結(jié)考試技巧后,又小考了一次,雖說(shuō)沒(méi)有滿分還是犯了一個(gè)弱智錯(cuò)誤,可是是好多了,97分(滿分100).我說(shuō):再總結(jié)總結(jié),錘煉錘煉,百煉才能成鋼啊!
考試時(shí)間如何安排,確切的說(shuō),如何考試?如何考高分?要不斷總結(jié),開考卷面要大概看看,考試要帶手表掌握時(shí)間,不需要心急,重要的是做對(duì)得分,而不是快做完.呵呵,開始了家長(zhǎng)的嘮叨,總之在初三一模家長(zhǎng)會(huì)后有許多感想,有來(lái)自老師的,有來(lái)自家長(zhǎng)的,有來(lái)自孩子的.讓我們共同努力為孩子經(jīng)歷中考經(jīng)歷磨難長(zhǎng)大成材!

一、考試情況總結(jié):
一模考試結(jié)束了,我班有24人取得了進(jìn)步,總體成績(jī)保持了原有的狀態(tài),位居平行班第一,各學(xué)科較上學(xué)期期末均有一定的進(jìn)步。特別是本次考試班級(jí)的及格率有了很大的突破,300分以下的人員減少到4人。
非常遺憾的是班級(jí)的優(yōu)秀率仍然沒(méi)有提高,除了李爽、李明洋兩個(gè)學(xué)生的成績(jī)能夠躋身年級(jí)前50外,其他學(xué)生離優(yōu)秀還有很大的差距。從成績(jī)上看,多數(shù)學(xué)生集中在340分—380分段,處于年級(jí)的中等或偏下的位置。
二、開展的工作及學(xué)生的變化:
進(jìn)入初三第二學(xué)期,學(xué)習(xí)壓力增大,四班的學(xué)生明顯變得緊張而焦慮。考慮到學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,我首先與各學(xué)科教師進(jìn)行了碰頭,將學(xué)生..
分類進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)于不同的學(xué)生將進(jìn)行怎樣的工作與各位任課教師協(xié)商。全員參與學(xué)生的管理,特別是幫助學(xué)生管理自己的情緒,面對(duì)知識(shí)漏洞及檢測(cè)的失敗或是學(xué)習(xí)上的壓力,要進(jìn)行情緒的疏導(dǎo)。第二步,堅(jiān)持目...
標(biāo)管理措施,每個(gè)月月初制定個(gè)人月目標(biāo),月底進(jìn)行自我反思總結(jié)。第.三,班會(huì)時(shí)間、自習(xí)課時(shí)間、午休時(shí)間與學(xué)生談心,了解他們的學(xué)習(xí)狀.
態(tài)及困難,幫助他們緩解壓力。同時(shí),將談話內(nèi)容反饋給家長(zhǎng),做到雙方合力,以達(dá)到效果。
值得欣慰的是,四班學(xué)生的情緒基本上保持了穩(wěn)定,班級(jí)狀態(tài)的穩(wěn)定是促使班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣日益濃厚,一模考試多數(shù)學(xué)生能夠取得進(jìn)步正是源于良好的風(fēng)氣。
學(xué)生的變化有一下幾個(gè)方面的體現(xiàn):
1、出現(xiàn)了一批好學(xué)的學(xué)生,帶
動(dòng)班級(jí)整體學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣的變化。除了李爽、王雅琪等學(xué)生保持一貫的努力外,還有一些中等偏上的學(xué)生例如趙昕童、陳曉雨等也表現(xiàn)得非常努力。這些孩子在一模考試中都取得了進(jìn)步。
2、晨檢及自習(xí)課多數(shù)學(xué)生都能夠自己安排時(shí)間,有效學(xué)習(xí)。
3、一部分學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出了積極向上的狀態(tài),如袁浩皓、高林等因?yàn)橛袕?qiáng)烈的入團(tuán)要求,在行為、學(xué)習(xí)上都有了明顯的轉(zhuǎn)變。
4、對(duì)于即將面臨的中考,雖然每個(gè)人都有焦慮,但是學(xué)生之間能夠互相鼓勵(lì),沒(méi)有保留的給予幫助,秉承了四班一貫的“相親相愛(ài)”的風(fēng)格,這是我非常愿意看到的。
三、反思與下階段工作:
從一模考試的情況看,班級(jí)仍然存在一些不和諧現(xiàn)象:有一部分學(xué)生沒(méi)有學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)力,學(xué)習(xí)效率低;有個(gè)別學(xué)生仍在擾亂課堂秩序;有一部分學(xué)生心理出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,需要加強(qiáng)關(guān)注。
下一階段對(duì)于重點(diǎn)學(xué)生要開展一系列的工作。課堂紀(jì)律仍然存在問(wèn)題的李沅杰,需要從感情上拉攏,從常規(guī)上嚴(yán)格要求;學(xué)習(xí)缺乏動(dòng)力的張犇原野,需要做好家長(zhǎng)的工作,對(duì)孩子多關(guān)心;疏于家庭管理的閆紹蒙,對(duì)其常規(guī)要常抓不懈,曉之以情;自我控制能力較差的孟啟東,恩威并用,時(shí)常對(duì)其施加一定的壓力;有早戀問(wèn)題的王婉童,從家長(zhǎng)到學(xué)校都嚴(yán)格控制他的時(shí)間,給予他更多的關(guān)注。心理壓力過(guò)大,家長(zhǎng)不知道怎樣教育的張鈺,幫她聯(lián)系心理老師,對(duì)其進(jìn)行考前心理指導(dǎo)。
