初三一模家長會后感想

十天前學(xué)校組織初三一模考試,奇怪的是平時學(xué)校一直非常積極的是第一時間開家長會,這次是在左顧右盼等待十天后才進(jìn)行.首先是校長解讀今年的中考政策,然后是認(rèn)課老師講解了各門課的具體情況.時間已經(jīng)是晚上七點(diǎn)(下午四點(diǎn)開始),不忍心再去麻煩老師.我們幾個家長在路上聊起了自己的孩子,到家已經(jīng)很晚了.從家長會后,我的感想是:

1.誰家家長覺悟的早,孩子培養(yǎng)的習(xí)慣好,高分就越有把握.理由:早在女兒七年級,女兒經(jīng)常回來告訴我:在做試卷分析時,好多人提到要減少弱智性錯誤,我當(dāng)時還和女兒說:錯就錯了,還說什么弱智性錯?

這次一模考試后她自我反省,不能聽信別人的感覺,因為是急慢性子是不一樣的.不需要怕時間不夠的.因為平時做作業(yè)就比別人快,考試是考大多數(shù)人的,不可能做不完了.這樣不擔(dān)心時間,審題就會仔細(xì)點(diǎn),也不需要趕急,在做題時因為跳步而錯誤,因為計算而錯誤.我說:你能這樣總結(jié)就很好啊,中考前多次考試,對你是很有幫助,讓你不僅總結(jié)了知識的薄弱點(diǎn)也總結(jié)了考試的技巧啊.在總結(jié)考試技巧后,又小考了一次,雖說沒有滿分還是犯了一個弱智錯誤,可是是好多了,97分(滿分100).我說:再總結(jié)總結(jié),錘煉錘煉,百煉才能成鋼啊!

一、考試情況總結(jié)：

一模考試結(jié)束了，我班有24人取得了進(jìn)步，總體成績保持了原有的狀態(tài)，位居平行班第一，各學(xué)科較上學(xué)期期末均有一定的進(jìn)步。特別是本次考試班級的及格率有了很大的突破，300分以下的人員減少到4人。

非常遺憾的是班級的優(yōu)秀率仍然沒有提高，除了李爽、李明洋兩個學(xué)生的成績能夠躋身年級前50外，其他學(xué)生離優(yōu)秀還有很大的差距。從成績上看，多數(shù)學(xué)生集中在340分—380分段，處于年級的中等或偏下的位置。

二、開展的工作及學(xué)生的變化：

進(jìn)入初三第二學(xué)期，學(xué)習(xí)壓力增大，四班的學(xué)生明顯變得緊張而焦慮。考慮到學(xué)生的實際情況，我首先與各學(xué)科教師進(jìn)行了碰頭，將學(xué)生．．

分類進(jìn)行分析，對于不同的學(xué)生將進(jìn)行怎樣的工作與各位任課教師協(xié)商。全員參與學(xué)生的管理，特別是幫助學(xué)生管理自己的情緒，面對知識漏洞及檢測的失敗或是學(xué)習(xí)上的壓力，要進(jìn)行情緒的疏導(dǎo)。第二步，堅持目．．．

標(biāo)管理措施，每個月月初制定個人月目標(biāo)，月底進(jìn)行自我反思總結(jié)。第．三，班會時間、自習(xí)課時間、午休時間與學(xué)生談心，了解他們的學(xué)習(xí)狀．

態(tài)及困難，幫助他們緩解壓力。同時，將談話內(nèi)容反饋給家長，做到雙方合力，以達(dá)到效果。

值得欣慰的是，四班學(xué)生的情緒基本上保持了穩(wěn)定，班級狀態(tài)的穩(wěn)定是促使班級學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣日益濃厚，一模考試多數(shù)學(xué)生能夠取得進(jìn)步正是源于良好的風(fēng)氣。

學(xué)生的變化有一下幾個方面的體現(xiàn)：

1、出現(xiàn)了一批好學(xué)的學(xué)生，帶

動班級整體學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣的變化。除了李爽、王雅琪等學(xué)生保持一貫的努力外，還有一些中等偏上的學(xué)生例如趙昕童、陳曉雨等也表現(xiàn)得非常努力。這些孩子在一模考試中都取得了進(jìn)步。

2、晨檢及自習(xí)課多數(shù)學(xué)生都能夠自己安排時間，有效學(xué)習(xí)。

3、一部分學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出了積極向上的狀態(tài)，如袁浩皓、高林等因為有強(qiáng)烈的入團(tuán)要求，在行為、學(xué)習(xí)上都有了明顯的轉(zhuǎn)變。

4、對于即將面臨的中考，雖然每個人都有焦慮，但是學(xué)生之間能夠互相鼓勵，沒有保留的給予幫助，秉承了四班一貫的“相親相愛”的風(fēng)格，這是我非常愿意看到的。

三、反思與下階段工作：

從一模考試的情況看，班級仍然存在一些不和諧現(xiàn)象：有一部分學(xué)生沒有學(xué)習(xí)動力，學(xué)習(xí)效率低；有個別學(xué)生仍在擾亂課堂秩序；有一部分學(xué)生心理出現(xiàn)問題，需要加強(qiáng)關(guān)注。

下一階段對于重點(diǎn)學(xué)生要開展一系列的工作。課堂紀(jì)律仍然存在問題的李沅杰，需要從感情上拉攏，從常規(guī)上嚴(yán)格要求；學(xué)習(xí)缺乏動力的張犇原野，需要做好家長的工作，對孩子多關(guān)心；疏于家庭管理的閆紹蒙，對其常規(guī)要常抓不懈，曉之以情；自我控制能力較差的孟啟東，恩威并用，時常對其施加一定的壓力；有早戀問題的王婉童，從家長到學(xué)校都嚴(yán)格控制他的時間，給予他更多的關(guān)注。心理壓力過大，家長不知道怎樣教育的張鈺，幫她聯(lián)系心理老師，對其進(jìn)行考前心理指導(dǎo)。
