本單元的話題是兒童節聚會，通過本單元的學習，讓學生掌握將來時be going to的一般疑問句Are you going to?? 并能把與將來時的相關日常交際用語、詞匯和語言結構有機地結合起來，在一定的情景下談論即將發生的事情。同時，讓學生了解參加聚會要做的一些準備工作，并注意一些社交禮儀。為了使學生更好地掌握本單元的句型和詞匯，教師在教學過程中可盡量創設生動活潑并較為真實的情景引導學生理解和運用新新話題和新知識。

（過生日，對學生并不陌生，但對中西方過生日文化的差異，學生了解不多，學生僅僅學過簡單的問候用語，數字，顏色表達等等，所以本單元的學習對學生有一定的難度，針對三年級活潑好動的特點，所以我設計了豐富多彩的課堂情境，以達到學生樂于模仿，敢于表達，主動獲取知識的學習動機與能力）

情景渲染，導入課題：

1、觀看活動一動畫，三個英國小朋友過生日的情境，引導學生學習Happy birthday這個目標語句。

師：今天還有三個小朋友要過生日了，我們一起來看看吧！look！Who are they?讓我們一起來認識他們一下吧!播放activity1（讓學生在活動中感知體驗，知道在過生日時要表達生日祝福，要贈送禮物，自然地導入課題）

2、今天是Jim Tim Kim 的生日，Amy 給他們送賀卡來了。我們聽一聽Amy送賀卡時是怎么說的？（聽一聽，讀一讀）

點讀筆帶讀，聽音模仿

看哪一組模仿得最棒？教師用點讀筆帶領學生讀。在跟讀過程中注意模仿錄音的語音語調。然后根據學生的實際水平適當地講解。
