近期系里組織開展了語音實訓,這次實訓讓我受益匪淺。通過這次語音實訓,我對自己的口語有了更加深入的認識,對我以后英語學習有很大的引導。

實訓內容主要是模擬一次商務談判。本次實訓有利于學生更加重視英語口語訓練并掌握口語表達的有效技能,使我們進一步強化英語口能力以適應職業的需要,從而培養較強的商務英語口語實際交際能力。實訓內容分為:撰稿,脫稿表演,錄音等多個環節。此次實訓是以小組為單位開展的,五人一組,分為兩個公司進行談判。小組內任務分工以后,首先開始撰稿。其中需要搜集資料,查找專業術語,更重要的是體現商務談判的技能技巧,小組成員相互討論探討,最終敲定了劇本。第二,就是指導老師對劇本的指導與修改,指導老師對我們進行面對面的指導,糾正我們劇本當中不合適的地方,之后還對我們的發音進行了矯正。第三,劇本修改過后,我們有短時間的熟練與記憶,之后進行脫稿表演,指導老師在我們表演過后進行了點評。第四,小組錄音。實訓短暫,時間有限,但是它對我們的學習的提高有著很大的作用。

第一部分撰寫劇本,訓練了我們用英語表達自己觀點的能力,培養在特定的商務情況下進行連貫得體的交流。從談判前的人員分工,搜集相應的資料,模擬談判的訓練,都鍛煉了我們組各個成員的動手能力,溝通技巧,組織能力等,同時也增進了成員之間的團結合作意識。在之前,我們組就開始討論這次談判的具體事宜,我們都表示這次談判需要系統的規劃,搜集詳細的資料,明確各成員的責任分工,要一同編寫談判劇本,我們把從網上搜集的資料進行匯總,我們上上下下修改好多次,每次排練過程我們都積極討論修改的地方,從實際出發力求材料真實可信符合事實。雖然這次模擬談判,卻讓我們感受到了談判的氣氛,在談判過程中我們扮演不同的角色,代表不同公司,當我們為了各自公司利益爭執不下,不肯相讓時,相信我們都進入了角色,這讓我們體會到了真實談判的感覺,而鍛煉了我們在談判中實際能力,如何保持頭腦清醒,思維敏捷,不落入對方的圈套,這樣才能在談判中保持主動,另外在談判中也要不斷轉變思路從而使談判想自己有利的方向轉變,同時在談判中也要學會緩和氣氛,打破僵局,有利于談判的繼續進行。當然在此次談判中也暴露了很多缺點,在進行此次談判的過程過程中我們發現我們的知識面太過于狹窄,對一些商業的專有名詞不了解,對一些商務禮儀也不太懂。在這次實訓中,我們學到了很多東西,一集體利益為重,團結作戰,不論做何種決定,沒有團隊的合作,一個人的能力很難完成。首先要取得隊友的支持,傾聽并考慮隊友的意見與建議,不要擅自做主。在談判中要采取靈活的談判方式,軟硬兼施,必要時采取強硬態度。

第二部分,商務談判中重點考察語音語調的正確性。語音學習的模仿的關鍵在精不在多,資料的選擇不必很多,關鍵在于把所選資料每一篇都聽熟讀透。我們經常都會感到聽力能力不過關,都是由于對手頭的精聽資料重復遍數不夠造成的。精聽的關鍵在于重復,而跟讀模仿要做到惟妙惟肖,就必須進行大量的重復,反復揣摩,耐心細致地朗讀。這樣我們就把聽和說有機地結合在一起。另外,發音練習的過程中一定要注意對速度的控制。把音發清楚是第一位的,因為這是一切發音技巧能夠正確使用的前提。很多時候我們會一味圖快,而忽略了聲音清楚的前提,最后使所講的英文讓別人聽不清楚,白白浪費了大量的精力去練習。因此我們練習的原則是寧可慢不可快,為了發音清楚,一切其他技巧都是可以延后再練的。最后,練習過程中一定要注意對各種發音變化現象的總結歸納。語音知識在口語和聽力中的運用是感性化的,也就是說所有的語音知識都是聽力經驗在頭腦當中的反應,我們想要鞏固所學的語音知識,就必須把所學的內容放到聽力練習當中去驗證。所以,我們不要忽視發音的糾正練習,因為我們所得到的絕不僅僅是發音的改變,而聽力能夠得到的好處恐怕是我們想象不到的。在經過這次實訓及老師的指導下,我們領悟到了很多。我們一定要動口,絕對不要只聽不練,否則就是做無用功;要反復地練習。剛開始的時候我們可能發現學了就忘,其實這是很正常的事,別泄氣,我們要做的就是反復學習。多學幾遍自然就記住了。英語是一種典型以重音計時的語言,節奏是英語話語的顯著特征之一.英語的詞重音、語句重音與英語話語節奏密切相關,重音模式影響話語的交際效果.文章分析了英語詞重音、句重音模式及話語節奏,以提高我們學習英語語音的效率,同時也培養我們的交際能力。語音語調的訓練很重要,我們用英語進行對話的時候,可以從語音語調來判斷個人的英語能力,因此在語音語調方面要加強練習。通過多聽廣播、看電影等等途徑來鍛煉,并且要經常多說,以達更好的效果。通過這幾天的實訓,我學到了很多,感覺自己在語音的發音、節奏、語調上都有很大的進步。當然這之中肯定存在著些許問題,有些音標的發音還是會出錯,沒有達到很標準的水平。語音語調也還需要多多改進。我想,在以后的學習中還要更多的復習這方面的只是,加強鍛煉,每天抽空來培養語音,多聽些英語廣播,看些電影,和同學進行模擬對話,等等。我相信,我的語音水平會越來越好的。在本次的語音實訓中,我深刻認識到了學習語音的重要性。作為一個英語專業的學生,首先就應該要把語音給學好,這對我們學習英語來說,其重要性是不言而喻的。因此,在以后的學習生活中,我們還是要多多鍛煉這方面的知識,從而使我們的英語學習得到更大的提高。

短暫的實訓結束了,但它給了我們很大的幫助,給我們提供了一定的平臺可以把所學知識得以運用,有一個鍛煉的機會。也讓我們更加清楚地意識到自己的不足,從而改進,提高我們的英語水平。在這次實訓當中,老師耐心的輔導,給了我們很多有用的方法建議。我希望以后能有更多這樣的機會。

語音實訓感想

班級:XXXXX 學號:XXXXXX 姓名:XXX 指導老師:XX XX 這學期的語音實訓已經結束,經過這一周的商務談判實訓與學習,我對自己的英語學習狀況有了更加近一步的認識和更深層次的分析,對自己原來的不足和誤區之處做了彌補和改正。比如一些看似簡單的單詞但是卻發不對音的單詞,還有一些句子語調的讀法之類的。

實訓過程分為四個過程,第一是老師總的指導告訴我們實訓的大致內容和方法,是關于商務英語談判的以及相關的信息和要求。第二是根據分好的組,組員一起分配好角色,然后一起撰寫劇本。第三是老師和組員一起修改劇本并且每人讀臺詞老師輔導糾正發音。第四是考核,每組表演自己的劇本,然后老師給予評價。

每一個過程我們每個人都是盡自己的努力去參加,例如寫劇本的過程中,可能我們對商務英語方面的知識知道的不是很多,盡管我們之前有上過關于商務英語的課程,但大都是一知半解,所以我們每個人都是仔細的又把商務英語書又翻開了一遍,力求能把劇本寫的盡量體現商務英語談判的嚴謹性,嚴密性。但是老師說的很對,可能你們自己寫的都覺得自己寫的很對沒有什么錯誤,可是別人尤其是專業的人一看就能發現許多的錯誤比如說討價還價的環節不夠緊密,不是單純的降低價格而是價值交換的體現,還有缺少了支付方式,發貨方式保險等商務中必須涉及到的東西我們都沒有考慮到,而且可能選擇的過程也是過于繁瑣,不能讓人看了就能一目了然。所以我們也是聽從老師的建議把劇本更改了許多把遺漏的地方都給填補上去,然后比較混亂的地方也重新編排過,希望把劇本能做到盡善盡美。接下來就是老師給我們矯正發音的過程,實話說是比較痛苦的,因為老師要求很嚴格,老師說你們是英語專業的人不是其他那些非專業的人,如果你們的英語跟那些非專業的人聽起來差不多,那么你怎么還能繼續學習英語專業呢,而且現在矯正你的發音是好事不能等你出了學校到公司應聘的時候被別人所嫌棄的你的發音,所以老師的批評是對的,盡管是比較苛刻,但我們知道老師是為我們好,所以我們也是虛心接受,盡力矯正自己的發音。老師也是花費了許多輔導我們改劇本和糾正發音。我們又對劇本內容整理了一遍,每個人都先念好自己的臺詞然后背誦接下來就是模擬練習,一遍又一遍,盡量不卡帶。

最后一個過程就是在會議室里的模擬談判,跟自己在寢室練習的感覺完全不一樣,給人一種很正式的感覺,老師也是給每組表演的同學提出了許多的意見。其實到我們組表演的時候,我心里還是比較緊張的,差點都記不住的自己的臺詞,說的時候也感覺背誦一樣,缺少了談判時候該帶有的感情,老師在評價我們組的時候說了許多,感覺我們組的表現是不怎么好,而且時間的標準也沒有達到,結束之后,我們組又對劇本進行修改,然后計時讀詞,一定要達到標準為止。雖然這個過程是很辛苦,但是我們都覺得這是作為一個英語專業的學生所必備的技能,假如現在不練習,那么以后在遇到這種情況也會不知道如何應對的。

從此次實訓中我得出了以下幾點:第一是學到了團隊合作,在準備的過程中,我們互相幫忙,集思廣益,創作劇本,分工明確,每個人都沒有逃避任務,不僅鍛煉了英語口語能力還鍛煉了團隊合作能力。第二是讓我們意識到商務禮儀與我們的專業息息相關,對我們的職場也有很大的影響,特別是最后呈現的模擬談判,更是讓我們感受到了談判技巧的運用,并且還是用英語來表達是更加有難度的。第三是此次實訓與平時的上課是完全不同的一種學習方式,在實訓過程中要我們運用所學到的理論知識,更加認識到掌握專業知識的重要性,同時也認識到了自己還有更多方面的不足。第四是讓我們意識到了作為英語專業學生的我們應該更加重視英語口語訓練,多聽聽純正的英語,從中找出自己發音上的不足并糾正同時還要掌握口語表達的有效技巧,進一步強化英語口語能力以便我們以后在職場中能夠搶占先機,從而培養較強的英語口語實際交際能力。第五是關于態度的問題,這跟平時學習的課程不一樣,自不自覺完全看自己的態度,但是我很慶幸的是我們小組的每個人都是很認真的對待的,沒有一個人說是找各種借口不做,雖然說我們可能沒有別的小組做的好完成的出色,但是我認為并不是每件事都要追求好的結果,好的成績,過程依然是很重要的,體現了你對待事情,對待人生的態度,所以即使結果不那么樂觀,但至少我們小組的每個人都認真對待過也努力過了,這對我們來說比什么都重要,我們也很高興每個人都能努力過找到自己在小組中的價值。

最后我想說的是很感謝能有此次實訓讓我們作為英語專業的學生也能體會到在職場上商務英語談判的機會,同時也讓我們知道了自己在英語口語、寫作能力方面還有哪方面的不足,爭取在以后的學習生活中不斷進步,不斷改善,最后謝謝老師對我們給予的輔導和意見。

我很榮幸參加了上個月科大訊飛公司舉辦的使用暢言語音系統的培訓會,并接受了試點工作。試用產品共3套,參與試點工作的教師共3人,分別為四年級彭芬、五年級張帆,六年級張俊。這一個多月來,我一直用暢言語音系統輔助我的教學工作。它為我的英語課堂增添了不少色彩。孩子們也因此更加喜歡我的英語課了。現在我結合自己的教學實踐談談我在使用暢言語音系統和制作教具的心得體會。

一、活躍課堂氣氛,增強學生學習的興趣。

隨著單詞,句型的增加,四年級學生的學習開始出現 “沙漠化”現象。對學習英語的興趣也不再像初學時那樣興趣濃厚了。在課堂上說英語和回答問題成了部分優秀學生的專利。常常我都有一種唱獨角戲的感受。但當我第一次將暢言語音系統帶入課堂時,我驚奇的發現孩子們對這個新玩意特別感興趣。于是我就抓住了孩子們的好奇心,用暢言語音系統輔助我教讀單詞,接著在讓孩子們模仿語音系統跟讀,并告訴他們如果誰讀的好,就可以在講臺上來用“識別筆”像老師一樣教其他同學讀單詞。這樣一來孩子們的學習興趣一下就被調動起來了。他們都渴望到前面來真實的感受一下這個新玩意,所以學習起來特別認真。就連班里最調皮的孩子也積極的舉手發言了。

二、語音純正,使用方便。

在英語教學中,我們最注重的是語音語調的純正。以往我們常使用的磁帶教學,由于教室空間較大,為了讓每一個學生都能聽到錄音,所以我們常常將錄音機的音量調到最大。但錄音內容就會失真,經常出現破音,錄音機發出“哧哧……”的響聲,極大的影響了教學效果。但暢言語音系統完全為我們解決了這一難題,給學生們提供一個非常標準的語言環境,能夠有效地提高學生英語的聽力水平和口語發音水平。此外,該系統使用方法十分簡便,教師可以在課堂上隨時、隨地輕松使教具實現反復播放功能。與傳統的錄音機相比,教師不必頻繁在課堂上操作快進、快退鍵,因而節省了大量倒磁帶的時間,學生們也能夠一直集中精力聽錄音,從而提升了課堂教學效率。此外,與錄音機不同,該教具不存在磨損磁帶、絞帶等問題,為教師的使用提供了最大限度的便利。

1.在試用期間,科大訊飛公司為我們提供了一本特殊的教材。在課堂上,教師只需要用識別筆輕輕一點書上的單詞或句子,語音系統就能發音。雖然這樣操作比錄音機方便,但卻不利于提高學生的認讀能力。在教讀的過程中,學生能清楚的聽到單詞的發音,但卻不知道在讀哪個單詞。如果能有配套的單詞卡片或課文插圖就更理想了,這樣教師可以將單詞卡或圖片貼在黑板上,然后用識別筆點單詞卡或圖片讓學生跟讀。這樣學生既能聽到純正的語音又能認讀單詞或句子,教學效果就會更好。

2.據調查顯示,大部分學校都存在大班教學。我們的老師上課幾乎都用名叫“小蜜蜂”的擴音器。因此上課的時候,我們既要提暢言語音系統又要帶話筒、教具、課本等等。每次我去上課的時候,孩子們都笑說:“老師,你要搬家嗎?” 如果科大訊飛公司能在暢言語音系統上添加一個麥克風功能,這樣更能減輕老師的負擔了。

一、運用智能語音是醫治中國農村學生“啞巴英語”通病的良藥 智能語音具有提供課堂教學標準帶讀和多種教學手段功能,在英語帶讀中體會英語的語感,逐步感知,并提供英文口語評測及糾錯和多資源結合的新型備課設計功能來實現教師持續自我發展,也提供任意英文文本語音合成和個性化差異化有聲教具制作等功能來實現教師特色教學和教學的差異化和多樣化。換言之,通過即點即讀實現教學內容標準帶讀、人機互動實現口語評測、讓任何物體開口說話的有聲教具等一系列課堂教學新方式成為當前快速有效醫治農村學生“啞巴英語”的唯一良藥。

二、運用智能語音吸引學生注意力,激發了學習興趣

英語是一門實踐課,教學是雙邊的活動,光有教的積極性是不夠的,英語教學要使學生由不知到知、由知到會、由會到熟練,學生是教學的主體。因此,在教學的過程中首先要注意激發學生學英語的興趣,有了興趣,也就有了學習的積極性。小學生都有愛玩好動的天性,要想使他們對枯燥抽象的英語知識感興趣,愛學、樂學,就得想辦法來吸引他們的注意力。在教學過程中,運用智能語音能給學生提供豐富的感知內容,創設聲形(與課本插圖相對照)并茂的情景去感知的機會,這樣就可以吸引學生注意力,激發學生的學習興趣,使他們由被動接受變為主動參與,在愉悅的氛圍中很好地感知所學的內容。

在小學英語課堂的教學過程中,我們可以運用智能語音播放一些與本課學習內容有關的歌曲和資料,以吸引學生的注意力。例如,在教學標準實驗教科書小學英語Unit3 A的課文時,我在教授課文之前先讓學生聽、學歌曲《My Clothes》,當優美、歡快的旋律回蕩在教室里時,學生的學習情緒一下子就被調動起來;接著在教授課文中的句型“Is this your T-shirt?”以及其兩種應答語“Yes,it is./ No,it’s not.”時,我運用智能語音提前制作好對話范讀,使學生的興趣繼續得以維持;另外,在學生學會了句型“Is this your T-shirt?”的每一個應答語時,我都會教學生把學會的應答語代入到歌曲《My Clothes》中,使學生在學中唱、在唱中學。運用智能語音使音樂貫穿于整個教學過程中,吸引了學生的注意力,使學生充分地動口、動手、動腦,在愉悅的氣氛中學到了新知,大大地激發了他們學習英語的興趣。

三、運用智能語音增加課堂容量,開闊了學生視野

在短短四十分鐘的英語課堂教學時間內,教師不僅要完成預定的教學任務,還要結合教材內容有機地拓寬學生的知識面。智能語音的使用方便、快捷,代替了書寫及語言的敘述,節省了時間,大大增加了課堂容量。而且,運用智能語音進行教學,信息量大,還能活化教材的內容,使學生精神更集中,在有限的課堂時間內接觸更豐富的知識,讓學生有更多的時間充分地操練單詞和句型、朗讀課文,強化重點,突破難點。在動物類單詞的教學中,通過智能語音隱形碼制作卡片呈現一首和動物有關的自編的小詩“Do you like this zoo? Here’s the horse,there’s the cat.Here’s the cow,there’s the rabbit.”以及一個小型的動物園來復習已學過的動物類單詞;隨后,引出這節課要教授的新單詞“sheep, hen,lamb,等”;最后以學到的新單詞進行練習,音樂又響起那首自編的小詩,請學生親自來做代入練習。在這種看、想、說的過程中,學生在較短的時間內完成了對動物類單詞的掌握,開闊了眼界。同時,利用智能語音,教師還可以從課本出發,補充大量相關資料。在教學英語Unit6《At a farm》這一單元時,教師可以利用智能語音來播放所學動物的聲音,在活躍的氛圍中讓學生接受新知。

四、運用智能語音營造優美的意境,提升了審美意識

英語課的教學應致力于學生英語會話能力的培養,而傳統的外語教學仍以課堂正規學習為主,長期以來,教師形成了傳統的英語教法——“灌輸法”,即教師通過講解和練習來幫助學生弄懂、掌握本單元的單詞和句型,學生課后的主要任務就是死記硬背這些單詞和句型,結果是老師講的辛苦,學生背得乏味,也忽視了對學生審美能力的培養。而智能語音能給書本上新穎的圖象、動畫、文本等方式通過加工營造優美的意境,培養學生的審美觀。它向學生真實地展現所學語言知識的使用環境,為學生創設一個“擺脫母語束縛,充分調動眼、耳、腦、口對語言消息綜合反應的語言習得環境”,使學生的思維隨情境而向四方發散聯想、想象,智慧的火花不斷被點燃,從而激發其主動參與學習的愿望。

在智能語音教學中,用音樂渲染情境,用聲音顯示情境,用文字來詮釋情境??這樣可以把語言和形象聯系起來,通過多種感官刺激獲取信息。例如,在教學現在進行時的語法時,利用智能語音來播放兒歌《Are You Sleeping?》,邊聽邊看書上的插圖,既形象,又容易理解,讓學生小組或同桌之間進行看圖練習,簡明而且直觀,充分展示了教學手段的多樣化,彌補傳統教學的枯燥無味,給英語教學注入新的活力。

總而言之,我們的英語教學一直在以“chalk + talk”(粉筆+談話)的方式進行。學生的參與感不強,教學效果不甚理想。智能語音技術在英語課堂中的運用,一定程度上實現了現代化教學,要想合理使用這一手段,實現英語課堂教學的最優化,給廣大英語教師帶來了新的機會和挑戰,同時又對英語教師提出了更高的要求,它要求教師從“守攤型”向“開拓型”發展。也就是說,我們農村英語教師不僅要有扎實的業務功底,還要具有先進的教學理論和教育理念,勇于向新科學技術挑戰,有的放矢,合理使用,以便于充分發揮智能語音的巨大優勢,這必會給英語課堂注入新鮮的血液。從另一個角度說,智能語音教學作為一種新生事物,在教學實踐中遇到各種各樣的問題也是正常的,這就要求我們不斷探索、交流,共同為英語教學的改革而努力。

多年的教學實踐中,我梳理了自己的英語教學,總結了自己語音教學中的一些方法,與各位老師共享,歡迎多多指導。1.不斷提高自己的語音發音

我1993年教初中英語,自學了專科英語,“許國璋英語”磁帶語音跟讀練習約2年。2010年,我參加區教體局組織的“亞美歐”英語培訓,歷時一年,語音有較大提升;之后區組織模仿秀,我訓練學生,教學相長,對連讀,失去爆破,語句重音,語氣語音語調,有了更深地理解和把握。

2.課堂教學新單詞時,通過建立字母和音素之間的聯系,以標準的語音組織教學。

讓學生試著自己讀出單詞,例如,dirty,/d-?:/, /-d ?:/,/t-i-ti/,/d ?:ti/。課堂朗讀課文時,里面的失去爆破,連讀,句子重音,語調,語氣都要求和錄音一致。

3.我每周兩次中午訓練“英語小老師”,從更好地實施教學。

從每個班級挑選3-4名學生(品學兼優,能夠帶領同學學習),訓練他們朗讀剛剛學習的課文,以及課本上練習,使他們的朗讀跟錄音一樣。課文中出現的連讀,失去爆破,語氣,語調,節奏等,都要求這些學生能夠讀出來。每周兩次早讀,讓讀得好的“小老師“領讀單詞,課文,和相關練習。囑咐這些小老師,對有難度的句子,分解讀,多讀(這是跟讀光盤做不到的)。4.課后讓學生仿讀課文,跟讀flash,背誦課文。

建立師生家長QQ群,及時互動,與家長一起,共同監督學生的英語學習,為學生養成良好的學習習慣。5.教學工作無止境,我一直在努力中。
